由于综采工作面处于强时变负载工况下,支架液压系统进行移架时,会引起较大的速度波动,给液压支架直线度智能化调节造成很大的难度,针对这一问题,设计了一种适用于支架工况的新型旋转式旁通型数字调速阀。首先,通过对旋转式旁通型数字调... 由于综采工作面处于强时变负载工况下,支架液压系统进行移架时,会引起较大的速度波动,给液压支架直线度智能化调节造成很大的难度,针对这一问题,设计了一种适用于支架工况的新型旋转式旁通型数字调速阀。首先,通过对旋转式旁通型数字调整阀进行理论分析,得到了影响其调速特性的主要相关参数;然后,建立了数字调速阀的SimulationX模型,对旁通型调速阀不同参数下的速度响应特性进行了定量分析,研究了其调速特性;最后,搭建了模拟实验平台,并进行了实验测试,测试结果验证了仿真的可行性分析了负载变化对调速阀调速性能的影响。研究结果表明:将旁通型调速阀应用于推移回路时,移架速度波动较小;随着弹簧刚度增大,预压缩量减小,调速阀的速度峰值减小,且移架到达稳定速度所用时间越少;不同负载输入下,速度响应曲线不同,相同负载峰值情况下,其中输入正弦负载时速度最大;验证了旁通型调速阀应用于移架的可行性,可以为后续阀的参数优化提供依据。 展开更多

A series of tests were carried microstructures of 2124 aluminum alloy in increase of aging time, temperature and low-to-peak-to-low manner. No significant out to investigate the effects of process parameters on mechanical properties and creep aging process. The results show that creep strain and creep rate increase with the applied stress. The hardness of specimen varies with aging time and stress in a effect of temperature on hardness of material is seen in the range of 185-195 ℃. The optimum mechanical properties are obtained at the conditions of (200 MPa, 185 ℃, 8 h) as the result of the coexistence of strengthening S" and S' phases in the matrix by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). TEM observation shows that applied stress promotes the formation and growth of precioitates and no obvious stress orientation effect is observed in the matrix. 展开更多

Taking the coastal zone of Xiangshan Bay as a study area,based on the information of four TM images of1985,1995,2005,and2015,this study divided the land use types into8categories.Then,through calculating4kinds of index models:land-use dynamic index,conversion matrix,land use structure information entropy,and comprehensive index of land development and utilization intensity,the speed,structure,degree,and the spatial-temporal changes in the land development and utilization of Xiangshan Bay coastal zone from1985to2015are researched and analyzed.Results showed that:from1985to2015,the expansion speed of aquaculture land and salt pan of Xiangshan Bay coastal zone was the fastest,the highest dynamic degree could up to11.97%,construction land expansion rate of the second,with significant increase in the area.Intertidal zone reduced by a maximum speed,and the area of farmland decreased obviously.In that30years,the main land type change direction of Xiangshan Bay coastal zone was the farmland turn into construction land,followed by forest turn into farmland.Information entropy increased by period,the land use structure homogeneity constantly strengthened and regional development became gradually mature.The change rate of land use intensity in each period was greater than zero,and the intensity of land development and utilization in Xiangshan Bay coastal zone was enhanced continuously. 展开更多

Strengthening of aluminium alloys 7xxx through the imposition of severe plastic deformation supplemented by ageing treatments is a challenge due to the limited workability of these alloys in cold deformation regimes.This study aims to comprehensively investigate the strengthening of aluminium alloy 7005 through the imposition of severe plastic deformation supplemented by two different ageing treatments:pre-deformation artificial ageing or postdeformation natural ageing.For this purpose,microstructure evolutions of the alloy processed through mentioned procedures were studied using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy while the alloy strengthening was evaluated using Vickers hardness measurement.Results show that a superlative strengthening is obtained through the imposition of severe plastic deformation supplemented by post-deformation natural ageing.For instance,the yield strength of the alloy increases to more than 400 MPa,about one-third greater than the counterpart amount after the usual T6 treatment.This superlative strength mainly occurs due to refinement of grains,an increase of dislocation density and an increase of volume fraction of the precipitates that appeared during natural ageing.Considering the applied models,it is inferred that the increase of volume fraction of precipitates that appeared during natural ageing has a determinative role in the strengthening of the alloy. 展开更多

The effect of pre-deformation followed by or together with artificial aging on the mechanical properties as strength and ductility of an AA6060 aluminium alloy was studied. AA6060 was initially cast, homogenized and extruded according to standard industrial practice. The extruded material was then subjected to a solution heat treatment and subsequently artificial aging after (sequential mode) and during (simultaneous mode) various combinations of deformation (0-10%) and heat treatments. The aging behaviour and mechanical properties were characterized in terms of Vickers hardness and tensile testing. It is found that precipitation kinetics and associated mechanical response, in terms of hardness and tensile properties are strongly affected by pre-deformations. In terms of aging behaviour, kinetics is accelerated and the peak strength generally increases. Comparing sequential mode and simultaneous mode, the latter seems to give overall better mechanical properties and after considerably shorter aging times. The results of the two modes of pre-deformation are compared and discussed in view of differences in processing conditions and microstructure characteristics. 展开更多

