This paper gives you an introduction on current situation of distribution of tropical crop germplasm resources, in-situ conservation, collection and preservation, evaluation and appraisal and innovation and utilization in china; analysis on existing key problems in protection and utilization of China＇s tropical crop germplasm resources; proposal of complementary study and collection and construction of geographical information base; reasonably layout of plantation and upgrade and preservation of equipments; development and research of related technical standards and carry-out of system evaluation and appraisal; improvement of share mechanism and efficiency; innovation and breakthrough in key points; and talents training and maintenance of work continuance, etc. Basing on these, the proposal of protection and utilization of China＇s tropical crop germplasm resources are further strengthened.展开更多

Content analysis and methodology of narrative explore the ideological nature of representations of youth as well as the interpretation of trends in Chinese youth cinema. This study argues the particular manners of representations of Chinese youth in the youths＇ films produced in China's Mainland, through distinct elements such as film properties, film discourse, and acting on set It will explain how functional and social category diversity, cultural diversity, and historical diversity derive the actuality in Chinese communities, and center on a series of sex-based issues that revel correlations between Chinese youths＇ ideology, psychology, and social construction. Including a discussion of technical factors, it defines the specific natures of Chinese youth cinema in the region based on fixed parameters of culture or ancestry that convey rhetorical messages to discover the characteristics of genre film so that the interpretation of the term ＂peers groups＂ represents the values and beliefs in modern Chinese society, thus presenting the exchange approaches which construct and validate the relationship among society, global film industry, young audience and film content.展开更多
Along with the deepening of China＇s marketization-oriented reform, the widespread corruption of government officials and whether or not the fast economic growth in the last 30 years in China is sustainable have becom...Along with the deepening of China＇s marketization-oriented reform, the widespread corruption of government officials and whether or not the fast economic growth in the last 30 years in China is sustainable have become the two serious problems disturbing the Chinese government and people of all circles in China. This paper argues that something must be done in the construction of China＇s legal system and in its constitutional reform, otherwise the problems of prevalence of corruption will eventually hold back the high economic growth of China. Starting from the discussion of the differentiation of two concepts of ＂the rule by Law＂ and ＂the rule of Law,＂ this paper suggests that laws in China should be restored to their natural role as the incarnation of justice on the basis of jurisprudence reasoning, and instrumentalism, pragmatism and utilitarianism in China＇s current legal theory inherited from the traditional Chinese culture should be discarded. Otherwise, it will be impossible to restore the sacredness and authority of Law in China, and then it will take an unconscionable time to reach the state of ＂the Rule of Law＂ with constitutional democracy in China and there will be no way to tackle the problem of institutionalized corruption in the contemporary Chinese society once and for all.展开更多
