It has become essential for some telecommunication companies to focus on customer satisfaction with industrial products used by the government and enterprise customers. Following the review of a previous study of customer satisfaction and with the help of experiential level theory,this article attempts to establish a Satisfaction Factors Model for researching customer satisfaction with industry applications. We chose a product named "Mobile Monitor" and investigated the emotional satisfaction of 127 users and company leaders from different walks of life,and showed that 7 of the product's features affected the customers' overall emotional satisfaction. Lastly,this paper points out management implications of this application based on quantitative results. It presents a preliminary exploration program for customer satisfaction research in this specific field. The empirical research on a specific product based on experimental level theory may serve as a reference for other companies that desire to carry out similar surveys in future.展开更多

The results show that the catalyst's activity is high and the reaction time is short.展开更多

Subsidy from central government heavily composed in regional budget. This shows low real regional income which means districts are still depending on budget from central government in general. This research aims to analyze some local factors that affect the regional growth and poverty in 28 provinces in Indonesia. Data panel and heterogeneous regression would be employed in the research. Real regional income, transfer revenue, and labor are the most significant factors to regional growth differently, but it has a different sign as well as the poverty rate. Heterogeneous regression may give better model analysis than the simple one.展开更多
Focusing on the vibration of the roadbed and ground induced by high-speed train load, a three dimensional finite element model which includes the roadbed and horizontal layered site is established to study how the sit...Focusing on the vibration of the roadbed and ground induced by high-speed train load, a three dimensional finite element model which includes the roadbed and horizontal layered site is established to study how the site conditions, the load moving speed and the depth of the soil element influence the soil element stress response. Based on a track-subsoil analytical model in which the rail is simulated as an Euler-Bernoulli beam resting on Winkler foundation in the vertical plane, the reaction force between the sleeper and roadbed excited by a single axle is presented, and then that is exerted on relevant elements to simulate the moving load. The dynamic response in the roadbed and subsoil excited by a single axle moving load is computed based on the parallel computing platform of the ABAQUS finite element software, and the stress time-history, stress path and curves of the principal stress axes rotation of the soil element under the track are presented. The results show that: the soil element stress path is an apple-shaped curve in the horizontal shear stress τd versus the stress difference (σsh - σch )/2 coordinate system; the principal stress axes rotate 180° for the soil element under the load moving line during the load running, and the stress state changes from the pure shear to triaxial shear and then back to the pure shear again. The element dynamic stress increases as the moving load speed increases, which increases sharply when the load speed approaches the Rayleigh wave velocity of soil layer; the site conditions and the soil element depth affect the soil element stress path significantly.展开更多
OBJECTIVE:To review and discuss the Chinese and English literature on the use of pain-related evoked potentials(PREP) and short-latency somatosensory EP(SLSEP) in acupuncture research.METHODS:China National Knowledge ...OBJECTIVE:To review and discuss the Chinese and English literature on the use of pain-related evoked potentials(PREP) and short-latency somatosensory EP(SLSEP) in acupuncture research.METHODS:China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database and MEDLINE were searched for the following key words:acupuncture and PREP or SLSEP.RESULTS:Thirty-seven articles were included in the review.Researchers usually use PREPs to study the analgesic effect of acupuncture,observe influential factors,or for mechanistic exploration.In the SLSEP studies,researchers focused on response characteristics of acupuncture,acupoint specificity,and influential factors of the treatment.There were some problems with the study design and conclusions.CONCLUSION:Researchers could use PREP and SLSEP to objectively validate the effects of acupuncture and explore its mechanisms using nerve electrophysiology.Further studies can benefit from observing more acupoints' effects using PREPs or SLSEPs and investigating the placebo effect of acupuncture.展开更多
