This paper established the engineering project management process that suitable for the situation of our country, design the organizational structure and verified the rationality through the example simulation based on the study of ideological characteristics of BIM combined with the modem project management theory and method. The research results has a certain theory reference value in our implementation and project management to improve the level of BIM information integration.展开更多
