Ecosystem services, including crop production, freshwater supply, aquatic production, net primary ...Understanding the spatial interactions among multiple ecosystem services is crucial for ecosystem services management. Ecosystem services, including crop production, freshwater supply, aquatic production, net primary production, soil conservation, water conservation, flood regulation, forest recreation, were measured at 1-km grid scale covering the Taihu Lake Basin(TLB) of China. Our objective is to get a comprehensive understanding of the spatial distributions, trade-offs, synergies of multiple ecosystem services across the TLB. Our results found that: 1) majority of ecosystem services were clustered in space and had a similar spatial distribution pattern with the geographical resource endowment. Most of the landscape contributed a high supply of no services, one or two, and a low supply of three to seven services. 2) There were high correlation between forest recreation and freshwater supply and regulating services. Aquatic production had low correlation with other services. 3) The changes of provisioning services led to trade-offs between regulating services and cultural services in the TLB, while synergies mainly occurred among the provisioning service. 4) The spatial relationships of multiple services are consistent at 1-km spatial scale, counties and provinces. This research could help integrate multiple ecosystem services across scales and serve as a reference for decision making.展开更多

Methods： Establish and improve the nursing management system, safety assurance and quality improvement through the development of clinical nursing assessment standards, supervision, inspection and evaluation of the hospital based nursing quality management to ensure the compliance of the basic quality indicators; raised the nursing quality,to improve with the basic pattern, we prefer both the long and short-term goals, implement and guide the nursing quality, to improve project implementation, quality management training and assessment. Results： Through the implementation of the management of nursing safety and nursing quality, hospital comprehensive nursing quality and service satisfaction has increased significantly. Conclusion： Implementation of nursing safety management and nursing quality management, which ensure the nursing quality of hospital-wide surveillance, improvement and implementation of nursing quality and service satisfaction improved to play a positive role in promoting. Through increased management, nursing quality management more standardized and institutionalized procedures, and enhanced the quality of nurses＇ awareness and sense of competition, play an enhanced role in the promotion of the service concept of ＂patient-centered＂, improve the nursing comprehensive quality, and create a safe and comfortable medical and rehabilitation environment.展开更多

However,there is security risk under all the facilities.This paper proposes an electricity pricing model based on insurance from the perspective of maximizing the benefits of Energy Internet service providers by using the principal-agent theory. The consumer prepays the provider insurance premiums and signs a contract. The provider sets electricity price according to the premiums and therefore provides differentiated electric services for the consumer. Loss suffered by the consumer due to the power failure is compensated by the provider according to the contract. The equivalent model is presented and a necessary condition of the optimal strategy is obtained on the basis of Pontryagin's maximum principle. At last,a numerical example is presented,which illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed model.展开更多
