METHODS: Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)-gui...AIM: To establish an optimum combination of molecular markers resulting in best overall diagnostic sensitivity and specificity for evaluation of suspicious pancreatic mass. METHODS: Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)-guided fine needle aspiration cytology (FNA) was performed on 101 consecutive patients (63 males, 38 females, 60 ± 12 years; 81 with subsequently diagnosed pancreatic cancer, 20 with chronic pancreatitis) with focal pancreatic mass. Samples were evaluated on-site by an experienced cytopathologist. DNA was extracted from Giemsa stained cells selected by laser microdissection and the presence of K-ras, p53 and p16 somatic mutations was tested by cycling-gradient capillary electrophoresis (CGCE) and single-strand conformation polymorphism (SSCP) techniques. In addition, allelic losses of tumor suppressor genes p16 (INK4, CDKN2A) and DPC4 (MADH4, SMAD4) were detected by monitoring the loss of heterozygosity (LOH) at 9p and 18q, respectively. RESULTS: Sensitivity and specificity of EUS-guided FNA were 75% and 85%, positive and negative predictive value reached 100%. The remaining 26% samples were assigned as inconclusive. Testing of molecular markers revealed sensitivity and specificity of 70% and 100% for K-ras mutations (P 〈 0.001), 24% and 90% for p53 mutations (NS), 13% and 100% for p16 mutations (NS), 85% and 64% for aUelic losses at 9p (P 〈 0.001) and 78% and 57% for allelic losses at 18q (P 〈 0.05). When tests for different molecular markers were combined, the best results were obtained with K-ras + LOH at 9p (92% and 64%, P 〈 0.001), K-ras + LOH at 18q (92% and 57%, P 〈 0.001), and K-ras + LOH 9q + LOH 18q (96% and 43%, P 〈 0.001). When the molecular markers were used as complements to FNA cytology to evaluate inconclusive samples only, the overall sensitivity of cancer detection was 100% in all patients enrolled in the study. CONCLUSION: EUS-guided FNA cytology combined with screening of K-ras mutations and allelic losses of tumor suppressors p16 and DPC4 represents a very sensitive approach in screening for pancreatic malignancy. Molecular markers may find its use particularly in cases where FNA cytology has been inconclusive.展开更多

These findings urged us to investigate whether different formation conditions of the molecule-ion system between Li2CO3 and β-CD in solid state were involved in different spectral performances. To answer the question, we prepared three adducts of Li2CO3 to β-CD, i.e., samples 1, 2, and 3, by magnetic stirring, solvothermal and grinding conditions, respectively. Powder X-ray diffraction and Fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy provided the information of formation of the three molecule-ion adducts. Besides, scanning electron microscope images provided different surface information of the three adducts. Further, significant spectral differences in thermal behavior of these adducts were found by thermogravimetry and derivative thermogravimetry.展开更多

The hierarchical EU-1 samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, N_2 adsorption, FT-IR and NH_3-TPD to analyze the crystallinity, morphology, surface area, pore size distribution and acidity. The results showed that hierarchical EU-1 zeolites were successfully synthesized; organosilanes have great influence on crystal morphology of EU-1 zeolites; the exterior surface area of hierarchical EU-1 zeolite, which synthesized with organosilanes(APAEDMS) adding into synthesis system, increased by 62.1% and mesopore volume increased by 129.1% compared with conventional EU-1 zeolites, thus can reduce the diffusional restriction markedly in catalytic reaction. The catalytic performance of hierarchical EU-1zeolites were evaluated in m-xylene isomerization on fixed bed reactor. The catalytic data showed that the isomerization activity PX/X of the hierarchical EU-1 zeolites reached around 24.09% in theoretical thermodynamic equilibrium from 23.83%, and the selectivity of C_8 aromatic hydrocarbon increased from 75.16% to 84.87%. The conversion of p-xylene increased from 16.30% to 18.41%.展开更多

