每年有大量的沥青路面需要大修改建,路面维修产生的废旧路面材料的再生利用问题日益显现,大量的废弃料,不仅会占用大量的土地、造成周边环境的污染,就材料本身而言,也是一种极大的资源浪费,使得废旧沥青路面的材料得到重新利用已迫在眉睫。

废玻璃再生利用于反光路面,可以达到环保、交通诱导或警示和景观的效果。文章通过沥青混合料的室内试验,确定不同玻璃掺量混合料的配比,研究不同玻璃掺量沥青混合料的路用性能、性能提升的措施效果。应用小型浸水加速加载(MMLS3)试验,... 废玻璃再生利用于反光路面,可以达到环保、交通诱导或警示和景观的效果。文章通过沥青混合料的室内试验,确定不同玻璃掺量混合料的配比,研究不同玻璃掺量沥青混合料的路用性能、性能提升的措施效果。应用小型浸水加速加载(MMLS3)试验,综合验证废玻璃沥青混合料的高温抗车辙、抗剥落和反光效果等长期性能。试验结果表明玻璃掺量较大时,路用性能(高温、低温、抗水损)等指标有所下降;掺量较小时,指标变化不大;反光度随掺量变化明显增大。综合考虑性能和效果,控制废玻璃掺量,沥青混合料可以达到应用的技术要求,研究成果在浙江省庆元县54省道中得到验证。 展开更多

For the resource utilization of the solid waste coking sulfur paste and the improvement of performance of the asphalt mixture,a method for preparing modified asphalt mixture with coking sulfur paste modifier(CSPM)is herein proposed.Compared with the matrix asphalt mixture,the Marshall stability of the 30%CSPM modified asphalt mixture increased by 38.3%,the dynamic stability increased by nearly one time(reaching 1847.5 times/mm),the splitting strength ratio increased by 39.3%while the splitting tensile strength decreased by 11.7%.After curing,the performance of the CSPM modified asphalt mixture was further improved.The results show that CSPM improved the high temperature stability and water damage resistance of the asphalt mixture,and the low-temperature anti-cracking performance of that was slightly reduced.Chemical analysis of asphalt binders shows that a little sulfur reacted with asphalt to produce polysulfide compounds(R-Sx-R′),and a part of sulfur existed in the form of crystalline sulfur which was further increased after curing.The presence of crystalline sulfur as an inorganic filler is the key point for improving the high temperature stability and water resistance performance of modified asphalt mixture. 展开更多

A glass crusher was developed to improve the waste glass crushing process.The waste glass was recycled,crushed and sieved to different particle sizes as glass aggregates,and the surface of glass aggregates was treated by nano-Fe2O3 suspension to improve the anti-striping property.The glasphalt mixture made by partly replacing mineral aggregates with glass aggregates was designed and evaluated.The sizes of glass aggregates were selected to be 2.36 and 4.75 mm,and the optimum concentration of nano-Fe2O3 suspension was determined to be 10%.The optimum asphalt content(OAC)was determined by the Marshall method and the glass aggregate content.The influence of the glass aggregate content on the technical properties of glasphalt mixtures were analyzed by the rutting test,three-point bending test,freeze-thaw splitting test and skid resistance test.The results show that the optimal content of glass aggregates and OAC are recommended to be 15%and 4.4%,respectively.These environmentally-friendly glasphalt mixtures can solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by waste glass,as well as reducing the cost of pavement materials and construction. 展开更多
