[目的]探讨ADOPT护理模式对直肠癌术后永久性结肠造口病人造口护理知识和造口适应水平的影响。[方法]将2014年8月—2015年3月行永久性直肠造口术病人66例随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组术后实施常规护理,观察组术后在常规护理基础上实施ADOPT护理模式。出院后均进行电话访问和家庭访问。于术后第1天、出院时和出院后3个月评估两组病人造口护理知识和造口适应水平。[结果]出院时和出院3个月后观察组造口护理知识得分和适应水平得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]ADOPT模式能显著提高永久性结肠造口病人造口护理知识水平,缓解造口病人负性情绪,提高病人生理、心理和社会适应水平,促进病人身心康复。 展开更多

The expansion joints are expected to have movement capacity, bearing capacity for static and dynamic loading, water-tightness, low noise emission and traffic safety. In particular, the failure due to impact loading is the main reason for the observed damages. The problem of dynamic behavior of the expansion joints is so complex that we shall focus our attention on the impact factor for vehicle load that is governed by traffic impact. In order to overcome this difficulty, the cantilever-toothed aluminum joint (finger joint) is one of the promising joints under impact loading. In this study, from the viewpoint of design methodology, numerical studies for impact behavior were conducted for aluminum alloy expansion joints with perforated dowels. The design impact factor for the expansion joints with the perforated dowels against traffic impact loading was examined by using numerical simulations. 展开更多

This paper focuses on the economic development and urban morphology as well as its impact on the transportation system during the urban expansion of Shanghai in the last more than 20 years(1986-2008).Based on data from 3 comprehensive transport surveys of Shanghai since 1986,the changes in residential trip demand,vehicle use,and the spatial distribution of trips were studied to understand the demands on the transportation system.The factors contributing to those changes in transportation demand were discussed,by which the conclusions were arrived:1) economic development promotes population growth and stimulates residential trip demand greatly;2) unsynchronized migration of population and job from central district to periphery district of Shanghai make trips and congestion diffuse in the same way;and 3) urban sprawl from a city center encourages the single-occupant vehicle mode,which imposes greater pressure on the roadway system.It is concluded that urban development should coordinate with the transportation system planning and expansion. 展开更多

A great number of people have been living in insufficient cities which can not suffice either daily necessities or social and cultural necessities of human for decades in spite of a lot of majestic cities were set in the world recently. Especially many immigrant people live in close and crowded and squalid suburbs by always suffering from their social condition and worrying about their future in Turkey. Everybody worries about living in a humanitarian environment and correct social occasion and tries to reach communication facilities in his surroundings for living in a society as a human. Each immigrant looks forward to settle in an untouched side and set a life for himself there. Untouched areas and a few undamaged side are rapidly being destroyed because of migrations and while cities expand towards untouched areas, immigrant people immediately settle insufficient sides. When they live in insufficient life, whole they particularly need communication facilities as human in their defective sides. Countries steadily resemble large cities without contain social ambience and communication facilities. Historical experiences have changed social necessities and habits of people into communication facilities during history. Because people need communication the most in their life. 展开更多

Multichannel audio signal is more difficult to be compressed than mono and stereo ones.A novel multichannel audio signal compression method based on tensor representation and decomposition is proposed in this paper.The multichannel audio is represented with 3-order tensor space and is decomposed into core tensor with three factor matrices in the way of channel,time and frequency.Only the truncated core tensor is transmitted which will be multiplied by the pre-trained factor matrices to reconstruct the original tensor space.Objective and subjective experiments have been done to show a very noticeable compression capability with an acceptable output quality.The novelty of the proposed compression method is that it enables both high compression capability and backward compatibility with limited signal distortion to the hearing. 展开更多

Some drugs exert curative effects intracellu- larly, but their hydrophilic property prohibits the mem- brane-penetrating process and thus limits the curative efficacies, although this property guarantee their solubility in aqueous phase. An example is sodium tanshinone II-A sulfonate (DS-201), a derivative of Chinese medical herb Danshen (Salvia miltiorrhiza) which is a BKc~ channel opener and a vasodilator. This study established and opti- mized a liposome delivery system which could pack and deliver DS-201 into HEK293 cells transfected with BKca channels, and DS-201 given this way significantly increased the open probability of BKca channel from baseline 0.013 ~ 0.004 to 0.036 -4- 0.011 at -t-40 mV membrane potential (P 〈 0.05) in single-channel attached study, and also increased the current density from baseline 23.2 + 4.4 to 66.0 4- 15.2 pA/pF at +40 mV membrane potential (P 〈 0.05), compared with the direct extracellular administration of this drug. Moreover, showing a ~ 60 % inhibition of the PE or PGF2a induced vascular constric- tion, the DS-201 liposomes did posses significantly enhanced vasorelaxant effect on rat mesenteric artery, compared with 20 % inhibition of the directly administration of this drug (P 〈 0.05), suggesting that DS-201 delivered by liposomes significantly improved the drug's vasorelaxing effect. Taken together, the optimized DS-201 liposomes in our study successfully delivered DS-201 into cells and thus significantly activated BKca channels to reverse the contraction induced by PE and PGF2a, attesting the enhanced bioavailability. 展开更多