The relationship between the microstruc-ture of polyisoprene and the ratio of [THF]/[n-BuLi] has been investigated. Objective This study aims to investigate the expression of delta-like 1 (DLK1) gene in the bone marrow cells of patients with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and to explore its molecular characteristics for the ea...Objective This study aims to investigate the expression of delta-like 1 (DLK1) gene in the bone marrow cells of patients with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and to explore its molecular characteristics for the early diagnosis of MDS. Methods The expression of DLK1 mRNA in the bone marrow cells of cases with MDS, acute myeloid leukemia (AML), and normal control groups were measured by real-time polymerase chain reaction and were analyzed for clinical significance. Results Significantly higher expression of DLK1 mRNA was observed in the bone marrow cells of MDS patients (0.7342±0.3652) compared with the normal control group (0.4801±0.1759) (P〈0.05). The expression of DLK1 mRNA had a positive correlation with the proportion of bone marrow blasts (r=0.467, P〈0.05). Moreover, DLK1 mRNA expression was significantly increased as MDS progressed (P〈0.05). Patients with abnormal karyotypes exhibited significantly higher expression of DLK1 mRNA (0.9007±0.4334) than those with normal karyotypes (0.6411±0.2630) (P〈0.05). Subsequently, patients with highly expressed DLK1 (≥0.8) presented significantly higher malignant clone burden (0.4134±0.3999) than those with lower DLK1 expression (〈0.8),(0.1517±0.3109), (P〈0.05). Conclusions The DLK1 gene was highly expressed in MDS patients, and was increased as MDS progressed. The expression of DLK1 mRNA was positively correlated with the proportion of the bone marrow blasts. A high expression of DLK1 gene suggested a higher malignant clone burden of MDS.展开更多

Large parts of eukaryotic genomes consist of constitutively highly condensed heterochromatin, important for maintaining genome integrity but also for silencing of genes within. Small RNA, together with factors typically associated with RNA interference (RNAi) targets homologous DNA sequences and recruits factors that modify the chromatin, com- monly resulting in formation of heterochromatin and silencing of target genes. The scope of this review is to provide an overview of the roles of small RNA and the RNAi components, Dicer, Argonaute and RNA dependent polymerases in epigenetic inheritance via heterochromatin formation, exemplified with pathways from unicellular eukaryotes, plants and animals.展开更多
Increasing interest has been paid to the development of earth‐abundant metal complexes as promising surrogates of platinum for the electrocatalytically and photocatalytically driven hydrogen evolution reaction.In thi...Increasing interest has been paid to the development of earth‐abundant metal complexes as promising surrogates of platinum for the electrocatalytically and photocatalytically driven hydrogen evolution reaction.In this work,we report on molecular H2‐evolving catalysts based on two octahedral complexes of cobalt thiosemicarbazide,fac‐[Co(Htsc)3]Cl3·3H2O(C1,Htsc=thiosemicarbazide)and mer‐[Co(Htsc)3]Cl3·4H2O(C2),which have facial(fac)and meridional(mer)geometry,respectively.Electrochemical studies confirmed that both C1and C2are active electrocatalysts in MeOH solution using acetic acid as the proton source,with the same overpotential of^640mV and TOF of^210s–1.The complex C1also exhibits electrocatalytic activity for hydrogen evolution reaction in aqueous media free of organic solvent with a moderate overpotential(560mV).Visible light‐driven hydrogen evolution experiments were carried out in combination with fluorescein as photosensitizer and triethylamine as sacrificial reductant in homogeneous environments.Our studies showed that both C1and C2can be used as efficient proton‐reduction catalysts in purely aqueous solution and have the same photocatalytic activities.A TOF of125h–1with a TON of900for photocatalytic H2generation using C1and C2in water were achieved for the noble‐metal‐free homogeneous system.It should be noted that this is the first reported study investigating the effect on the catalytic hydrogen production performance of using fac‐and mer‐isomers of molecular catalysts.展开更多

However, it is not always sure whether the cells after staining still remain in living state. We chose several criteria to estimate the validity of real vital staining for sexual cell nuclei. These were: the cytoplasmic streaming in pollen tubes whose nuclei were stained, the simultaneous visualization of fluo-rochromatic reaction and nucleus staining in isolated generative cells, and the capability of isolated, prestained generative or sperm cells to fuse with other protoplasts. The results confirmed that 4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI), Hoechst 33258 and mithramycin could be used as real vital stains, though their efficiency varied from case to case; among them DAPI showed best effect. The fluorescent vital staining technique offered a useful means fori-dentification and selection of heterokaryons in gametoplast manipulation studies.展开更多

In this work, by applying a strong external electric field to effectively overpower the electrostatic interactions between polar groups, we have determined that the tail aggregation is majorly attributed to the electrostatic interactions and the van der Waals interactions only have minor influence on the spatial heterogeneity phenomenon of ionic liquids.展开更多

