超压对有机质热演化的差异抑制作用及层次 被引量:62

有机质热演化由一系列平行而连续的反应构成.不同热演化反应具有不同的活化能分布、产物浓度变化速率和体积膨胀效应,其对超压的响应程度可以明显不同,决定了超压对不同热演化反应和不同成熟度指标的差异抑制作用和层次.通过对莺歌海盆... 有机质热演化由一系列平行而连续的反应构成.不同热演化反应具有不同的活化能分布、产物浓度变化速率和体积膨胀效应,其对超压的响应程度可以明显不同,决定了超压对不同热演化反应和不同成熟度指标的差异抑制作用和层次.通过对莺歌海盆地、琼东南盆地和渤海湾盆地东濮凹陷不同压力系统有机质热演化的综合对比分析,识别出超压抑制有机质热演化的4个层次(1)超压抑制了有机质热演化的各个方面,包括不同干酪根组分的热降解(生烃作用)和烃类的热演化;(2)超压仅抑制了烃类的热演化和富氢干酪根组分的热降解,而对贫氢干酪根组分的热演化不产生重要影响,因此镜质体反射率未受到抑制;(3)超压抑制了烃类的热裂解,而对干酪根的热降解未产生明显影响;(4)超压对有机质热演化的各个方面均未产生可识别的影响.超压抑制有机质热演化的各个方面是源岩早期超压(超压在有机质成熟度较低时开始发育)和长期保持封闭流体系统的结果.超压发育过晚、超压强度低、超压流体频繁释放等都可能导致超压对有机质热演化的各个方面均不产生可识别的影响.在很多情况下,超压对有机质热演化的抑制作用属于第2和第3层次,需要用多种参数识别超压抑制作用. 展开更多

采用实验室录像观察对中国儿童的行为抑制性的发展进行了追踪研究(2岁、4岁、7岁)。儿童2岁时,有124名儿童参加了实验室观察。儿童4岁时,由于搬迁、退出或失约,有103名儿童参加。儿童7岁时由于以上原因有100名儿童参加实验室观察。... 采用实验室录像观察对中国儿童的行为抑制性的发展进行了追踪研究(2岁、4岁、7岁)。儿童2岁时,有124名儿童参加了实验室观察。儿童4岁时,由于搬迁、退出或失约,有103名儿童参加。儿童7岁时由于以上原因有100名儿童参加实验室观察。在2岁、4岁、7岁至少参加一次观察的儿童有113名,而在三个时间点都参加观察的儿童有89名。我们对儿童2~7岁行为抑制性整体发展的稳定性以及行为抑制性和非抑制性的发展趋向进行了分析。结果表明,中国儿童从2岁到7岁的行为抑制性的整体发展稳定性较低。从2岁到7岁,行为抑制性-非抑制倾向比较稳定的儿童共28人,占总人数的31.5%。而行为抑制性-非抑制性不稳定的儿童为61人,占总人数的68.5%。随着年龄增长,本研究中的儿童的行为抑制性-非抑制性倾向有向中间型趋中的趋势。从2岁到7岁,行为抑制性的发展变化没有显著性别差异。 展开更多

Construction of cDNA subtractive library from pearl oyster (Pinctada fucata Gould) with red color shell by SSH 被引量:3

The molecular basis of color polymorphism in the shells of the pearl oyster Pinctada fucata is largely unknown. We developed a red-shelled family line and used suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) to screen for differentially expressed genes in red- and non-red-shelled pearl oysters. We constructed forward and reverse cDNA subtractive libraries consisting of 2 506 and 797 clones, respectively. Among 343 randomly selected clones in the forward library, 304 sequences were identified in GenBank using BLASTx and BLASTn. Of the 304 sequences, 13 showed no similarity to known sequences and 291 were matched with known genes of the pearl oyster, including shematrin-1, shematrin-2, shematrin-6, shematrin-7, nacrein, nacrein-like protein, aspein for shell matrix protein, glycine-rich protein, mantle gene 5, 28S, EST00031, EST00036, 16S, and COl. In the reverse library, 7 clones were sequenced and analyzed by BLAST. Two sequences shared similarity with EST00036 from the P. fucata subtraction cDNA library, four with the P. fucata mitochondrial gene for 16S rRNA and 1 with P. fucata shematrin-2. We evaluated the expression of 12 genes from the forward library using RT PCR. Two sequences matched with 16S and CO1 so were considered to be false positives. The remaining 10 sequences were differentially expression in the red-shelled pearl oysters. Our results suggest that differential expression of these genes may be related to color variation in the red-shelled family line of the pearl oyster. 展开更多

