补脾益气汤治疗高度近视黄斑出血的临床观察 被引量:6

目的观察补脾益气汤治疗高度近视黄斑出血的临床疗效。方法将高度近视黄斑出血患者51例(71只眼)采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,观察组26例(36只眼),给予补脾益气汤治疗;对照组25例(35只眼),给予芦丁片、维生素C片及维生素K4片口服... 目的观察补脾益气汤治疗高度近视黄斑出血的临床疗效。方法将高度近视黄斑出血患者51例(71只眼)采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,观察组26例(36只眼),给予补脾益气汤治疗;对照组25例(35只眼),给予芦丁片、维生素C片及维生素K4片口服,安妥碘肌注治疗。2周为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。结果观察组总有效率为88.9%,对照组总有效率为77.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组疗效优于对照组。结论补脾益气汤治疗高度近视黄斑出血疗效显著。 展开更多

目的:基于网络药理学及分子对接技术加以药效实验探究当归贝母苦参丸加味治疗慢性前列腺炎(CP)的作用机制。方法:通过中药系统药理分析平台(TCMSP)、中医药综合数据库(TCMID)和文献挖掘获得当归贝母苦参丸加味活性成分;运用SwissTargetP... 目的:基于网络药理学及分子对接技术加以药效实验探究当归贝母苦参丸加味治疗慢性前列腺炎(CP)的作用机制。方法:通过中药系统药理分析平台(TCMSP)、中医药综合数据库(TCMID)和文献挖掘获得当归贝母苦参丸加味活性成分;运用SwissTargetPrediction数据库进行活性成分靶点预测,同时对TCMSP数据库成分已有靶点加以补充;运用在线孟德尔人类遗传数据库(OMIM)、GeneCards数据库、美国国家生物技术信息中心(NCBI)数据库收集CP相关靶点;运用Cytoscape软件构建中药-活性成分-靶点-通路网络图;运用STRING数据库进行生信分析,构建靶点蛋白-靶点蛋白互作(PPI)网络图,运用CytoNCA筛选核心靶点,并用Cytoscape进行可视化网络展示;运用DAVID数据库对核心靶点进行基因本体(GO)和京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)通路富集分析;Autodock-Tools、Vina对当归贝母苦参丸加味活性成分和关键靶点蛋白进行分子对接;通过Western Blot法验证活性成分与关键靶蛋白的相互作用。结果:筛选出当归贝母苦参丸加味活性成分67个,包括槲皮素、β-谷甾醇、天竺葵素、等重要成分,对应靶点411个,疾病靶点806个,药物与疾病的共有靶点155个;筛选出的核心靶点包括核转录因子κB(NF-κB)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶8(MAPK8)、MAPK14、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)等39个关键蛋白;GO富集分析得到凋亡过程的负调控、一氧化氮生物合成过程的正调控、MAP激酶活性的正调控、MAPK级联、核内NF-κB输入等369个生物过程,胞浆、细胞质、线粒体、蛋白质复合物等30个细胞组分,蛋白质结合、酶结合、一氧化氮合酶调节活性、MAP激酶活性、NF-κB结合等57个分子功能;KEGG富集分析得到TNF信号通路、PI3K-AKT信号通路、MAPK信号通路、雌激素信号通路、P53信号通路、NF-κB信号通路、等93条;分子对接显示β-谷甾醇与丝裂原活化蛋白激酶P38(P38MAPK)蛋白结合能最高,而应激活化蛋白激酶(JNK)蛋白、NF-κB蛋白与其他分子均有较高的结合能;动物实验结果表明,与正常对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠体质量与前列腺湿质量显著下降,病理状况显著异常,卵磷脂小体视野面积占比显著下降,白细胞个数明显升高,血清中IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α含量显著升高,p-P38MAPK、p-JNK、p-NF-κB、P38MAPK、JNK蛋白表达显著上调(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,当归贝母苦参丸加味8.1、16.2 g/kg组大鼠体质量以及前列腺湿质量明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),当归贝母苦参丸加味16.2 g/kg组病理状况显著改善(P<0.01),白细胞个数显著降低(P<0.01),卵磷脂小体视野面积占比显著升高(P<0.01),当归贝母苦参丸加味8.1、16.2 g/kg组血清中IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α含量显著降低(P<0.01),前列腺组织p-P38MAPK、p-JNK、p-NF-κB蛋白表达明显下调(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:当归贝母苦参丸加味可能通过调控MAPK信号通路、NF-κB信号通路相关蛋白的表达从而抑制炎性因子释放,进而改善大鼠前列腺炎症水平。 展开更多

The seismoacoustic analysis method has broad potential applications to source parameter estimation for near-surface explosion events such as industrial explosions and terrorist attacks.In this study,current models were improved by modifying the acoustic model and adopting the Bayesian Markov-chain-Monte-Carlo inversion method.The source parameters of near-surface small-yield chemical explosions were analyzed via the improved seismoacoustic analysis model and by the estimation accuracy of seismoacoustic joint inversion.Estimation and analysis results showed that the improved seismoacoustic analysis model considered ground shock coupling and the impact of explosion products ejecting from the surface so that the improved acoustic impulse relation was more consistent with the measured data than the Ford impulse relation.It is suitable for deep-burial,shallow-burial,and near-surface aerial explosions.Furthermore,trade-off relationships were declined through the application of the improved model to source parameter inversion for near-surface small-yield chemical explosions,and source parameter estimation accuracy was improved. 展开更多

Clinical Observation in 86 Cases of Acne Vulgaris Treated with Compound Oldenlandis Mixture

86 cases of acne vulgaris were treated with Fu Fang She She Cao He Ji (复方蛇舌草合剂Compound Oldenlandis Mixture), with the other 34 cases treated with Dang Gui Ku Shen Wan (当归苦参丸Pills Prepared from Chinese Ange... 86 cases of acne vulgaris were treated with Fu Fang She She Cao He Ji (复方蛇舌草合剂Compound Oldenlandis Mixture), with the other 34 cases treated with Dang Gui Ku Shen Wan (当归苦参丸Pills Prepared from Chinese Angelica and Flavescent Sophora Root) as the controls, to observe the therapeutic effect of the former. The results showed that the cure plus markedly effective rate was 73.26% in the treatment group, and 47.06% in the control group, with a significant difference in the cure plus markedly effective rate between the two groups (P<0.01), and also in the total effective rate between the two groups significant (P<0.05). It may be concluded that the Compound Oldenlandis Mixture is a better agent for the illness. 展开更多