In the present study, a stage-specific protein factor (LPF-β) was identified in the nuclear extract prepared from mouse fetal liver at d 18 of gestation, which could bind to the HS2 region of humanβ-globin LCRt We also found that the shift band of LPF-βfactor could be competed by humanβ-globin promoter. However, it couldn’t be competed by human E-globin promoter or by human Aβ-globin promoter. Furthermore, our data demonstrated that the binding-sequence of LPF-d factor is 5’CACACCCTA 3’,which is located at the HS2 region ofβ-LCR (from -10845 to -10853 bp) and humanβ-globin promoter (from -92 to -84 bp). We speculated that these regions containing the CACCC box in both the humallβ-globin promoter and HS2 might function as stage selector elements in the regulation of humanβd-globin switching and the LPF-βfactor might be a stage-specific protein factor involved in the regulation of humanβ-globin gene expression.展开更多

The activity depended on the molding procedure of the catalyst and the doping method of the chromium species. In the present study, 8.8% and 8.3% of the yield of isobutene were obtained at 0.75 h and 6 h on-stream for the catalyst (Cr-loading; 6.2 wt.%) molded using wet treatment hut not pressurization treatment, in which the chromium species were directly added into the aqueous solution containing raw FSM-16 (hydrated sodium silicate powder) at an initial stage of the catalyst preparation. The structure information was based on XRD (X-ray diffraction), the specific surface area was determined using a conventional BET (Brunauer-Emmett-Teller) nitrogen adsorption and the loading of chromium was estimated using ICP (inductively coupled plasma). All those parameters combined with the molding method indicated that the catalytic activity was more influenced by the loading of chromium into bulk but not on surface of the catalyst rather than by the hexagonal structure of FSM-16 and the surface area.展开更多
In the present study, 89 porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) isolates in China during 2007 to 2012 were randomly selected from the GenBank genetic sequence database. Evolutionary characteristics...In the present study, 89 porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) isolates in China during 2007 to 2012 were randomly selected from the GenBank genetic sequence database. Evolutionary characteristics of these isolates were analyzed based on the sequences of non-struc-tural protein 2(Nsp2) and glycoprotein 5(GP5). The genetic variations of the isolates were also compared with six representative strains. The results showed that a high degree of genetic diversity exists among the PRRSV population in China. Highly pathogenic PRRSV isolates, with a discon-tinuous deletion of a 30 amino acid residue in the Nsp2 region, remained the most dominant virus throughout 2007–2012 in China. Owing to the extensive use of representative vaccine strains, natu-ral recombination events occurred between strains. Three isolates – HH08, DY, and YN-2011 – were more closely related to vaccine strains than the other isolates. Both YN-2011 and DY were the evolu-tionary products of recombination events between strains SP and CH-1R. The results of the present study provide useful information for the epidemiology of PRRSV as well as for vaccine development.展开更多

An optimization algorithm named Binary Particle Swarm Optimization is used to improve the computation of Non_Reduct in order to detect outliers.By using Binary PSO algorithm, the rules generated from Rough_Outliers algorithm is optimized, giving significant outliers object detected. The detection ofoutliers process is then enhanced by hybridizing it with Negative Association Rules. Frequent and Infrequent item sets from outlier rules are generated. Results show that the hybrid Rough_Negative algorithm is able to uncover meaningful knowledge of outliers from the frequent and infrequent item sets. These knowledge can then be used by experts in their field of domain for better decision making.展开更多

Microstructural evolution and dynamic recrystallization(DRX)mechanisms of a Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb(at.%)alloy prepared by selective electron beam melting(SEBM)during hot deformation at 1150℃and 0.1 s^(-1)were investigated b...Microstructural evolution and dynamic recrystallization(DRX)mechanisms of a Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb(at.%)alloy prepared by selective electron beam melting(SEBM)during hot deformation at 1150℃and 0.1 s^(-1)were investigated by hot compression tests,optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),electron back-scattered diffraction(EBSD)and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The results show that the initial microstructure of the as-SEBMed alloy exhibits layers of coarseγgrains and fineγ+α_(2)+(α_(2)/γ)lamellar mixture grains alternately along the building direction.During the early stage of hot deformation,deformation twins tend to form within the coarse grains,facilitating subsequent deformation,and a small number of DRX grains appear in the fine-grained regions.With the increase of strain,extensive DRX grains are formed through different DRX mechanisms in both coarse and fine-grained regions,involving discontinuous dynamic recrystallization mechanism(DDRX)in the fine-grained regions and a coexistence of DDRX and continuous dynamic recrystallization(CDRX)in the coarsegrained regions.展开更多

