目的:探究MRI征像分析在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤诊断价值。方法:选取2012年9月-2015年9月收治的92例缺氧缺血性脑损伤患儿临床资料进行分析,按照诊断方法不同分成对照组(46例)与研究组(46例),对照组行CT检查,研究组行MRI扫描检查,比较... 目的:探究MRI征像分析在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤诊断价值。方法:选取2012年9月-2015年9月收治的92例缺氧缺血性脑损伤患儿临床资料进行分析,按照诊断方法不同分成对照组(46例)与研究组(46例),对照组行CT检查,研究组行MRI扫描检查,比较两组检出准确率、不同类型病变检出情况以及征象特点。结果:研究组检出准确率较对照组显著高(P<0.05);不同类型病变检查中,两组均为脑水肿检出率较其他类型高(P<0.05),研究组蛛网膜下腔出血检出率较对照组显著高(P<0.05);对照组CT扫描影像显示:病灶形态多为圆形、类圆形或不规则斑片状,病灶最大断面的直径大致在3-30mm之间,其中部分呈现长条形;研究组MRI检查影像学特征:脑水肿患者脑室系统变窄,正常灰白质柱状结构消失,皮层变薄,脑实质出血者T1WI与DWI序列呈现小片状或斑点状高信号。结论:新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤行MRI检查能够有效提升临床诊断准确率,进行MRI征象分析能够对患儿病变类型、损伤程度作明确判断,可为临床治疗方案的制定提供科学参考依据。 展开更多

Objective: To evaluate the clinical and radiological factors that affect therecurrence of the meningioma patient so as to effectively prevent and cure recurrence of meningiomapatients more earlier. Methods: The clinical features and radiological aspects in 145 cases ofmeningiomas undergoing operation during 1993-1997 were retrospectively studied. The data of only 83cases of all 145 cases were available. The factors were evaluated with univariate and multivariateanalysis. Results: With univariate analysis, 7 factors showed highly significance to recurrence ofmeningiomas: tumor size, tumor location, tumor shape, edema, extent of resection, pathologicalgrade, CT enhancement. With multivariate analysis, 4 factors showed significant danger to recurrenceof meningiomas: pathological grade, extent of resection, tumor shape and CT enhancement.Conclusion: The main factors that affect the recurrence of meningioma patients are pathologicalgrade, extent of resection, tumor shape and CT enhancement. 展开更多

Analysis of rice paper's morphological features based on multispectral imaging technology

Computer forensics and identification for traditional Chinese painting arts have caught the attention of various fields. Rice paper's feature extraction and analysis methods are of high significance for the rice paper is an important carrier of traditional Chinese painting arts. In this paper, rice paper's morphological feature analysis is done using multi spectral imaging technology. The multispectral imaging system is utilized to acquire rice paper's spectral images in different wave- length channels, and then those spectral images are measured using texture parameter statistics to acquire sensitive bands for rice paper's feature. The mathematical morphology and grayscale statistical principle are utilized to establish a rice paper's morphological feature analytical model which is used to acquire rice paper' s one-dimensional vector. For the purpose of eval- uating these feature vectors' accuracy, they are entered into the support vector machine(SVM) classifier for detection and classification. The results show that the rice paper's feature is out loud in the spectral band 550 nm, and the average classifi- cation accuracy of feature vectors output from the analytical model is 96 %. The results indicate that the rice paper's feature analytical model can extract most of rice paper's features with accuracy and efficiency. 展开更多

The authors conducted the experiments of texture statistics analysis on SAR image features in order to improve the accuracy of SAR image interpretation. Because of cloudy and rainy weather in south China, optical remote sens-ing images often can't be obtained easily. With the regional trial results in Baoying, Jiangsu province, this paper explored the fusion model and effect of ENVISAT/SAR and HJ-1A satel ite multispectral remote sensing images. Based on the ARSIS strat-egy, using the wavelet transform and the Interaction between the Band Structure Model (IBSM), the research progressed the ENVISAT satel ite SAR and the HJ-1A satel ite CCD images wavelet decomposition, and low/high frequency coefficient re-construction, and obtained the fusion images through the inverse wavelet transform. In the light of low and high-frequency images have different characteristics in differ-ent areas, different fusion rules which can enhance the integration process of self-adaptive were taken, with comparisons with the PCA transformation, IHS transfor-mation and other traditional methods by subjective and the corresponding quantita-tive evaluation. Furthermore, the research extracted the bands and NDVI values around the fusion with GPS samples, analyzed and explained the fusion effect. The results showed that the spectral distortion of wavelet fusion, IHS transform, PCA transform images was 0.101 6, 0.326 1 and 1.277 2, respectively and entropy was 14.701 5, 11.899 3 and 13.229 3, respectively, the wavelet fusion is the highest. The method of wavelet maintained good spectral capability, and visual effects while improved the spatial resolution, the information interpretation effect was much better than other two methods. 展开更多

When studying the dam-break flow phenomenon,the basic hydrodynamic features of the dam-break flow at the gate location should be verified primarily.In this study,laboratory experiments were performed in a rectangular and horizontal flume with the same initial water head setting on the dry and wet downstream bed conditions.Water surface elevation was extracted through image analysis and validated by comparing with the data measured using a wave gauge.Temporal variation of the water surface elevation at the gate location,quantified in terms of high-speed video recorded images,can be divided into three stages,the sharp decreasing stage,the relatively steady stage,and the gradually decreasing stage.Applicability of several classic analytical solutions of the dam-break problem at the gate location was validated using present experimental data.Ritter's solution is effective for the dry bed condition while Stoker's solution could be applied to the wet bed case,and both are only applicable during the steady stage.Lin' solution reproduces the gate-site hydrographs well during both the relatively steady and the gradually decreasing stages,especially for the condition under which the down-upstream water depth ratio is smaller than 0.138. 展开更多
