A wavelet collocation method with nonlinear auto companding is proposed for behavioral modeling of switched current circuits.The companding function is automatically constructed according to the initial error distribution obtained through approximating the input output function of the SI circuit by conventional wavelet collocation method.In practical applications,the proposed method is a general purpose approach,by which both the small signal effect and the large signal effect are modeled in a unified formulation to ease the process of modeling and simulation.Compared with the published modeling approaches,the proposed nonlinear auto companding method works more efficiently not only in controlling the error distribution but also in reducing the modeling errors.To demonstrate the promising features of the proposed method,several SI circuits are employed as examples to be modeled and simulated. 展开更多

In the typhoon adaptive observation based on conditional nonlinear optimal perturbation (CNOP), the ‘on-off’ switch caused by moist physical parameterization in prediction models prevents the conventional adjoint method from providing correct gradient during the optimization process. To address this problem, the capture of CNOP, when the "on-off" switches are included in models, is treated as non-smooth optimization in this study, and the genetic algorithm (GA) is introduced. After detailed algorithm procedures are formulated using an idealized model with parameterization "on-off" switches in the forcing term, the impacts of "on-off" switches on the capture of CNOP are analyzed, and three numerical experiments are conducted to check the effectiveness of GA in capturing CNOP and to analyze the impacts of different initial populations on the optimization result. The result shows that GA is competent for the capture of CNOP in the context of the idealized model with parameterization ‘on-off’ switches in this study. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of GA in capturing CNOP are analyzed in detail. 展开更多

It is shown that the two sides of plume are symmetrical and have an accordant regulation that the plume radius has a linear relation to the height z. The profile of fire plume under stack effect is similar to the windblown flame in wind tunnel,and the range of flame deflection angle is about from 50 to 60 degree. 展开更多

为减小基本结构开关线型微机电(MEMS)移相器的面积,提出了一种新型的基于电容电感移相单元的小型化3位开关线型MEMS移相器。该移相器用MEMS工艺制成的交叠结构的电容电感移相单元代替原始的延迟传输线,其90°移相单元的长度比传统90... 为减小基本结构开关线型微机电(MEMS)移相器的面积,提出了一种新型的基于电容电感移相单元的小型化3位开关线型MEMS移相器。该移相器用MEMS工艺制成的交叠结构的电容电感移相单元代替原始的延迟传输线,其90°移相单元的长度比传统90°延迟线的缩短近3/4,45°移相单元的长度比原始延迟线的缩短近1/2,有效缩小了移相器的整体面积。用HFSS(high frequency structuresimulator)软件进行了仿真及优化设计。仿真结果表明:在20GHz到40GHz频段内,45°移相单元的回波损耗优于-27.25dB,插入损耗优于-0.33dB;90°移相单元的回波损耗优于-26.25dB,插入损耗优于-0.51dB。在35GHz时,整个3位移相器能够完成0~360°、间隔为45°的移相,平均插入损耗为-2.63dB,回波损耗优于-15dB,平均相位误差为3.67°。根据仿真结果,所设计的MEMS移相器适用于35GHz小型化相控阵雷达。 展开更多
