页岩储层压裂缝网表征是现阶段页岩气开采面临的主要难题之一,因此在了解缝网扩展主控因素的基础上,选择合理的、具有优势的实验(试验)和模拟方法是有效推进页岩开采的重要环节。通过调研大量页岩压裂缝网研究的矿场试验、室内实验以及... 页岩储层压裂缝网表征是现阶段页岩气开采面临的主要难题之一,因此在了解缝网扩展主控因素的基础上,选择合理的、具有优势的实验(试验)和模拟方法是有效推进页岩开采的重要环节。通过调研大量页岩压裂缝网研究的矿场试验、室内实验以及数值模拟方法及成果,尤其对比、分析了各种数值模拟方法的发展和现状,展望了数值模拟技术的发展方向,并系统归纳了影响缝网的主控因素及其影响机理,得出以下认识:①页岩储层压裂缝网数值模拟方法中,基于有限元模型的扩展有限元模型、在离散裂缝网络模型基础上发展的非常规裂缝网络模型以及从分形理论出发的分形裂缝网模型在页岩复杂缝网模拟中体现了优越性和可持续发展性;②裂缝扩展在真实地层中主要受控于缝内压力、岩石脆性、地应力、层理和天然裂缝,页岩储层岩石脆性较强、层理发育、天然裂缝广泛分布,极大地增加了缝网复杂程度,裂缝扩展整体上主要是以上因素共同作用的结果;③现阶段复杂裂缝网络模拟方法基于边界元、有限元、离散元、解析法,由于每种方法的特征和适用性不同,融合不同数值方法的建模、求解更有模拟潜力。 展开更多

Genes encoding enzymes involved in biosynthesis of very long chain fatty acids were significantly up-regulatedduring early cotton fiber development. Two cDNAs, GhKCR1 and GhKCR2 encoding putative cotton 3-ketoacyl-CoAreductases that catalyze the second step in fatty acid elongation, were isolated from developing cotton fibers. GhKCR1and 2 contain open reading frames of 963 bp and 924 bp encoding proteins of 320 and 307 amino acid residues,respectively. Quantatitive RT-PCR analysis showed that both these genes were highly preferentially expressed duringthe cotton fiber elongation period with much lower levels recovered from roots, stems and leaves. GhKCR1 and 2showed 30%-32% identity to Saccharomyces cerevisiae Ybr159p at the deduced amino acid level. These cotton cDNAswere cloned and expressed in yeast haploid ybr159w? mutant that was deficient in 3-ketoacyl-CoA reductase activity.Wild-type growth rate was restored in ybr159w? cells that expressed either GhKCR1 or 2. Further analysis showed thatGhKCR1 and 2 were co-sedimented within the membranous pellet fraction after high-speed centrifugation, similar to theyeast endoplasmic reticulum marker ScKar2p. Both GhKCR(s) showed NADPH-dependent 3-ketoacyl-CoA reductaseactivity in an in vitro assay system using palmitoyl-CoA and malonyl-CoA as substrates. Our results suggest thatGhKCR1 and 2 are functional orthologues of ScYbr159p. 展开更多

With the rapid development of network technology, it is increasingly important to dynamically upgrade router’s software. In this paper, the authors present new software architecture to be applied to extensible services router. The novel feature of the architecture is the ability to dynamically load and configure extensible components at run time. Each component implements one function such as packets classification, packets scheduling and routing protocol. We design a simple configuration language (ESRCL) to configure and manage the router. The architecture can be configured according to the packet flows. At present, a prototype system based on highly efficient router operating system (HEROS) has been finished. 展开更多

Based on the framework of the extended finite element method (XFEM), the enriched exponent discontinuous function is modified properly by introducing the rigidity ratio of two sides materials of interface crack, and the portion integral scheme is adopted for interface elements containing two materials. To embody the singularity of the crack tip, the triangle function is introduced directly. What’s more, the maximum loop stress fracture criterion is adopted to determine the extension direction in extended material domains, and the true extension distance for each load step is determined by reducing or increasing half the current trial extension distance until the equivalent stress intensity factor reaches the type I fracture toughness of material. Finally, with the improved XFEM, the interface crack propagation in a cantilever deep beam and concrete gravity dam are simulated without re-meshing respectively and their failure modes are also analyzed. 展开更多
