Research shows that load concentration exists on the conditions of uniform contact or one-end contact, and in the later case the stress nonuniformity factor on root is 1.5 to 2.0 times larger than in the former case. It also verifies that longitudinal correction and increased flexibility of gear structure are effective to improve longitudinal load distribution.展开更多
To make the dynamic assembly reliability analysis more effective for complex machinery of multi-object multi-discipline(MOMD),distributed collaborative extremum response surface method(DCERSM)was proposed based on ext...To make the dynamic assembly reliability analysis more effective for complex machinery of multi-object multi-discipline(MOMD),distributed collaborative extremum response surface method(DCERSM)was proposed based on extremum response surface method(ERSM).Firstly,the basic theories of the ERSM and DCERSM were investigated,and the strengths of DCERSM were proved theoretically.Secondly,the mathematical model of the DCERSM was established based upon extremum response surface function(ERSF).Finally,this model was applied to the reliability analysis of blade-tip radial running clearance(BTRRC)of an aeroengine high pressure turbine(HPT)to verify its advantages.The results show that the DCERSM can not only reshape the possibility of the reliability analysis for the complex turbo machinery,but also greatly improve the computational speed,save the computational time and improve the computational efficiency while keeping the accuracy.Thus,the DCERSM is verified to be feasible and effective in the dynamic assembly reliability(DAR)analysis of complex machinery.Moreover,this method offers an useful insight for designing and optimizing the dynamic reliability of complex machinery.展开更多

G. Don) and Masson pine (Picks massoniana lamb.) were determined to study the relationship between the angular distribution of element contents in tree rings and the environmental information. The chemical composition and properties of soils are very much complicated, which leads to the non-uniform distribution of the element contents in tree rings. The statistical multi-variable regression method was used to got the information of the tree-centered distribution of element contents in the environment (soil) (C’), C’(z, θj ), from the distribution of element contents in tree rings (C), C(Z, θi), which depends on the plane azimuth angle (θi), i. e., C=C(Z,θi), where Z is the atomic number of the element, with a satisfactory result,though this study is only a primary one.展开更多
The paper aims to schedule check-in staff with hierarchical skills as well as day and night shifts in weekly rotation.That shift ensures staff work at day in a week and at night for the next week.The existing approach...The paper aims to schedule check-in staff with hierarchical skills as well as day and night shifts in weekly rotation.That shift ensures staff work at day in a week and at night for the next week.The existing approaches do not deal with the shift constraint.To address this,the proposed algorithm firstly guarantees the day and night shifts by designing a data copy tactic,and then introduces two algorithms to generate staff assignment in a polynomial time.The first algorithm is to yield an initial solution efficiently,whereas the second incrementally updates that solution to cut off working hours.The key idea of the two algorithms is to utilize a block Gibbs sampling with replacement to simultaneously exchange multiple staff assignment.Experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm reduces at least 15.6 total working hours than the baselines.展开更多
