China’s agricultural modernization drive has made steady progress with great achievements.After six decades of development,China has reached the mid-stage of agricultural modernization.By the average pace of recent y...China’s agricultural modernization drive has made steady progress with great achievements.After six decades of development,China has reached the mid-stage of agricultural modernization.By the average pace of recent years,China is poised to attain agricultural and rural modernization by 2035,but progress will vary considerably across regions and sectors.A transition towards an agricultural powerhouse is the only path towards agricultural modernization.Being a large agricultural producer,China has yet to qualify as an agricultural powerhouse in terms of agricultural sufficiency,competitiveness,innovation,and sustainability.From the mid-and long-term perspective,our agricultural modernization should proceed in light of China’s rural reform experience,focusing on food security,agricultural industry,green transition,and agri-tech.With a regionally differentiated approach,China should aim to basically achieve agricultural and rural modernization in about 15 years and complete the transition towards an agricultural powerhouse in 20 years from 2020.展开更多

The influence of normal and shear stresses on fault activation and effective shear stress distribution in the fault plane was acquired under mining conditions.Using fracture mechanics theory to calculate the stress intensity factor of an insidious fault front, we have derived the criterion for main fault activation. Results indicate that during the whole working face advance, transpressions are exerted on fault planes twice successively in opposite directions. In most cases, the second transpression is more likely to lead to fault activation. Activation is influenced by many factors, predominant among which are: burial depth of the insidious fault, friction angle of the fault plane, face advance direction and pore water pressure. Steep fault planes are more easily activated to induce a sustained water inrush in the face.展开更多

The values of maximum mean-velocity and half-widths of the axial velocity profile along the center-line of the jet are greater than those for a fully developed two-dimensional jet. Turbulence intensity in the axial direction is not affected by the flow rate ratio. At the same time, turbulence intensity in the lateral direction becomes greater as the hood is approached and the flow rate ratio Q3/Q1 becomes larger (QI is jet flow rate from nozzle and Q3 is suction flow rate produced by the hood). These experimental results are in accord with the distributions of production terms in the axial and lateral directions. Reynolds shear stress becomes smaller as the flow rate ratio becomes larger near the hood. Dimensionless distance y1/br2, from the center axis of the flow to the point where intermittency factor y becomes a constant value, narrows as the flow rate ratio becomes larger near the hood.展开更多

Methods: One hundred and tiffy-seven cases of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery ...Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of tuina therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods: One hundred and tiffy-seven cases of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were treated by tuina therapy, three times a week. Ten treatments made up one course and one to two courses of treatment was performed. During tuina treatment, other modalities that may affect tuina effects were discontinued. The patients were surveyed three months after tuina treatment. Results: Among the 157 cases, 109 cases obtained marked effectiveness, 26 cases improvement and 6 cases ineffectiveness; 16 cases were not surveyed. The total effective rate was 86.6%. Conclusion: Tuina therapy has excellent effects on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.展开更多

Methods: Fifty-four cases were randomized allocated into tuina group and medicine group, 27 cases in each group. The patients in the tuina group treated with tuina therapy, and the patients in the medicine group take ibuprofen orally. The headache degree (Visual Analogue Scale, VAS), frequency of headache occurrence and the neck disability index (NDI) were compared 2 weeks pre-treatment and 2 weeks post-treatment. Results: Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the headache VAS, frequency and NDI between the two groups. After treatment, headache VAS, frequency and NDI were significantly decreased, and there were statistical differences between the tuina group and the medicine group (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: Tuina therapy is more effective for treating cervicogenic headache than routine dose of ibuprofen.展开更多

Method: Depending on the orders of the patient's first visit, 120 cases were randomized into a treatment group (60 cases), receiving electroacupuncture, tuina and traction treatment, and a control group (60 cases), receiving electroacupuncture and tuina treatment. The treatment was done once a day, and 5 times constitute one course of treatment. A 2-day interval is set between the courses. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 6 courses of treatment. Result: The total effective rate and recovery rate in the treatment group were 93.3% and 61.7%, respectively, whereas that of the control group were 78.3% and 31.7%, respectively, showing a significant statistical difference. Ten days made one course. After the continuous treatment for six courses, the therapeutic effects were summarized and the changes in the clinical symptoms and signs were observed. 〈br〉 Results:During treatment, 7 cases dropped off. In 42 patients who had completed treatment for six courses, the results showed clinical recovery in 16 cases, remarkable effect in 13 cases, effect in 7 cases and failure in 6 cases. The measurements of the patients were all improved in different degrees than those before treatment. Moreover, no side effect was noticed during treatment. 〈br〉 Conclusion:The therapeutic effect is precise and free of adverse reaction in treatment of AS by fire-needle therapy plus tuina manipulations.展开更多
