人工强制混合技术通过调控水动力条件对藻类生长和结构产生影响,已在全球湖库应用多年,国内外相关研究较多.然而,缺少综述性整理,尤其是对不同技术应用前提、适用条件及优缺点等认识不够,导致技术错用而没有发挥其优势,出现了控藻效果差... 人工强制混合技术通过调控水动力条件对藻类生长和结构产生影响,已在全球湖库应用多年,国内外相关研究较多.然而,缺少综述性整理,尤其是对不同技术应用前提、适用条件及优缺点等认识不够,导致技术错用而没有发挥其优势,出现了控藻效果差,甚至无效等现象.本文主要结论如下:①该类技术通过调控混合层深度(Z_(mix))控制藻类生物量与结构变化,其应用效果主要与湖库水深、混合器平面布设、系统运行方式和混合效率有关;②该类技术控藻周期(藻密度削减95%以上)约为2周,控藻推荐的Z_(mix)阈值>15m;③该类技术主要适用于深水型水体,遴选控藻技术时应考虑适用条件、成本效益等. 展开更多

为深度解析人工强制混合充氧过程中细菌群落的演替,以西安金盆水库为研究对象,对2018年8月~2019年4月水库主库区垂向细菌种群结构进行连续监测.结果表明,受人工强制混合充氧作用影响,水库水体中的优势菌群蓝细菌门(Cyanobacteria)的丰度... 为深度解析人工强制混合充氧过程中细菌群落的演替,以西安金盆水库为研究对象,对2018年8月~2019年4月水库主库区垂向细菌种群结构进行连续监测.结果表明,受人工强制混合充氧作用影响,水库水体中的优势菌群蓝细菌门(Cyanobacteria)的丰度由11.7%~19.2%降至6.3%~8.9%.其中,表层、中层和底层水体蓝细菌的丰度分别由18.3%、11.7%、19.2%降至8.9%、6.3%、7.9%.人工强制混合作用使垂向水体细菌的种群结构差异降低,样本之间的离散度逐渐减小,其中优势菌群放线菌门(Actinobacteria)和变形菌门(Proteobacteria)在水体垂向的丰度分别由"中>底>表"和"表>底>中",逐渐变为表、中、底层趋于均一.人工强制充氧作用使底部水体溶解氧(DO)含量逐渐升高,好氧型细菌的丰度得到明显的增加,其中Polynucleobacter的丰度从0.06%增加到1.06%,甲基孢囊菌属(Methylocystis)的丰度由0.18%增至2.20%,甲基杆菌属(Methylobacter)的丰度由0.02%增加到1.96%.通过冗余分析可知,影响细菌群落组成的主要因素为水体热分层稳定性、水温、DO、总磷(TP)和总氮(TN). 展开更多

Experimental Investigation on Mixing Enhancement Mechanism of Turbulent Jet Flow with Tabbed Nozzle 被引量:1

Flow visualization and hot-wire measurement techniques were combined to investigate the influence of the size and number of tabs on jet flow field and vortex structure generation mechanism. Streamwise vortices generated by the tabs of different sizes and numbers were observed from the flow visualization images. Combined with flow visualization, hot-wire measurement gave a quantitative insight of the effect of various tabbed jet flows. Instantaneous two-component velocity signals (longitudinal and transverse velocity components) at different cross sections along radius direction and streamwise direction with different tabbed jet nozzles were measured using hot-wire anemometer. Average flow field parameters of tabbed jet flow such as mean velocity, tur-bulence intensity, vorticity were analyzed and the effects of tabs with different sizes and numbers were compared with that of circular no-tab jet flow. It is revealed that the generation of a series of counter-rotating quasi-streamwise vortices, azimuthal vortices and double-row azi-muthal vortex are the reasons for mixing enhancement of tabbed turbulent jet flow. 展开更多

The mechanical property and heat-resistance (950 ℃) of GLARC were investigated. The effects of size of aggregate and mass ratio of geopolymer to aggregate on mechanical and thermal properties were also studied. The results show that the highest compressive strength of the heated refractory concrete is 43.3 MPa,and the strength loss is only 42%. The mechanical property and heat-resistance are influenced by the thickness of geopolymer covered with aggregate,which can be expressed as the quantity of geopolymer on per surface area of aggregate. In order to show the relationship between the thickness of geopolymer covered with aggregate and the thermal property of concrete,equal thickness model is presented,which provides a reference for the mix design of GLARC. For the haydite sand with size of 1.18-4.75 mm,the best amount of geopolymer per surface area of aggregate should be in the range of 0.300-0.500 mg/mm2. 展开更多

