The results showed that the amount of Gqα protein of compound eyes increased gradually from zoaea I to IV, the percent of the Gqαin zoaea I~IV was 3.499%,3.540%,3.558% and 3.565% respectively. However, the percent of the protein in zoae IV and zoae I was significantly different (pair t test p <0.05). Our research verified that the function of compound eyes perfected gradually with individual development in zoaea of Macrobrachium rosnbergii.展开更多
