目的探讨可视化分步阶梯培训模式在新型冠状病毒(新冠病毒)核酸采样培训师资培养中的作用。方法以广州市番禺区28家区属医疗单位选送的113名院感师资为研究对象,依据指引制定培训考核内容,运用可视化分步阶梯培训模式进行新冠病毒核酸... 目的探讨可视化分步阶梯培训模式在新型冠状病毒(新冠病毒)核酸采样培训师资培养中的作用。方法以广州市番禺区28家区属医疗单位选送的113名院感师资为研究对象,依据指引制定培训考核内容,运用可视化分步阶梯培训模式进行新冠病毒核酸采样专项技能及师资能力的培养。分析培训后核酸采样4项操作技能及师资能力考核成绩,比较培训前后专项理论及师资胜任力情况。结果113名选送师资年龄为27~56岁,女性51人(45.1%)。操作技能总分≥90分有104人,占92.0%。单项技能中,二级防护穿脱≥90分占84.1%,口咽拭子采样及医疗废物处置满分占比分别77.9%及61.1%。培训后新冠病毒核酸采样专题理论考核中位成绩为20(19,20)分,与培训前成绩18(17,18)分相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。培训后师资胜任力评分平均(46.04±6.18)分,与培训前(38.85±6.94)分相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。培训后师资胜任力各单项评分比培训前高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论可视化分步阶梯培训模式能有效提升院感师资新冠病毒核酸采样理论及师资胜任力。 展开更多
