"工艺造物"是与造物艺术、工艺美术、工艺文化等词汇紧密相关但又有独立内涵的概念。工艺造物强调的是造物的工艺性和实践性,偏重于文化学意义。它不仅包含着艺术性的造物形式,而且也包括那些在形式上并不具有艺术质的造物形态。因此,"工艺造物"比"造物艺术"、"工艺美术"所包含的内容更广,也有其适用的场域。在学科意义上,"工艺造物"的出现和使用是认知角度的转换,它更有利于我们在研究中从文化角度认识造物的发展及价值。 展开更多

Based on the numerical simulation of solidification, a computer aid design(CAD) software package of casting technique was developed to design the rising system intelligently. The software can calculate the size and locate the situations of the isolated melts. According to the liquid shrinkage of each isolated melts and the standard parameters of risers in the database, the riser’s situation and the size can be identified intelligently as long as the riser’s shape is selected. 3-D software and simulation analysis of CAST soft/computer aid engineering(CAE) software show that the design of the riser and the running system is feasible. 展开更多

The catalytic pyrolyses of rayon have been studied respectively by thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA) when rayon was treated with phosphoric acid (PA), three ammonium phosphate salts and ammonium sulfate (AS). The air is favorable to the catalysis of dibasic ammonium phosphate (DAP), but not to those of ADP, PA, AP, and AS obviously. It is put forward that a peak’s shape character can be described with the ratio of height to half-height-width (H/W /2) of the peak on a differential thermo-gravimetric (DTG) curve. A flat cracking peak, presenting a more moderate dehydration reaction, has a smaller ratio and could lead to higher carbonization and activation yields. The experimental results prove this view. According to expectation, the order of catalysis is: DAP≥ADP>PA> APAS no catalyst. 展开更多

The increasing pollution in the atmospheric layer has meant world-wide temperature variations, causing the melting of icecaps and floods, among other environmental factors. This change in temperature has been mainly caused by the indiscriminate emission of CO2, especially due to the rising number of vehicles in circulation. Researchers have identified that, among other types of fuel, diesel has the highest level of CO2 emission. Hence the need for the development of biodiesel, produced from oleaginous plants, aimed at reducing the emission of this harmful gas into the atmosphere, besides using renewable resources. However, as in any automation process, it is necessary to have sensors, actuators, and controllers, which together perform the automation and control of the production process. Besides that, there are other process variables to be accounted for, such as temperature, flow, and level. Considering such concept, and within the academic context, the creation process of a mini biodiesel plant will be described. 展开更多

This paper describes technology of the electromagnetic pump made in a hybrid polymer-ceramic technology. The pumping mechanism is realized with a mutual excitation between an electromagnetic coil and a neodymium magnet bonded to a flexible membrane. A PDMS (poly(dimethylsiloxane)) material was used to manufacture a membrane sufficient for the presented micropump. A fish trap construction is adapted to the ceramic technology. The bonding process of ceramics and polymer, using plasma oxidation method, is described as well. Moreover, a membrane deflection depending on magnet dimensions and applied voltage was measured. 展开更多
