目的:根据具身认知理论,采取有效措施缓解乃至消除抑郁或焦虑问题。方法:结合抑郁和焦虑的主要症状表现,设计3组形体化心理治疗实验:实验1使用抑郁自评量表(SDS)对被试进行前测和后测,选用"竖大拇指+微笑+我很棒"的身体动作... 目的:根据具身认知理论,采取有效措施缓解乃至消除抑郁或焦虑问题。方法:结合抑郁和焦虑的主要症状表现,设计3组形体化心理治疗实验:实验1使用抑郁自评量表(SDS)对被试进行前测和后测,选用"竖大拇指+微笑+我很棒"的身体动作组合对大学生的抑郁情绪进行研究;实验2使用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对被试进行前测和后测,选用"腹式深呼吸+微笑"的身体组合动作对大学生的焦虑情绪进行研究;实验3使用《SCL-90症状自评量表》对被试进行前测和后测,选用瑜伽对女大学生的焦虑抑郁情绪进行共同研究。结果:实验1被试前后测抑郁分数明显降低(P<0.01),实验2被试前后测焦虑分数明显降低(t=4.829,P<0.05),实验3前后测数据显示被试在"强迫"、"抑郁"、"敌对"这三个因子上得分显著低于全国常模(t<0.05),在"躯体"、"人际"、"焦虑"这三个因子上得分显著低于全国常模(t<0.01)。结论:3个实验结果都验证了假设,说明形体化心理治疗是一种有效缓解抑郁和焦虑的方法或途径。 展开更多

总结了从生物化学的角度看待担子菌子实体形成的研究进展。通过以金针菇为模型的RI示踪实验,解析了菌丝体中积蓄的糖原作为营养成长过程中的主要贮藏碳水化合物、随着子实体形成的开始而被分解、被转换为海藻糖后输送到子实体、并作为... 总结了从生物化学的角度看待担子菌子实体形成的研究进展。通过以金针菇为模型的RI示踪实验,解析了菌丝体中积蓄的糖原作为营养成长过程中的主要贮藏碳水化合物、随着子实体形成的开始而被分解、被转换为海藻糖后输送到子实体、并作为主要发育基质被利用。笔者率先发现了存在于海藻糖的合成与分解代谢中的新酶—海藻糖磷酸化酶(TP),接着,在几种食用菌的生化反应中证明了此酶存在并通过基因克隆方法发现此酶在子实体形成中的作用—在营养菌丝体中以糖原为基质催化加磷酸反应,形成α-G1P海藻糖,当海藻糖输送到子实体,借助该酶的加磷酸分解功能生成α-G1P葡萄糖,而葡萄糖作为子实体发育中的主要糖代谢基质而被加以利用。了解了营养菌丝从培养基中吸收的葡萄糖基本上不能从菌丝体输送到子实体。通过基因实验,检证了TP在营养菌丝体中对催化海藻糖的合成作用。另一方面,该酶还具有加磷酸分解从菌丝体输送到子实体的海藻糖的生理功能,伴随子实体发育的细胞内磷酸糖类分析证明了α-G1P(α-1磷酸葡萄糖)的含量比α-G6P(α-6磷酸葡萄糖)更多。另外,从子实体形成过程中氮化合物代谢分析表明,营养菌丝的菌体蛋白为形成子实体的主要氮素来源,当生殖生长启动时被菌丝体内的蛋白酶分解,形成的氨基酸输送到子实体并被用于子实体发育。通过这些研究的累积,已大致了解了碳素和氮素在子实体形成过程中的动态,但是,从营养生长转换到子实体形成的机制却至今仍不明了。 展开更多

An efficient voxelization algorithm is presented for polygonal models by using the hardware support for the 2 D rasterization algorithm and the GPU programmable function to satisfy the volumetric display system. The volume is sampled into slices by the rendering hardware and then slices are rasterated into a series of voxels. A composed buffer is used to record encoded voxels of the target volume to reduce the graphic memory requirement. In the algorithm, dynamic vertexes and index buffers are used to improve the voxelization efficiency. Experimental results show that the algorithm is efficient for a true 3-D display system. 展开更多

The fermentation with mold metarrhizium anisopliae has been carried out to determine the relationship between mycelial morphology and growth.Like the biomass concentration,the mycelial morphology seems to be coupled to growth phases:the fractal dimension,a feature calculated from the morphological images,increases during the late lag phase and the early exponential phase,and culminates at a value near 2.4 at half of the exponential phase.This can be attributed to the marked change of rough and smooth pellet proportions during growth and the change can be well expressed by the fractal analysis of mycelial morphology.The mycelial morphology is also strongly related to the biotransformation activity:a mycelial sample was withdrawn from the culture to use for fractal analysis before the steroid substrate (16α,17α epoxy 4 pregnene 3,20 dione) was added;the higher fractal dimension corresponds to the higher conversion rate of steroid biotransformation.And the maximum of fractal dimension appeared prior to the maximum of biomass concentration.It is therefore possible to utilize the fractal dimension curve to supervise the fermentation process more timely and availably than to use the conventional biomass curve to do. 展开更多