Apart from composi... The 7xxx series alloys are heat treatable wrought aluminium alloys based on the Al-Zn-Mg(-Cu) system. They are widely used in high-performance structural aerospace and transportation applications. Apart from compositional, casting and thermo-mechanical processing effects, the balance of properties is also significantly influenced by the way in which the materials are heat-treated. This paper describes the effects of homogenisation, solution treatment, quenching and ageing treatments on the evolution of the microstructure and properties of some important medium to high-strength 7xxx alloys. With a focus on recent work at Monash University, where the whole processing route from homogenisation to final ageing has been studied for thick plate products, it is reported how microstructural features such as dispersoids, coarse constituent particles, fine-scale precipitates, grain structure and grain boundary characteristics can be controlled by heat treatment to achieve improved microstructure-property combinations. In particular, the paper presents methods for dissolving unwanted coarse constituent particles by controlled high- temperature treatments, quench sensitivity evaluations based on a systematic study of continuous cooling precipitation behaviour, and ageing investigations of one-, two- and three-step ageing treatments using experimental and modelling approaches, in each case, the effects on both the microstructure and the resulting properties are discussed. 展开更多

Pressure plate instrument is employed during drying, and unconfined compressive strength test is performed on the unsaturated specimen. Curves of shear force versus shear displacement, and curves of saturation degree versus time are investigated. The results show that the specimens with similar curves of saturation degree versus time have nearly identical mechanical behavior. In particular, the uniform specimens should be chosen within the lower equilibrium saturation degree because steady test results are presented. Further, the conclusion is verified by the repeated test. Thus, the method for distinguishing the uniform unsaturated specimen is obtained. In the light of the method, an improved test process is proposed. The uniform specimens should be chosen by this method under the specific matric suction, and then shear tests are carried out on the chosen unsaturated specimen. Namely, initial value of unsaturated soil is not zero matric suction but a specific suction. 展开更多

The ability to estimate terrestrial water storage(TWS)is essential for monitoring hydrological extremes(e.g.,droughts and floods)and predicting future changes in the hydrological cycle.However,inadequacies in model physics and parameters,as well as uncertainties in meteorological forcing data,commonly limit the ability of land surface models(LSMs)to accurately simulate TWS.In this study,the authors show how simulations of TWS anomalies(TWSAs)from multiple meteorological forcings and multiple LSMs can be combined in a Bayesian model averaging(BMA)ensemble approach to improve monitoring and predictions.Simulations using three forcing datasets and two LSMs were conducted over China's Mainland for the period 1979–2008.All the simulations showed good temporal correlations with satellite observations from the Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment during 2004–08.The correlation coefficient ranged between 0.5 and 0.8 in the humid regions(e.g.,the Yangtze river basin,Huaihe basin,and Zhujiang basin),but was much lower in the arid regions(e.g.,the Heihe basin and Tarim river basin).The BMA ensemble approach performed better than all individual member simulations.It captured the spatial distribution and temporal variations of TWSAs over China's Mainland and the eight major river basins very well;plus,it showed the highest R value(>0.5)over most basins and the lowest root-mean-square error value(<40 mm)in all basins of China.The good performance of the BMA ensemble approach shows that it is a promising way to reproduce long-term,high-resolution spatial and temporal TWSA data. 展开更多

The discrete-time first-order multi-agent networks with communication noises are under consideration. Based on the noisy observations, the consensus control is given for networks with both fixed and time-varying topologies. The states of agents in the resulting closed-loop network are updated by a stochastic approximation (SA) algorithm, and the consensus analysis for networks turns to be the convergence analysis for SA. For networks with fixed topologies, the proposed consensus control leads to consensus of agents with probability one if the graph associated with the network is connected. In the case of time-varying topologies, the similar results are derived if the graph is jointly connected in a fixed time period. Compared with existing results, the networks considered here are in a more general setting under weaker assumptions and the strong consensus is established by a simpler proof. 展开更多

We introduce a completely different method to calculate the evolution of a spin interacting with a sufficient large spin bath,especially suitable for treating the central spin model in a quantum dot(QD).With only an approximation on the envelope of central spin,the symmetry can be exploited to reduce a huge Hilbert space which cannot be calculated with computers to many small ones which can be solved exactly.This method can be used to calculate spin-bath evolution for a spin bath containing many(say,1000)spins,without a perturbative limit such as strong magnetic field condition,and works for long-time regime with sufficient accuracy.As the spin-bath evolution can be calculated for a wide range of time and magnetic field,an optimal dynamic of spin flip-flop can be found,and more sophisticated approaches to achieve extremely high polarization of nuclear spins in a QD could be developed. 展开更多
