为提高某高炮自动机的射速,在其供弹机构上增加了辅助拨弹机构。但在工程实践中,实际射速并没有达到预期值。为了分析实际射速偏低的原因,对某高炮射击过程中弹带受力进行了理论分析计算,对拨弹轮及辅助拨弹轮转角位移进行了试验测试。... 为提高某高炮自动机的射速,在其供弹机构上增加了辅助拨弹机构。但在工程实践中,实际射速并没有达到预期值。为了分析实际射速偏低的原因,对某高炮射击过程中弹带受力进行了理论分析计算,对拨弹轮及辅助拨弹轮转角位移进行了试验测试。在此基础上,通过对测试数据的分析,给出了拨弹轮与辅助拨弹轮实际射击过程中弹轴中心线处的线速度、角速度及角加速度等变化规律,获得了射速随弹轴中心线速度差值的变化趋势,找出了导致射速偏低的影响因素,为提高该火炮射速提供了理论及改进依据,并采取措施使得某高炮自动机实际射速达到了技术要求。 展开更多

In order to estimate the trafficability of off-road vehicles, the linear relationships between the pressure and the stiffness of the tire and the action of the vertical tire force with the viscoelasticity are analyzed. The method to improve the precision of the model by the coefficients is presented. The constitutive equation of the three-parameter linear model and the stiffness matrix of four-node isoparametric elements are derived to construct the FEM (finite element method) tire model in plan stress. A demarcation and verification system is designed based on the six-dimensional wheel force transducer and the vertical tire force is measured under different velocities. Outline of driving cam determines the motion of cannon drum, so it is necessary to select the proper outline of cam. Through analysis of parabolic outline and cycloid outline of the cams, the outline that combines the two curves is obtained. According to the demand of production,the value of the outline is revised, and then the method of fitting curve is used to get the expression of the angle of cam and the displacement of the driven part. Through analyzing the motion of the cannon drum, it is suggested that the angle of the cam is proportion to the displacement of the driven part. Aiming at the issue of yaw and rollover stability control for off-road vehicles with non-pneumatic mechanical elastic wheel(MEW),an integrated control system based on fuzzy differential braking is developed.By simplifying the structure of the MEW,a corresponding fitting brush tire model is constructed and its longitudinal and lateral tire force expressions are set up,respectively.Then,a nonlinear vehicle simulation model with MEW is established to validate the proposed control scheme based on Carsim.The designed yaw and rollover control system is a two-level structure with the upper additional moment controller,which utilizes a predictive load transfer ratio(PLTR)as the rollover index.In order to design the upper integrated control algorithm,fuzzy proportional-integral-derivative(PID)is adopted to coordinate the yaw and rollover control,simultaneously.And the lower control allocator realizes the additional moment to the vehicle by differential braking.Finally,a Carsim-simulink co-simulation model is constructed,and simulation results show that the integrated control system could improve the vehicle yaw and roll stability,and prevent rollover happening. 展开更多

Planet gear systems(PGSs)are key components of transmission mechanisms.Structural and material characteristics of gearbox and shaft can affect the support stiffness and vibrations of PGSs.The ring gear flexibility should affect the vibrations of PGSs too.However,most previous work did not completely consider the effects of the ring gear flexibility on the vibrations of PGSs and flexible supports of ring and sun gears.Thus,this paper presents a flexible-rigid coupling multi-body dynamic(FMBD)model for a PGS with the flexible supports and ring gear flexibility.A finite element model of ring gear is established to formulate the ring gear flexibility.The influences of clearance and damping of planet bearings on the vibrations of PGS are considered.The effects of flexible supports and ring gear flexibility on the vibrations of PGS under different moment and speed conditions are studied.The statistical parameters and peak frequencies of PGS from the proposed FMBD and previous rigid multi-body dynamic(RMBD)models are compared.The results denote that the flexible support has a great effect on the vibrations of PGS.This paper can provide some guidance for the support structure design and vibration control for PGSs. 展开更多

Application of response surface method for contact fatigue reliability analysis of spur gear with consideration of EHL 被引量:2

In order to consider the effects of elastohydrodynamic lubrication(EHL) on contact fatigue reliability of spur gear, an accurate and efficient method that combines with response surface method(RSM) and first order second moment method(FOSM) was developed for estimating the contact fatigue reliability of spur gear under EHL. The mechanical model of contact stress analysis of spur gear under EHL was established, in which the oil film pressure was mapped into hertz contact zone. Considering the randomness of EHL, material properties and fatigue strength correction factors, the proposed method was used to analyze the contact fatigue reliability of spur gear under EHL. Compared with the results of 1.5×105 by traditional Monte-Carlo, the difference between the two failure probability results calculated by the above mentioned methods is 2.2×10-4, the relative error of the failure probability results is 26.8%, and time-consuming only accounts for 0.14% of the traditional Monte-Carlo method(MCM). Sensitivity analysis results are in very good agreement with practical cognition. Analysis results show that the proposed method is precise and efficient, and could correctly reflect the influence of EHL on contact fatigue reliability of spur gear. 展开更多

In order to control the locomotive wheel(axle) load distribution, a shimming process to adjust the locomotive secondary spring loads was heretofore developed. An immune dominance clonal selection multi-objective algorithm based on the artificial immune system was presented to further improve the performance of the optimization algorithm for locomotive secondary spring load adjustment, especially to solve the lack of control on the output shim quantity. The algorithm was designed into a two-level optimization structure according to the preferences of the problem, and the priori knowledge of the problem was used as the immune dominance. Experiments on various types of locomotives show that owing to the novel algorithm, the shim quantity is cut down by 30% 60% and the calculation time is about 90% less while the secondary spring load distribution is controlled on the same level as before. The application of this optimization algorithm can significantly improve the availability and efficiency of the secondary spring adjustment process. 展开更多

The elastic scattering of p-^14Be system at Elab = 200 MeV is evaluated within the relativistic impulse approximation. We discuss the effects of the halo neutrons on the three observables of the elastic scattering system, such as differential cross section dσ/ dΩ, analyzing power Ay and spin rotation Q. The results of the three observables of the elastic scattering of p-^14Be system are compared with those of p-^12C and p-^16O systems at the same energy as E1ab = 200 MeV. We have found that in the small angular region the Ay and Q, as well as dσ/dΩ, are quite sensitive to the nucleon density distributions on the surface of the target nucleus and offer some unique behaviors of halo nuclei. 展开更多

Characteristics and design parameters of the air spring are explored in this study. Based on analyses of winding technology for this kind of package, the kinetic laws of the thread guide is put forward. General design equations of the cam profile are derived, and common kinetic laws of II linkage group which is used for such mechanism design is proposed. It proves theoretically that it is practicable. The experimental results indicate that it can meet the needs of technological demands, and the new thread guide mechanism has been used successfully on textile machines. 展开更多
