Analysis of Sugar Components of Fermented Rice Wine by Ion Chromatography 被引量:2

[Objective] The aim was to analyze sugar components in fermented rice wine by ion chromatography. [Method] The optimal condition for chromatography system of sugar analysis was selected by measuring sugars in fermented rice wine with ion chromatography and pulsed amperometric detection. [Result] The optimal measurement conditions were as follows: Leacheate (Leachate), consisting of NaOH and CH3COONa, was eluted by gradient concentrations, with column temperature at 35 ℃ and flow rate at 0.4 ml/min. In the condition, sugars in rice wine were ana- lyzed and the results showed that the method is featured by low detection limit, good repetition and high recovery rate. [Conclusion] The research establishes and determines the approaches and optimum conditions for sugar analysis in rice wine by ion chromatography and pulsed amperometric detection, providing references for advancement of research on quality improvement of fermented rice wine. 展开更多

It uses a delay locked loop (DLL) with a proposed quadrature phase detector to greatly reduce the phase error. The receiver is fabricated in a 0.18μm CMOS process. The procedures of ultrasonic extraction and clean-up were optimized for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in marine sediments. Samples were ultrasonically extracted, and the extracts were purified with a miniaturized silica gel chromatographic column and analyzed with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with a fluorescence detector. Ultrasonication with methanol-dichloromethane (2:1, v/v) mixture gave higher extraction efficiency than that with dichloromethane. Among the three elution solvents used in clean-up step, dichloromethane-hexane (2:3, v/v) mixture was the most satisfactory. Under the optimized conditions, the recoveries in the range of 54.82% to 94.70% with RSDs of 3.02% to 23.22% for a spiked blank, and in the range of 61.20% to 127.08% with RSDs of 7.61% to 26.93% for a spiked matrix, were obtained for the 15 PAHs studied, while the recoveries for a NIST standard reference SRM 1941b were in the range of 50.79% to 83.78% with RSDs of 5.24% to 21.38%. The detection limits were between 0.75 ng L-1 and 10.99 ng L-1for different PAHs. A sample from the Jiaozhou Bay area was examined to test the established methods. 展开更多

A new low leakage 3×VDD-tolerant electrostatic discharge(ESD)detection circuit using only low-voltage device without deep N-well is proposed in a standard 90-nm 1.2-V CMOS process.Stacked-transistors technique is adopted to sustain high-voltage stress and reduce leakage current.No NMOSFET operates in high voltage range and it is unnecessary to use any deep N-well.The proposed detection circuit can generate a 38 mA current to turn on the substrate triggered silicon-controlled rectifier(STSCR)under the ESD stress.Under normal operating conditions,all the devices are free from over-stress voltage threat.The leakage current is 88 nA under 3×VDD bias at 25°C.The simulation result shows the circuit can be successfully used for 3×VDD-tolerant I/O buffer. 展开更多
