卫星搭载黄瓜主要性状的变异研究

利用返地卫星搭载黄瓜干种子 ,后经地面种植观察 ,测定发芽率 ,研究主要性状的变异 ,结果表明 :卫星搭载对该黄瓜种子无损伤 ,发芽率同对照达 10 0 % ;高空特殊条件能引起黄瓜后代性状的变异 ,株高、节间长度、叶柄长、茎粗表现正向变异。平均单叶面积和第一雌花节位趋向于正态变异 ,而且各性状均以有利变异为多。因此 ,本试验进一步证实了利用卫星搭载作物种子引起变异选育优良品系 ,是一种安全、有效、快速的诱变育种途径。
