Through a literature review and questionnaire survey, this study analyzes the effects of factors such as working hours, overtime, and work stress on the turnover intentions of post-00s employees. The results indicate that longer working hours, frequent overtime, and higher work pressure significantly increase turnover intentions, while reasonable work-hour arrangements and lower work-life conflict effectively reduce these intentions. Consequently, enterprises should enhance employee job satisfaction and decrease turnover rates by implementing measures such as reasonable work schedules, providing career development opportunities, improving the work environment, and offering support for work-life balance. This research provides theoretical foundations and practical guidance for e-commerce foreign trade enterprises to formulate effective employee management strategies.展开更多
