Methods The synthesis was performed on DNAsynthesizer, and the binding behavior was investigated by thermal denaturation studies. Results Fourkinds of single isonucleoside containing oligonucleotides were synthesized. The results of thermaldenaturation showed that the existence of isonucleoside decreased the stability of duplex, and theeffect was more obvious when the isonucleoside was in the middle of the sequence. No obviousdifference was observed when 6'-OH of isonucleoside was free or was protected by allyl group. Conclusions The existence of isonucleoside in oli-gonucleotide makes chain twist and decreased thestability of duplex.展开更多

It is implemented in CSMC 0.5μm CMOS technology. Under a supply voltage of 3.3V, it has a power consumption of 198mW. The core of the circuit is composed of 6 cascaded amplifiers that are in a conventional structure of differential pairs,an output buffer, and a DC offset cancellation feedback loop. The small signal gain can be adjusted from 74 to 44dB by an off-chip resistor. The chip was packaged before being tested. The experimental results indicate that the circuit has an input dynamic range of 54dB and provides a single-ended output swing of 950mV. Its output eye diagram remains satisfactory when the pseudo-random bit sequence (PRBS) input speed reaches 400Mbps.展开更多

Some loci showed quite different genetic frequencies due to artificial selection, which implied that these fragments were putative markers related to the disease-resistance trait. We developed a simple and effective method to fur- ther characterize these AFLP fragments. Specific AFLP bands were cut directly from polyacrylamide gels, re-amplified, cloned and sequenced. Eight putative genetic markers were sequenced and their sizes ranged from 63 to 209 bp. The sequences were submitted to dbGSS (database of Genome Sequence Survey); and the BLAST analysis showed low similarity to the function genes, indicating these markers were tightly linked to a dis- ease-resistance trait but were not functional genes.展开更多

To implement a real time simulation of Rectisol process, thermodynamic model and simulation strategy are needed. In this paper, a method of modified statistical associated fluid theory with perturbation theory is used to predict thermodynamic behavior of process. As Rectisol process is a highly heat-integrated process with many loops, a method of equation oriented strategy, sequential quadratic programming, is used as the solver and the process converges perfectly. Then analyses are conducted with this simulator.展开更多