目的:大学生抑郁状况越来越突出,有必要采取方法进行缓解乃至消除抑郁情绪。根据具身认知理论,身体动作或姿势能够影响认知,以此设计微笑训练对有抑郁倾向的大学生进行实验研究。方法:通过300份抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行被试筛选,根据量表... 目的:大学生抑郁状况越来越突出,有必要采取方法进行缓解乃至消除抑郁情绪。根据具身认知理论,身体动作或姿势能够影响认知,以此设计微笑训练对有抑郁倾向的大学生进行实验研究。方法:通过300份抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行被试筛选,根据量表评分标准,从中招募标准分数大于或等于40且自愿参与实验被试16名。实验采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)对被试进行实验前后测,再用配对样本T检验进行数据分析。结果:对照组前后测均值分数由45明显上升到53,p=0.008;实验组前后测均值分数由39降低为35,p=0.034。结论:微笑训练对有抑郁倾向大学生起到积极的调节作用,有效缓解了抑郁情绪。 展开更多

AIM:It is known that toxoplasmosis rarely leads to various liver pathologies,most common of which is granulomatose hepatitis in patients having normal immune systems.Patients who have cirrhosis of the liver are subject to a variety of cellular as well as humoral immunity disorders.Therefore,it may be considered that toxoplasmosis can cause more frequent and more severe diseases in patients with cirrhosis and is capable of changing the course of the disease.The aim of this study was to investigate the frequency of toxoplasmosis in patients with cirrhosis. METHODS:Serum samples were taken from 108 patients with cirrhosis under observation in the Hepatology Polyclinic of the Gastroenterology Clinic,and a control group made up of 50 healthy blood donors.IFAT and ELISA methods were used to investigate the IgG and IgM antibodies,which had developed from these sera. RESULTS:Toxoplasma IgG and IgN antibody positivity was found in 74 (68.5%) of the 108 cirrhotic patients and 24 (48%) of the 50 people in the control group.The difference between them was significant (P<0.05). CONCLUSION:In conclusion,it was found that the toxopiasma sero-prevalence in the cirrhotic patients in this study was higher.Cirrhotic patients are likely to form a toxoplasma risk group.More detailed studies are needed on this subject. 展开更多

Its filaceous thallus can be divided into three parts, holdfast, middle segment and tip. The growth and branch forming trend and agar content of these three parts were analyzed, respectively, in this study. The results showed that the tip had the highest growth rate and branched most, although it was the last part with branch forming ability. The holdfast formed branches earliest but slowly. Holdfast had the highest agar content. We also assessed the difference in protoplast formation and regeneration among three parts. The middle segment displayed the shortest enzymolysis time and the highest protoplast yield; whereas the tip had the strongest vitality of protoplasts formation. Juvenile plants were only obtained from the protoplasts generated from the tip. These results suggested that the differentiation and function of G. lemaneiformis was different. 展开更多

On-site monitoring is very important for understanding formation mechanisms of frost hazards frequently occurring in pipeline foundation soils and for designing and deploying according mitigative measures in permafrost regions.Significant thaw subsidence of ground surfaces along the ChinaRussia Crude Oil Pipeline(CRCOP) from Mo'he to Daqing,Heilongjiang Province,Northeast China have been observed at some segments underlain by ice-rich warm(>1.0°C) permafrost since the official operation in January 2011.Recent monitoring results of the thermal states of foundation soils at the kilometer post(KP) 304 site along the CRCOP are presented in this paper.The results indicate that during the period from 2012 to 2014,shallow soils(at the depths from0.8 to 4.0 m from ground surface) has warmed by approximately 1.0°C in the lateral range of 1.2 to 2.1 maway from the pipeline axis,and deeper permafrost(such as at the depth of 15 m,or the depth of zero annual amplitude of ground temperatures) by 0.08°C per year 4 m away from the pipe axis,and 0.07°C per year 5 m away from the pipeline axis.The results indicate an all-season talik has developed around and along the CRCOP.The thaw bulb,with a faster lateral expansion(compared with the vertical growth),enlarges in summer and shrinks in winter.This research will provide important references and bases for evaluating thermal influences of warm pipeline on permafrost and for design,construction,operation and maintenance of pipelines in permafrost regions. 展开更多

It is necessary to use the integrated stainless steel pipe having two fitting bodies without welds while train travelling at high speed. In order to form this type of integrated stainless steel pipe, the method of preforming combined finish forming process is developed. The preforming process is characterized by flaring combined upsetting for left fitting body which is like a flange, and is characterized by tube axial compressive process under die constraint for right fitting body which is like a double-wall pipe. The finite element simulations of the processes are carried out by software package DEFORM, and the results indicate that: 1) left or right fitting body can be formed by a two-step forming process without folding and under-filling defects; 2) by using two-step forming, strain and stress in left fitting body are larger than those in right fitting body, and deformation in right fitting body is more homogenous than the deformation in left fitting body; 3) two or more preforming steps may be needed for left fitting body considering the distributions of strain and stress. 展开更多