In this paper, the effect of the source of recycled coarse aggregate on the properties of concrete is investigated. The tests were conducted on concrete made from three sources of recycled aggregates: (1) old concrete with unknown strength, (2) old concrete with a known compressive strength of 21 MPa, and (3) old concrete with a known strength of 42 MPa. The three sources of recycled aggregates were used to produce new concrete with a target compressive strength of 21 MPa. The first and third sources of recycled aggregates were used in producing concrete with target strength of 42 MPa. A control mix was designed with aggregates from natural sources. The research included two methods of making recycled concrete. One concrete mix was produced using the recycled aggregate and adding more water than the control mix, to reach the target slump, while the second concrete mix was produced using the same amount of water as the control mix but with additional superplasticizer to maintain the target slump. The results obtained in this research showed that the concrete compressive strength depends on the source of recycled aggregates; the stronger the source of recycled aggregate, the higher the compressive strength of the produced concrete. Furthermore, the compressive strength of the first concrete mix was about 10%-20% lower than the compressive strength of the control mix. However, when superplasticizers were used, the compressive strength was around the same value as the control mix. 展开更多

针对分层型水库周期性厌氧问题,金盆水库利用人工强制混合充氧技术补充底部水体溶解氧,抑制沉积物中还原性污染物的释放.但受水库地形地貌的影响,人工强制混合充氧效率存在一定差异性,在曝气系统运行结束后部分较深区域上覆水体溶解氧... 针对分层型水库周期性厌氧问题,金盆水库利用人工强制混合充氧技术补充底部水体溶解氧,抑制沉积物中还原性污染物的释放.但受水库地形地貌的影响,人工强制混合充氧效率存在一定差异性,在曝气系统运行结束后部分较深区域上覆水体溶解氧迅速耗竭,导致污染物的再次释放.为探究铁锰在该条件下的释放规律及扩散强度,选取主库区代表性采样点,对沉积物间隙水及上覆水溶解态铁锰浓度分布进行测定,并计算沉积物-水界面处溶解态铁锰的扩散通量.结果表明,人工强制混合充氧结束后地势较低区域底部水体迅速进入厌氧状态,导致大量溶解态锰释放进入上覆水体,浓度最高达0.42mg·L-1;而地势较高区域底部水体短暂进入缺氧状态,之后溶解氧浓度迅速回升,因此底部溶解态锰浓度升高幅度较小,浓度最高为0.17mg·L-1.沉积物间隙水-上覆水铁锰浓度分布结果表明,由于铁锰氧化还原电位的差异,溶解态锰相较于铁在厌氧条件下更容易释放进入上覆水体,且不断在表层沉积物及上覆水体中积聚,而溶解态铁的释放不仅受溶解氧的抑制,还受锰氧化物等其他氧化剂的抑制.由扩散通量计算可知,人工强制混合充氧结束后溶解态锰的扩散通量有降低趋势.由质量平衡计算可知,溶解态锰在厌氧层中的积聚不仅与扩散通量有关,还与沉降通量、厌氧层厚度有关,因此厌氧层中铁锰的生物地球化学循环作用有待进一步的研究. 展开更多

Full Navier-Stokes Analyses have been conducted for the flows behind the trailing edge of a lobed forced mixer. The governing equations are derived from the timedependent compressible Navier-Stokes equa tions and discretized in the finite-difference form. A simple two-layer eddy viscosity model has also been used to account for the turbulence. Computed results are compared with some of the velocity measurements using a laserDoppler anemometer (Yu and Yip (1997)). In general, good agreement can be obtained in the streamwise mean velocity distribution but the decay of the streamwise circulation is underpredicted. Some suggestions to the discrepancy are proposed. 展开更多

The time-dependent analysis of four-wave mixing(FWM) has been performed in four-level double semiconductor quantum wells(SQWs) considering the cross-coupling of the longitude-optical phonons(LOP) relaxation. It is shown that both the amplitude and the conversion efficiency of the FWM field enhance greatly with the increasing strength of cross-coupling of LOP relaxation. Interestingly, a double peak value of the conversion efficiency is obtained under a relatively weak single-photon detuning considering the LOP coupling. When the detuning becomes stronger,the double peaks turn into one peak appearing at the line respect to the about equality two control fields. The results can be interpreted by the effect of electromagnetically induced transparency and the indirect transition. Such controlled high efficiency FWM based on the cross-coupling LOP may have potential applications in quantum control and communications. 展开更多

The results show the combined jet, formedby coupling the vortex pairs at the orifice of two adjacent actuators, can exhibit better controlling effect. Spanwisepressure difference appears because of the existence of phase difference between the left jet and right jet, whichresults in the variation of the combined jet. When the phase difference is greater than zero, mixing enhancementof coaxial jets can be achieved, but there are maximum phase difference and optimal phase difference. On thecontrary, application of adjacent synthetic jets always leads to the mixing reduction when phase difference is lessthan zero. 展开更多
