科学技术是第一生产力已被国人所接受,但科研成果的本身并不等于现实的经济效益.这要有一个转化过程.而这个转化不是轻而易举的.十年前.我国研究成果仅有10~30%用于生产,也就是说70~90%的研究成果被作为样品,展品、礼品而搁... 科学技术是第一生产力已被国人所接受,但科研成果的本身并不等于现实的经济效益.这要有一个转化过程.而这个转化不是轻而易举的.十年前.我国研究成果仅有10~30%用于生产,也就是说70~90%的研究成果被作为样品,展品、礼品而搁置起来.近年来成果的转化虽有一定的进步.但应用率还是比较低.特别是医学成果的转化仍较低.只占10~30%.为什么会出现这样的状况呢?我们可以分析以下一组数字,在未被应用的成果中,选题脱离市场需要的项目占24.5%.单纯由于推广不力而导致未被应用的项目占42.9%.这两项加起来共占67.4%.这说明在我国还缺乏科学技术转化为生产力的环节和市场.这个环节就是科研管理的中介作用.或称为具有催化作用的转化酶.本文将探讨这一核心问题. 展开更多

The mediating role of export-oriented Japanese foreign direct investment in China

Since the early 1990s, China has become the largest destination of Japanese foreign direct investment (FDI). Observing this trend, the authors analyzed whether Japanese FDI did promote exports from China to the rest of the world, and more importantly, whether this is a strategy adopted by Japanese multinationals to penetrate not only the Chinese market but also the global market. This analysis takes into account not only the direct effects of FDI on exports, but also the indirect effects, by examining the mediating role of export oriented Japanese FDI in China from 1998 to 2007 through panel analysis. The study contributes to the conceptual framework of indirect relationship among the macroeconomic variables, FDI and exports provides some insights into the strategy of export oriented Japanese FDI in creating a win-win platform for Japan and China. 展开更多

The paper discussed the impact of dual distribution channel conflicts on financial performance of garment enterprises by multiple regression and mediation effect has been analyzed with market benefit as the mediated variable based on the survey data of Shanghai region. The results show that: first, channel contention, channel areal differences and channel perception differences have a negative effect on financial performance and channel communication has a positive effect on financial performance significantly; second, market benefit has a positive effect on financial performance significantly; third, channel contention, channel areal differences and channel perception differences have a negative effect on market benefit and channel communication has a positive effect on market benefit significantly; forth, market benefit has a partial mediation effect on the influence of channel areal differences and channel communication on financial performance. Therefore, channel areal differences and channel communication are two major aspects among the dual distribution channel conflicts which may have influences on financial benefit of garment enterprises, and clothing company should lay emphasis on the settling of these two matters. 展开更多