The hierarchical EU-1 samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, N_2 adsorption, FT-IR and NH_3-TPD to analyze the crystallinity, morphology, surface area, pore size distribution and acidity. The results showed that hierarchical EU-1 zeolites were successfully synthesized; organosilanes have great influence on crystal morphology of EU-1 zeolites; the exterior surface area of hierarchical EU-1 zeolite, which synthesized with organosilanes(APAEDMS) adding into synthesis system, increased by 62.1% and mesopore volume increased by 129.1% compared with conventional EU-1 zeolites, thus can reduce the diffusional restriction markedly in catalytic reaction. The catalytic performance of hierarchical EU-1zeolites were evaluated in m-xylene isomerization on fixed bed reactor. The catalytic data showed that the isomerization activity PX/X of the hierarchical EU-1 zeolites reached around 24.09% in theoretical thermodynamic equilibrium from 23.83%, and the selectivity of C_8 aromatic hydrocarbon increased from 75.16% to 84.87%. The conversion of p-xylene increased from 16.30% to 18.41%.
文摘The kinetic study of the anionic polymerization of isoprene is carried out in tetrahy-drofuran(THF), using n-BuLi as initiator. Kinetic parameters are obtained, which comprise chain propagation rate constant, kp, and partial rate constants, k3 and k4 + k5, propagation orders with respect to monomer and active species concentrations, α and β, real activation energy, E, as well as partial activation energies, E3 and E4+5 and so on. The relationship between the microstruc-ture of polyisoprene and the ratio of [THF]/[n-BuLi] has been investigated. On the basis of the studies mentioned above, a reasonable mechanism of the anionic polymerization of isoprene in THF is proposed.

文摘Objective This study aims to investigate the expression of delta-like 1 (DLK1) gene in the bone marrow cells of patients with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and to explore its molecular characteristics for the early diagnosis of MDS. Methods The expression of DLK1 mRNA in the bone marrow cells of cases with MDS, acute myeloid leukemia (AML), and normal control groups were measured by real-time polymerase chain reaction and were analyzed for clinical significance. Results Significantly higher expression of DLK1 mRNA was observed in the bone marrow cells of MDS patients (0.7342±0.3652) compared with the normal control group (0.4801±0.1759) (P〈0.05). The expression of DLK1 mRNA had a positive correlation with the proportion of bone marrow blasts (r=0.467, P〈0.05). Moreover, DLK1 mRNA expression was significantly increased as MDS progressed (P〈0.05). Patients with abnormal karyotypes exhibited significantly higher expression of DLK1 mRNA (0.9007±0.4334) than those with normal karyotypes (0.6411±0.2630) (P〈0.05). Subsequently, patients with highly expressed DLK1 (≥0.8) presented significantly higher malignant clone burden (0.4134±0.3999) than those with lower DLK1 expression (〈0.8),(0.1517±0.3109), (P〈0.05). Conclusions The DLK1 gene was highly expressed in MDS patients, and was increased as MDS progressed. The expression of DLK1 mRNA was positively correlated with the proportion of the bone marrow blasts. A high expression of DLK1 gene suggested a higher malignant clone burden of MDS.
文摘The term epigenetics refers to heritable changes not encoded by DNA. The organization of DNA into chromatin fibers affects gene expression in a heritable manner and is therefore one mechanism of epigenetic inheritance. Large parts of eukaryotic genomes consist of constitutively highly condensed heterochromatin, important for maintaining genome integrity but also for silencing of genes within. Small RNA, together with factors typically associated with RNA interference (RNAi) targets homologous DNA sequences and recruits factors that modify the chromatin, com- monly resulting in formation of heterochromatin and silencing of target genes. The scope of this review is to provide an overview of the roles of small RNA and the RNAi components, Dicer, Argonaute and RNA dependent polymerases in epigenetic inheritance via heterochromatin formation, exemplified with pathways from unicellular eukaryotes, plants and animals.

