飞龙九一巴布贴抗炎、镇痛药效学及其对膝骨关节炎滑膜炎影响的研究 被引量:3

目的:明确飞龙九一巴布贴的抗炎镇痛效果及其对膝骨关节炎滑膜炎的疗效。方法:采用角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀炎症模型,热板致小鼠舔足、冰醋酸致小鼠扭体2个疼痛模型及木瓜蛋白酶致新西兰大白兔膝骨关节炎滑膜炎模型等,观察飞龙九一巴布... 目的:明确飞龙九一巴布贴的抗炎镇痛效果及其对膝骨关节炎滑膜炎的疗效。方法:采用角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀炎症模型,热板致小鼠舔足、冰醋酸致小鼠扭体2个疼痛模型及木瓜蛋白酶致新西兰大白兔膝骨关节炎滑膜炎模型等,观察飞龙九一巴布贴对大鼠足趾肿胀度、小鼠痛阈值、扭体次数、兔关节表面温度、关节周径、改良Lequesne MG得分及滑膜组织形态学等指标的影响。结果:(1)抗炎镇痛药效方面,与致炎组及致痛组比较,巴布贴组可显著降低大鼠足趾肿胀程度,提高小鼠痛阈值,减少小鼠扭体反应次数(P <0.01)。在大鼠足肿胀实验中,致炎后0~2 h,巴布贴组对肿胀抑制作用弱于双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂组(扶他林组)(P <0.05);致炎后2~8 h,巴布贴组比扶他林组对肿胀的抑制作用更强(P <0.05)。在小鼠热板法实验中,末次给药干预后0~1 h,巴布贴组对小鼠痛阈值的提高作用弱于扶他林组(P <0.05);末次给药干预后1~3 h,巴布贴组比扶他林组对小鼠痛阈值的提高更显著(P <0.05)。在小鼠扭体实验中,巴布贴组与扶他林组减少小鼠扭体次数的作用相当(P> 0.05)。(2)对膝骨关节炎滑膜炎影响方面,与空白组比较,模型组膝关节表面温度、关节周径、改良Lequesne MG得分显著升高(P <0.01);与模型组比较,巴布贴组各指标均显著降低(P <0.01),且滑膜炎症细胞浸润得到明显改善;与扶他林组比较,各指标差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:飞龙九一巴布贴抗炎镇痛作用显著,对膝骨关节炎滑膜炎亦有显著抑制作用。 展开更多

[Objective] This study aimed to study the resistance of grafted tomato with Guozhen 1 as stock against root knot nematodes. [Method] Tomato seedlings were grafted with Guozhenl (T1) and Solanum torvum (T2) as the rootstock, respectively. Self-rooted tomato seedlings were treated as the control (CK). The resistance of tomato against root knot nematodes was compared among the three treatments. [Result] Compared with those in the T2 and CK groups, the yield of tomato in the T1 group was increased by 17 436.75 and 31 753.65 kg/hm2 respectively, the plant height was increased by 10.55 and 14.54 cm respectively (P〈0.05), and the stem diameter was increased by 0.56 and 1.13 cm respectively (P〈0.05). The disease indexes of root knot nematodiasis in the three treatments were 0.55, 10.42 and 45.31, respectively, and there were significant differences among them (P〈0.05). [Conclusion] This study will provide a theoretical basis for the control of root knot nematodes in tomato by grafting. 展开更多

The present study was to test the hypothesis that the plant growth retardants chlorocholine chloride(CCC) and paclobutrazol(PBZ)could improve the carbohydrate accumulation in lily bulbs by enhancing photosynthetic capacity and changing endogenous hormones.Plants of Lilium Oriental hybrids'Sorbonne'were treated with a foliar spray of CCC or PBZ(both at 300 mg/L)solution,at six weeks after planting(6 WAP).The morphological parameters,endogenous hormone contents(gibberellic acid(GA),abscisic acid(ABA),and indole-3-acetic acid(IAA)),and carbohydrate contents were measured from 6 to 18 WAP,at 2-week intervals.The results showed that CCC increased the biomass of leaves and stems which might produce more photoassimilates available for transportation and utilization.However,PBZ treatment suppressed vegetative growth and favored photoassimilate transportation into bulbs.A slight delay of bud and anthesis formation was observed in both treated plants.CCC and PBZ treatments substantially enhanced the sucrose contents in leaves probably due to the increase of chlorophyll contents.Treatment with CCC or PBZ decreased GA but increased IAA contents in lily bulbs which might stimulate starch accumulation and formation of new scales.Our experiment suggested that CCC or PBZ treatment is an effective method to promote carbohydrate accumulation in lily bulbs. 展开更多
