Now the relations between the two nations are both practical and stable with a solid base. The establishment of strategic cooperative partnership guarantees stable development of the relations. In essence, this relationship can be generalized as cooperative yet non-aligned, competitive yet non-confronted, having mutual benefit without imposition. Two biases should be avoided in the course of enriching and developing Sino-Russian cooperative strategic partnership. One is to seek undue haste or even alliance, another is to be excessively cautious and preventative. The big characteristic in new Sino-Russian relations will be realistic, non-dogmatic, without setting frames and without losing a good chance. All things should be done in accordance of the objective course and mutual needs of the bilateral relations. With regard to international cooperation, it should advocate strategic dialogue and consultation between big nations and small ones, among big powers and among various types of state groups so as to set up a new multi-polar, mutually comprehensive, mutually tolerant and cooperative, international order.展开更多
