目的设计合成具有抗菌活性的二硫吡咯酮类衍生物。方法以6-氨基-1,2-二硫杂环戊烯[4,3-b]吡咯-5(4H)-酮环为骨架结构,经过酰胺化、亲核取代等反应合成了14个N-芳基二硫吡咯酮类衍生物。采用纸片扩散法抑制金黄色葡萄球菌实验测定了所有... 目的设计合成具有抗菌活性的二硫吡咯酮类衍生物。方法以6-氨基-1,2-二硫杂环戊烯[4,3-b]吡咯-5(4H)-酮环为骨架结构,经过酰胺化、亲核取代等反应合成了14个N-芳基二硫吡咯酮类衍生物。采用纸片扩散法抑制金黄色葡萄球菌实验测定了所有目标化合物体外抗菌活性,对优选化合物进行了最低抑菌浓度测定和大肠埃希菌RNA聚合酶抑制活性测定,并利用分子对接方法对化合物2i的作用机制进行了预测。结果与结论目标化合物均经1H NMR、13 C NMR和ESI-MS谱确证。2i具有较强的抗菌活性,分子对接结果也表明其与RNA聚合酶开关区具有较强的相互作用,值得做进一步研究。 展开更多

Due to the road-constrained data delivery and highly dynamic topology of vehicle nodes in a Vehicular Ad Hoc Network (VANET), it is better to construct routing based on the road-to-road pattern than the traditional node-to-node routing pattern in MANETs. However, the challenging issue is the opportunistic forwarding at intersections. Therefore, we propose a novel routing scheme, called Buffer and Switch (BAS). In BAS, each road buffers the data packets with multiple duplicates propagation in order to provide more opportunities for packet switching at intersections. Different from conventional protocols in VANETs, the propagation of duplicates in BAS is bidirectional along the routing path. Moreover, BAS's cost is much lower than other flooding-based protocols due to its spatio-temporally controlled duplicates propagation. Different from recent researches, BAS can deliver packets not only to a stationary node, but also to the stationary or mobile nodes in a specified area. We conduct the extensive simulations to evaluate the performance of BAS based on the road map of a real city collected from Google Earth. The simulation results show that BAS can outperform the existing protocols, especially when the network resources are limited. 展开更多

In this paper,we investigate an inertial two-neural coupling system with multiple delays.We analyze the number of equilibrium points and demonstrate the corresponding pitchfork bifurcation.Results show that the system has a unique equilibrium as well as three equilibria for different values of coupling weights.The local asymptotic stability of the equilibrium point is studied using the corresponding characteristic equation.We find that multiple delays can induce the system to exhibit stable switching between the resting state and periodic motion.Stability regions with delay-dependence are exhibited in the parameter plane of the time delays employing the Hopf bifurcation curves.To obtain the global perspective of the system dynamics,stability and periodic activity involving multiple equilibria are investigated by analyzing the intersection points of the pitchfork and Hopf bifurcation curves,called the Bogdanov-Takens(BT)bifurcation.The homoclinic bifurcation and the fold bifurcation of limit cycle are obtained using the BT theoretical results of the third-order normal form.Finally,numerical simulations are provided to support the theoretical analyses. 展开更多

For thermal conduction cases,one can detect the size of an object explicitly by measuring the temperature distribution around it.If the temperature is the only signature we can obtain,we will give an incorrect judgment on the shape or size of the object by disturbing the distribution of it.According to this principle,in this article,we develop a transformation method and design a dual-functional thermal device,which can create a thermal illusion that the object inside it "seems" to appear bigger or smaller than its original size.This device can functionally switch among magnifier and miniGer at will The proposed device consists of two layers:the cloak and the complementary material.A thermal cloak can make the internal region thermally "invisible" while the complementary layer offsets this effect.The combination leads to the illusion of magnification and minification.As a result of finite element simulations,the performances of the illusions are confirmed. 展开更多