The sugar beet root rot and Bayoud disease, respectively caused by Sclerotium rolfsii and Fusarium oxysporum albedinis, are major agricultural problems in Morocco, affecting its economical and social conditions. As of now, no effective control method of these phytopathogens is available. Therefore the search for new efficient and ecologically undamaging fungicides was essential. The present study reports the antifungal activity of five organic extracts of Corrigiola telephiifolia Pourr., a Moroccan medicinal plant, against these fungi using mycelial growth inhibition assays (in vitro). The extracts concentration varied from 0.01 to 1 mg.mlt. Also, preliminary information on the chemical composition of the extracts is included. The results showed a difference in sensitivity of both fungi toward the plant extracts. The mycelia growth of Sclerotium rolfsii was concentration and time-dependant. It was markedly inhibited by the polar extracts especially at high dose (p〈 0.001). While Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. albedinis was much less sensitive. 展开更多

The subtractive cDNA library of PIH placenta was set up and screedned. Differential cDNAs were cloned, and sequenced by T 7 primer methodology. One hundred and three differential cDNAs were isolated by SSH. Sequencing and BLAST analysis showed 90 inserts shared more than 95% homolog with sequences in the GenBank/EMBL database. AIM:To analyze sex differences in adverse drug reactions(ADR) to the immune suppressive medication in inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) patients.METHODS:All IBD patients attending the IBD outpatient clinic of a referral hospital were identified through the electronic diagnosis registration system.The electronic medical records of IBD patients were reviewed and the files of those patients who have used immune suppressive therapy for IBD,i.e.,thiopurines,methotrexate,cyclosporine,tacrolimus and anti-tumor necrosis factor agents(anti-TNF);infliximab(IFX),adalimumab(ADA) and/or certolizumab,were further analyzed.The reported ADR to immune suppressive drugs were noted.The general definition of ADR used in clinical practice comprised the occurrence of the ADR in the temporal relationship with its disappearance upon discontinuation of the medication.Patients for whom the required information on drug use and ADR was not available in the electronic medical record and patients with only one registered contact and no further followup at the outpatient clinic were excluded.The difference in the incidence and type of ADR between male and female IBD patients were analyzed statistically by χ 2 test.RESULTS:In total,1009 IBD patients were identified in the electronic diagnosis registration system.Out of these 1009 patients,843 patients were eligible for further analysis.There were 386 males(46%),mean age 42 years(range:16-87 years) with a mean duration of the disease of 14 years(range:0-54 years);578 patients with Crohn's disease,244 with ulcerative colitis and 21 with unclassified colitis.Seventy percent(586 pts) of patients used any kind of immune suppressive agents at a certain point of the disease course,the majority of the patients(546 pts,65%) used thiopurines,176 pts(21%) methotrexate,46 pts(5%) cyclosporine and one patient tacrolimus.One third(240 pts,28%) of patients were treated with anti-TNF,the majority of patients(227 pts,27%) used IFX,99(12%) used ADA and five patients certolizumab.There were no differences between male and female patients in the use of immune suppressive agents.With regards to ADR,no differences between males and females were observed in the incidence of ADR to thiopurines,methotrexate and cyclosporine.Among 77 pts who developed ADR to one or more anti-TNF agents,significantly more females(54 pts,39% of all anti-TNF treated women) than males(23 pts,23% of all antiTNF treated men) experienced ADR to an anti-TNF agent [P = 0.011;odds ratio(OR) 2.2,95%CI 1.2-3.8].The most frequent ADR to both anti-TNF agents,IFX and ADA,were allergic reactions(15% of all IFX users and 7% of all patients treated with ADA) and for both agents a significantly higher rate of allergic reactions in females compared with males was observed.As a result of ADR,36 patients(15% of all patients using anti-TNF) stopped the treatment,with significantly higher stopping rate among females(27 females,19% vs 9 males,9%,P = 0.024).CONCLUSION:Treatment with anti-TNF antibodies is accompanied by sexual dimorphic profile of ADR with female patients being more at risk for allergic reactions and subsequent discontinuation of the treatment. 展开更多
