MT5500、4400卡车由特莱克斯北方采矿公司专门为露天矿开采设计开发,采用GE公司设计生产的电气系统。由于MT5500、4400卡车蓄电池隔离开关在设计时存在安装高度高、位置空间小,设备操作人员关闭、打开蓄电池隔离开关时需要使用卡车发动机登高梯,使用登高梯时存在空间、高度、环境等因素易造成人员坠落事故,尤其是雨天、雪天、地面有湿滑的稀泥的情况时,脚上踩有稀泥,上下发动机登高梯,特别容易滑下发动机登高梯,造成滑落事故,存在一定的安全隐患。为了确保设备操作人员可以快速、安全的关闭或打开蓄电池隔离开关,改造后新蓄电池隔离开关的位置会更加合理、安全的位置,消除了设备操作人员登高操作的安全隐患,还有突发情况电路连电、着火等紧急情况能在最短时间关闭电源,控制火源,降低损失。 展开更多

To predict the attitude of satellite during the whole deployment process and evaluate the locking impact, a numerical flexible model of a certain satellite associated with four flexible honeycomb solar panels was established. The flexible solar panel was modeled by the finite element analysis (FEA), and the motion equations were derived by Lagrangian formulation. The locking process was based on the method of Hertzian contact, which enables one to predict the locking impact on the satellite and the subsequent oscillation of solar panels. The results reveal that locking operation has great impact on the attitude of the satellite, and the angular acceleration of satellite reaches 22.03°/s2 at the locking moment; the flexible solar panels model is feasible to predict the accurate response of the satellite during deployment and the oscillation of solar panels; the instantly impulsive force occurred during locking process is about 1.5 kN and the changing time is nearly 0.32 s. It provides an effective approach to present the flexible solar panels' deployment process and evaluate the locking impact. 展开更多

Switch policy is essential for small cells to properly serve variable number of users in an energy efficient way.However,frequently switching small cell base stations(SBSs) may increase the network operating cost,especially when there is an nonnegligible start-up energy cost.To this end,by observing the variety of user number,we focus on the design of a switch policy which minimize the cumulative energy consumption.A given user transmission rate is guaranteed and the capability of SBSs are limited as well.According to the knowledge on user number variety,we classify the energy consumption problem into two cases.In complete information case,to minimize the cumulative energy consumption,an offline solution is proposed according to critical segments.A heuristic algorithm for incomplete information case(HAIIC) is proposed by tracking the difference of cumulative energy consumption.The upper bound of the Energy Consumption Ratio(ECR) for HAIIC is derived as well.In addition,a practical Q-learning based probabilistic policy is proposed.Simulation results show that the proposed HAIIC algorithm is able to save energy efficiently. 展开更多

With the development of devices for high performance, the circuit technologies have been also studied. One of the main streams concerns a soft switching technology to mitigate switching stress, leading to the reduction in switching losses or electro-magnetic noise. On the other hand, as a characterized orthodox technology', the existing chopper circuit is used for the electric vehicles, etc.. Such technologies have a tendency to go out of vogue as power supplies for such vehicles. However, as a boost chopper for the battery charger for an electric vehicle, those technologies become a main stream, where a bilateral function is required. With the foregoing in mind, the authors have devised and analyzed the bilateral chopper using the soft-switch technology, which could be applied to a battery charger for an electric vehicle or similar. 展开更多
