The authors summarize comprehensively the problems of buildings construetion safety in China at present based on grasping the whole safety status of buildings construction, and the synthetic countermeasures including the systems about laws, management, technology and education civilization for buildings construction safety management are brought up based on the viewpoint of safety system theory. Then it is thought that huilding scientific management mechanisms and popularizing effective management methods and measures are the fundamental ways for improving further the level of safety management for buildings construction in China at present.展开更多
Trust management has been proven to be a useful technology for providing security service and as a consequence has been used in many applications such as P2P, Grid, ad hoc network and so on. However, few researches ab...Trust management has been proven to be a useful technology for providing security service and as a consequence has been used in many applications such as P2P, Grid, ad hoc network and so on. However, few researches about trust mechanism for Internet of Things (IoT) could be found in the literature, though we argue that considerable necessity is held for applying trust mechanism to IoT. In this paper, we establish a formal trust management control mechanism based on architecture modeling of IoT. We decompose the IoT into three layers, which are sensor layer, core layer and application layer, from aspects of network composition of loT. Each layer is controlled by trust management for special purpose: self-organized, affective routing and multi-service respectively. And the final decision-making is performed by service requester according to the collected trust information as well as requester' policy. Finally, we use a formal semantics-based and fuzzy set theory to realize all above trust mechanism, the result of which provides a general framework for the development of trust models of IoT.展开更多

In this paper, the author details the three aspects substation construction management of the project, namely the concept of substation engineering, project management and construction safety, through these three aspects, the author analyzes the construction project management substation existing problems, To solve these problems and issues proposed some measures and construction process that need attention. These center...This paper aims to study the architectural design and planning of the Egyptian nuclear research centers. Three Egyptian nuclear research centers and the proposed nuclear research center have been studied. These centers are the Nuclear Research Center in Inshas, the Hot laboratories and Waste Management Center in Inshas, the National Center for Radiation Research and Technology in Nasr City and the proposed Nuclear Research Center in North Western Coast of Egypt. Also, the paper aims to study the functions of these centers, as well as the types of their existing facilities. The paper investigates the principles and standards used in design and planning of these nuclear research centers. A comparative study has been conducted to those four nuclear research centers to evaluate the centers according to the site characteristics and the basic safety factors. The results were compared to determine the best design and planning. The proposed Nuclear Research Center in North Western Coast of Egypt proved to be the best among all with regard to design and planning, taking into consideration the radiation safety requirements. The architects are recommended to design and plan the nuclear research centers, taking into consideration the radial planning concept because it is the best with regard to radiation safety requirements.展开更多