文摘Increasing interest has been paid to the development of earth‐abundant metal complexes as promising surrogates of platinum for the electrocatalytically and photocatalytically driven hydrogen evolution reaction.In this work,we report on molecular H2‐evolving catalysts based on two octahedral complexes of cobalt thiosemicarbazide,fac‐[Co(Htsc)3]Cl3·3H2O(C1,Htsc=thiosemicarbazide)and mer‐[Co(Htsc)3]Cl3·4H2O(C2),which have facial(fac)and meridional(mer)geometry,respectively.Electrochemical studies confirmed that both C1and C2are active electrocatalysts in MeOH solution using acetic acid as the proton source,with the same overpotential of^640mV and TOF of^210s–1.The complex C1also exhibits electrocatalytic activity for hydrogen evolution reaction in aqueous media free of organic solvent with a moderate overpotential(560mV).Visible light‐driven hydrogen evolution experiments were carried out in combination with fluorescein as photosensitizer and triethylamine as sacrificial reductant in homogeneous environments.Our studies showed that both C1and C2can be used as efficient proton‐reduction catalysts in purely aqueous solution and have the same photocatalytic activities.A TOF of125h–1with a TON of900for photocatalytic H2generation using C1and C2in water were achieved for the noble‐metal‐free homogeneous system.It should be noted that this is the first reported study investigating the effect on the catalytic hydrogen production performance of using fac‐and mer‐isomers of molecular catalysts.
文摘DNA-binding fluorochromes are often used for vital staining of plant cell nuclei. However, it is not always sure whether the cells after staining still remain in living state. We chose several criteria to estimate the validity of real vital staining for sexual cell nuclei. These were: the cytoplasmic streaming in pollen tubes whose nuclei were stained, the simultaneous visualization of fluo-rochromatic reaction and nucleus staining in isolated generative cells, and the capability of isolated, prestained generative or sperm cells to fuse with other protoplasts. The results confirmed that 4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI), Hoechst 33258 and mithramycin could be used as real vital stains, though their efficiency varied from case to case; among them DAPI showed best effect. The fluorescent vital staining technique offered a useful means fori-dentification and selection of heterokaryons in gametoplast manipulation studies.

文摘Nanoscale spatial heterogeneity in ionic liquids is formed by the aggregation of cationic tail groups. The electrostatic interactions between polar groups and the collective van der Waals interactions between nonpolar tail groups both contribute to the formation of tail domains, but the degrees of their contributions were unknown. In this work, by applying a strong external electric field to effectively overpower the electrostatic interactions between polar groups, we have determined that the tail aggregation is majorly attributed to the electrostatic interactions and the van der Waals interactions only have minor influence on the spatial heterogeneity phenomenon of ionic liquids.

文摘Objective:To investigate the effects of -2242,-1892 and -1837 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) on toll-like receptor 4(TLR4) promoter activity.Methods:Polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and site direct mutation technology were used to construct TLR4 basic promoter and -2242C,-1892A and -1837G mutate promoter plasmids.Dual-Luciferase Reporter assay system was used to detect the activity of constructed promoter following human embryonic kidney(HEK) 293 cells were transiently cotransfected with the constructed plasmids and the control plasmid pRL-CMV.Results:In HEK293 cells,the activity of -2242C mutate promoter was higher than -2242T promoter,and there was no significant difference when both -1892A and -1837G mutate promoter compared with -1892G and -1837A promoter,respectively.Conclusion:It is implied that -2242T→C base variation can enhance the activity of TLR4 promoter,while -1892 and -1837 SNPs have no effect on TLR4 promoter activity.
文摘The DNasel hypersensitive site 2 (HS2) of human β-globin locus control region (LCR) is required fOr the high level expression of human d-globin genes. In the present study, a stage-specific protein factor (LPF-β) was identified in the nuclear extract prepared from mouse fetal liver at d 18 of gestation, which could bind to the HS2 region of humanβ-globin LCRt We also found that the shift band of LPF-βfactor could be competed by humanβ-globin promoter. However, it couldn’t be competed by human E-globin promoter or by human Aβ-globin promoter. Furthermore, our data demonstrated that the binding-sequence of LPF-d factor is 5’CACACCCTA 3’,which is located at the HS2 region ofβ-LCR (from -10845 to -10853 bp) and humanβ-globin promoter (from -92 to -84 bp). We speculated that these regions containing the CACCC box in both the humallβ-globin promoter and HS2 might function as stage selector elements in the regulation of humanβd-globin switching and the LPF-βfactor might be a stage-specific protein factor involved in the regulation of humanβ-globin gene expression.
文摘The magnetic properties of a mixed spin-3/2 and spin-2 and a mixed spin-3/2 and spin-5/2 Ising ferromag- netic system with different anisotropies are studied by means of mean-field theory (MFT). The dependence of the phase diagram on single-ion anisotropy strengths is studied too. In the mixed spin-3/2 and spin-2 Ising model, besides the second-order phase transition, the first order-disorder phase transition and the tricritical line are found. In the mixed spin-3/2 and spin-5/2 Ising model, there is no first-order transition and trieritical line.
文摘The oxidative dehydrogenation of isobutane to isobutene was examined for the use in the preparation of FSM-16 and related compounds doped by chromium with expectations that a yield of isobutene of greater than 8% could be achieved. The activity depended on the molding procedure of the catalyst and the doping method of the chromium species. In the present study, 8.8% and 8.3% of the yield of isobutene were obtained at 0.75 h and 6 h on-stream for the catalyst (Cr-loading; 6.2 wt.%) molded using wet treatment hut not pressurization treatment, in which the chromium species were directly added into the aqueous solution containing raw FSM-16 (hydrated sodium silicate powder) at an initial stage of the catalyst preparation. The structure information was based on XRD (X-ray diffraction), the specific surface area was determined using a conventional BET (Brunauer-Emmett-Teller) nitrogen adsorption and the loading of chromium was estimated using ICP (inductively coupled plasma). All those parameters combined with the molding method indicated that the catalytic activity was more influenced by the loading of chromium into bulk but not on surface of the catalyst rather than by the hexagonal structure of FSM-16 and the surface area.

