在全民健身上升为国家战略的新时期,足球项目发展规划和足球场地设施建设规划被国务院列为"重点任务",其中社区足球场地成为规划建设的重点对象。但长期以来社区足球场地仅是大型体育中心或社区公共服务设施的配套,并未受到重... 在全民健身上升为国家战略的新时期,足球项目发展规划和足球场地设施建设规划被国务院列为"重点任务",其中社区足球场地成为规划建设的重点对象。但长期以来社区足球场地仅是大型体育中心或社区公共服务设施的配套,并未受到重视,关于其规划建设的探讨目前还比较缺乏。文章通过对其发展现状和前景的探讨,认为社区足球场规划建设正在进入增量提质的阶段。借鉴英国、巴西、日本、香港、广州等国家与地区的先进建设经验,文章总结出6种社区足球场的主要规划建设模式:在大型体育中心配建、作为社区服务配套、融入公园广场、活化废弃闲置地、利用竖向空间、开放其他公共服务单位场地,并对各模式应用进行了探讨。 展开更多

Under single-satellite observation,the parameter estimation of the boost phase of high-precision space noncooperative targets requires prior information.To improve the accuracy without prior information,we propose a parameter estimation model of the boost phase based on trajectory plane parametric cutting.The use of the plane passing through the geo-center and the cutting sequence line of sight(LOS)generates the trajectory-cutting plane.With the coefficient of the trajectory cutting plane directly used as the parameter to be estimated,a motion parameter estimation model in space non-cooperative targets is established,and the Gauss-Newton iteration method is used to solve the flight parameters.The experimental results show that the estimation algorithm proposed in this paper weakly relies on prior information and has higher estimation accuracy,providing a practical new idea and method for the parameter estimation of space non-cooperative targets under single-satellite warning. 展开更多

The results show that there are few studies on basic theories about total scale of construction land presently, and there is no theoretical framework in studies on influencing factors. A single model has been used to conduct prediction on a small scale in most studies, but there have been few studies on iarge-scale prediction based on comprehensive benefit. The seakeeping performance of a luxury cruise ship was evaluated during the concept design phase.By comparing numerical predictions based on 3-D linear potential flow theory in the frequency domain with the results of model tests, it was shown that the 3-D method predicted the seakeeping performance of the luxury cruise ship well.Based on the model, the seakeeping features of the luxury cruise ship were analyzed, and then the influence was seen of changes to the primary design parameters (center of gravity, inertial radius, etc.).Based on the results, suggestions were proposed to improve the choice of parameters for luxury cruise ships during the concept design phase.They should improve seakeeping performance. 展开更多

The energy caused by the dynamic impact in mining engineering forth release and spread by the way of seismic waves, monitoring is an effective way for forecasting mine dynamical disasters, such as rockburst and coal and gas outburst. Three-dimensional dynamic model was built to simulate the propagating progress of seismic waves in the elastoplastic tunnel rock and analyzed the propagating law of perturbation acceleration around tunnel, based on the finite element dynamic analysis software ANSYS/L S-DYNA. The simulation results indicate that: (1) The propagation attenuation of seismic wave is a negative index relationship; (2) The acceleration amplitude of seismic wave decays rapidly in near-field and decays slowly in far-field; (3) When the perturbation is generated in the dead ahead of tunnel, the acceleration of seismic wave become smaller and smaller away from the roadway-rib;(4) The elastic and plastic stress state of tunnel rock is also an important factor for propagation process of wave, the energy of seismic wave is mainly consumed for geometric spreading and plastic deformation in propagation in the elastoplastic medium model. 展开更多

It is well known that the overbreak caused by the blasting damage during tunnel excavation increases costs associated with filling the collapsed area with shotcrete and results in filing of a claim by the contractor. This paper outlines a new approach for prediction the overbreak depth during tunnel construction. Hence, firstly excavation damage zone(EDZ) are determined by average specific charge in each zone. Numerical modelling is used to simulate the EDZ around tunnel boundary and the overbreak depth are calculated by the rock strength factor. The predicted overbreak depth compared with observed field data from a case study. The results show that there exists an approximately up to 40% difference between the prediction and the observed volume of overbreak depth. Therefore, the method can be well used to predict the overbreak depth to estimate more precision of shotcrete and concrete volumes in tunnelling cost during design phase. 展开更多

Port-city system is a complex and integral system, and it can be simulated by system dynamic method, which is used to be employed to solve nonlinear problems. Based on the causality of the every element in the port-city system, the authors analyzed the feedback relation and logical relation among the system variables and system structure. A system-dynamic flow chart and correlation equations were put forward with VENSIM software, the quantitative relation was described, and the model was debugged. The development trend of the main influence factors in port-city system was simulated. By changing the influence degree of each related factor. It is found the parameters values of variables in the model, we studied that: 1) Foreign trade throughput of port play an important role in the development of export-oriented economy. 2) The development of primary industry and secondary industry affects most of the water transportation demand. With the constant increase of tertiary industry proportion in the industrial structure, the demand of national economy for water transportation decreases gradually. 3) Water transportation presents a kind of oversupply development situation, so port construction should properly slow down. 4) With the development of ports, its direct and indirect contribution to urban economy has been continuously increasing, but contribution rate will be continuously decreasing. 展开更多
