控制力矩陀螺的框架电机要求控制精度高,机械响应快,转速低,质量小,能适应高真空、高温差的工作环境。为满足上述需求,该文为控制力矩陀螺设计了一种异型模态超声电机,用以驱动力矩陀螺框架。并基于有限单元法计算及优化了样机外形尺寸... 控制力矩陀螺的框架电机要求控制精度高,机械响应快,转速低,质量小,能适应高真空、高温差的工作环境。为满足上述需求,该文为控制力矩陀螺设计了一种异型模态超声电机,用以驱动力矩陀螺框架。并基于有限单元法计算及优化了样机外形尺寸,完成电机速度特性和负载特性的测试及优化。结果表明,该超声电机由超声电机定子、力矩陀螺转轴、基座组成。定子通过铰链固定于基座,弹簧机构对其施加预压力。超声电机质量25g,最大输出扭矩0.04N·m,满足控制力矩陀螺的使用要求。 展开更多

Investigation of paper cutting process is vital for the design of cutting tools,but the fracture mechanism of paper cutting is still unclear.Here,we focus on the cutting process of paper,including the key parameters of cohesive zone model(CZM)for the orthotropic paper,to simulate the shear fracture process.Firstly,the material constants of the orthotropic paper are determined by longitudinal and transverse tensile test.Secondly,based on the tensile stressstrain curves,combined with damage theory and numerical simulations,the key parameters of the CZM for the orthotropic paper are obtained.Finally,a model III fracture is simulated to verify the accuracy of the model.Results show that the load-displacement curves obtained by the simulation is consistent with the test results. 展开更多

Modeling of Arctic Sea Ice Variability During 1948–2009: Validation of Two Versions of the Los Alamos Sea Ice Model(CICE) 被引量:6

The Los Alamos sea ice model(CICE) is used to simulate the Arctic sea ice variability from 1948 to 2009. Two versions of CICE are validated through comparison with Hadley Centre Global Sea Ice and Sea Surface Temperature(Had ISST) observations. Version 5.0 of CICE with elastic-viscous-plastic(EVP) dynamics simulates a September Arctic sea ice concentration(SASIC) trend of –0.619 × 1012 m2 per decade from 1969 to 2009, which is very close to the observed trend(-0.585 × 1012 m2 per decade). Version 4.0 of CICE with EVP dynamics underestimates the SASIC trend(-0.470 × 1012 m2 per decade). Version 5.0 has a higher correlation(0.742) with observation than version 4.0(0.653). Both versions of CICE simulate the seasonal cycle of the Arctic sea ice, but version 5.0 outperforms version 4.0 in both phase and amplitude. The timing of the minimum and maximum sea ice coverage occurs a little earlier(phase advancing) in both versions. Simulations also show that the September Arctic sea ice volume(SASIV) has a faster decreasing trend than SASIC. 展开更多

What Determines the Amplitude of ENSO Events?

In this paper, the dynamic effect of oceanic upwelling on the intensity of E1 Nifio-Southern Oscilla tion (ENSO) is studied using a simple coupled model (Zebiak-Cane Model). The term balance analysis in the temperature variability equation shows that the anomalous upwelling of the mean vertical temperature gradient and the mean advection of the anomalous meridional tem perature gradient are the two of most important factors that determine the intensity of ENSO events, in which the "vertical oceanic heat flux" in the eastern equatorial Pa cific (EEP) is the primary influencing factor. The lag cor relation between "vertical heat flux (VHF)" and ENSO intensity shows that the highest correlation occurs when the former leads the latter by one to two weeks. The VHF is positively correlated with the background thermocline strength in the EEP, and an increase of both could result in strong ENSO variability. Comparison of the forced and coupled experiments suggests that the coupled process can affect both the intensity and freauencv of ENSO. 展开更多