文摘In the present study, 89 porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) isolates in China during 2007 to 2012 were randomly selected from the GenBank genetic sequence database. Evolutionary characteristics of these isolates were analyzed based on the sequences of non-struc-tural protein 2(Nsp2) and glycoprotein 5(GP5). The genetic variations of the isolates were also compared with six representative strains. The results showed that a high degree of genetic diversity exists among the PRRSV population in China. Highly pathogenic PRRSV isolates, with a discon-tinuous deletion of a 30 amino acid residue in the Nsp2 region, remained the most dominant virus throughout 2007–2012 in China. Owing to the extensive use of representative vaccine strains, natu-ral recombination events occurred between strains. Three isolates – HH08, DY, and YN-2011 – were more closely related to vaccine strains than the other isolates. Both YN-2011 and DY were the evolu-tionary products of recombination events between strains SP and CH-1R. The results of the present study provide useful information for the epidemiology of PRRSV as well as for vaccine development.
文摘This paper discusses on the detection of outliers by hybridizing Rough_Outlier Algorithm with Negative Association Rules. An optimization algorithm named Binary Particle Swarm Optimization is used to improve the computation of Non_Reduct in order to detect outliers.By using Binary PSO algorithm, the rules generated from Rough_Outliers algorithm is optimized, giving significant outliers object detected. The detection ofoutliers process is then enhanced by hybridizing it with Negative Association Rules. Frequent and Infrequent item sets from outlier rules are generated. Results show that the hybrid Rough_Negative algorithm is able to uncover meaningful knowledge of outliers from the frequent and infrequent item sets. These knowledge can then be used by experts in their field of domain for better decision making.
文摘An immunostimulatory factor was identified to be secreted by antigen-pulsed maorophages. This factor was able to induce the generation of antigen specific T helper lymphocytes in vitro as well as in vivo. Further in vitro experiments testing for the genetic restriction of this factor indicated that it is a genetically-restricted antigen specific factor (ASF). The Cunningham plaque assay was used to quantify the generation of T helper lymphocytes by measuring the number of plaque forming cells after sequential incubations of antigen-pulsed maorophages with T lymphocytes, and then spleen cells, and finally the TNP-coated sheep red blood cells.

文摘Microstructural evolution and dynamic recrystallization(DRX)mechanisms of a Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb(at.%)alloy prepared by selective electron beam melting(SEBM)during hot deformation at 1150℃and 0.1 s^(-1)were investigated by hot compression tests,optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),electron back-scattered diffraction(EBSD)and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The results show that the initial microstructure of the as-SEBMed alloy exhibits layers of coarseγgrains and fineγ+α_(2)+(α_(2)/γ)lamellar mixture grains alternately along the building direction.During the early stage of hot deformation,deformation twins tend to form within the coarse grains,facilitating subsequent deformation,and a small number of DRX grains appear in the fine-grained regions.With the increase of strain,extensive DRX grains are formed through different DRX mechanisms in both coarse and fine-grained regions,involving discontinuous dynamic recrystallization mechanism(DDRX)in the fine-grained regions and a coexistence of DDRX and continuous dynamic recrystallization(CDRX)in the coarsegrained regions.
