In this study, a panel of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) against Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV), named as 8C9 and4B4, were produced by fusing SP2/0 myeloma cells and spleen cells of BALB/...In this study, a panel of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) against Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV), named as 8C9 and4B4, were produced by fusing SP2/0 myeloma cells and spleen cells of BALB/c mice immunized with the PRRSV (TCID50=5.5), screened by the indirect ELISA and subjected to several limiting dilutions, mAbs were then identified by biological characterization. Among the two fusion cell strains, 8C9 belonged to the IgG1 subclass and 4B4 belonged to the IgG2a subclass. The titers in cell culture supematant and abdomen liquor reached to 1:104and 1:105, respectively. The specificity test indicated that the two cells had specific reactions for the PRRSV and GP5 protein respectively, and no reaction with Classical swine fever virus (CSFV) or Swine vesicular disease virus (SVDV). The molecular weights of the heavy chain and light chain were about 45.0 kDa and 25.0 kDa, respectively. In neutralization activity tests, the results showed that the prepared mAb 4B4 can protect 50% of cells with no CPE in dilution up to 1:512, but mAB 8C9 has no neutralization activities to PRRSV.展开更多
The optimal design method for an open Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) superconducting magnet with an active shielding configuration is proposed. Firstly, three pairs of current rings are employed as seed coils. By ...The optimal design method for an open Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) superconducting magnet with an active shielding configuration is proposed. Firstly, three pairs of current rings are employed as seed coils. By optimizing the homogeneity of Diameter Sphere Voltnne (DSV), the positions and currents of the seed coils will be obtained. Secondly, according to the positions and currents of the seed coils, the current density of superconducting wires is determined, and then the original sections for the coils can be achieved. An optimization for the homogeneity based on the constrained nonlincar optimization method is employed to determine the coils with good homogeneity. Thirdly, the magnetic field generated by previous coils is set as the background field, then add two coils with reverse current, and optimize the stray field line of 5 Gauss in a certain scope. Finally, a further optimization for the homogeneity is used to get Final coils. This method can also be used in the design of other axisynmaetfic superconducting MRI magnets.展开更多
Water shortage is a major issue in northern China. With the transfer of China's economic center from south to north, Circum-Bohai Economic Circle has gradually formed and developed as the third pole of China's econo...Water shortage is a major issue in northern China. With the transfer of China's economic center from south to north, Circum-Bohai Economic Circle has gradually formed and developed as the third pole of China's economy after Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, the problem of water has inevitably become more and more serious. South-to-North Water Diversion and Sea Water Desalination are helpful to solve this dilemma, but some difficulties appeared during the course of the two projects. By contrast, sea ice desalination can be considered as a third way to alleviate freshwater crisis in Bohai Rim. Firstly, the amount of sea ice in Bohai Sea is as much as 1.27 billion m3 even in normal years. Then the salinity of sea ice is only 1/4 to 1/7 as that of sea water. And furthermore, desalinized water of sea ice can meet national water quality standard for drinking. Purposely use the abundant sea ice resources as water source for industry, agriculture and living is very likely to open a new path for the solution of freshwater shortage, which can promote rapid and healthy development of Circum-Bohai Economic Circle.展开更多
