The violation of monotonicity on reliability measures(RMs)usually makes the mathematical programming algorithms less efficient in solving the reliability-based user equilibrium(RUE)problem.The swapping algorithms provide a simple and convenient alternative to search traffic equilibrium since they are derivative-free and require weaker monotonicity.However,the existing swapping algorithms are usually based on linear swapping processes which cannot naturally avoid overswapping,and the step-size parameter update methods do not take the swapping feature into account.In this paper,we suggest a self-regulating pairwise swapping algorithm(SRPSA)to search RUE.SRPSA comprises an RM-based pairwise swapping process(RMPSP),a parameter self-diminishing operator and a termination criterion.SRPSA does not need to check the feasibility of either solutions or step-size parameter.It is suggested from the numerical analyses that SRPSA is effective and can swap to the quasi-RUE very fast.Therefore,SRPSA offers a good approach to generate initial points for those superior local search algorithms. 展开更多

Ventilation characteristic parameters are the base of ventilation network solution; however, they are apt to be affected by operating errors, reading errors, airflow stability, and other factors, and it is difficult to obtain accurate results. In order to check the ventilation characteristic parameters of mines more accurately, the integrated method of circuit and path is adopted to overcome the drawbacks caused by the traditional path method or circuit method in the digital debugging process of ventilation system, which can improve the large local error or the inconsistency between the airflow direction and the actual situation caused by inaccuracy of the ventilation characteristic parameters or checking in the ventilation network solution. The results show that this method can effectively reduce the local error and prevent the pseudo-airflow reversal phenomenon; in addition, the solution results are consistent with the actual situation of mines, and the effect is obvious. 展开更多

But in case of active moving obstacle, many components and information need to process since their moving trace should be considered in real time. This paper mobile robot's driving algorithm of unknown dynamic envirormaent in order to drive intelligently to destination using ultrasonic and Global Positional Systern (GPS). Sensors adjusted the placement dependment on driving of robot, and the robot plans the evasion method according to obstacle which are detected by sensors. The robot saves GPS coordinate of complex obstacle. If there are many repeated driving, robot creates new obstacles to the hr, ation by itself. And then it drives to the destination resolving a large range of local minirmnn point If it needs an intelligent circtmtantial decision, a proposed algorithm is suited for effective obstacle avoidance and arrival at the destination by performing simulations. 展开更多

To a large extent, the problem can be traced back to the "power-property" system established by Ivan IIL That is to say, the possession of power is equivalent to the possession of property, and property becomes certain functions of power. For a long time, this system has been accepted as a natural state of society by the Russian people. Rapid economic growth under the Putin administration is characterized by the return to and strengthening of a "power- property "system dominated by the state and an abandonment of "institutional transplantation" from the Western liberal market economic model in the Yeltsin era under which power and property were separated Mr. Putin's reelection in 2012 means that the "long-Putin era" that started from 2000 will last at least until 2018. However, with the solidification of the "power- property" system, the Putin administration has been confronted with new challenges, and the prospects for Russia's economic modernization still face great uncertainties. 展开更多

This paper examines the transition of growth stage China is about to experience and the main conclusions are as follows: (1) Phase Ⅰ of economic growth driven by investment and export is losing the momentum of efficiency enhancement through intervention and the growth stage of efficiency enhancement through structural adjustment is coming to an end. Urbanization and the development of service sector will inaugurate Phase Ⅱ of stable economic growth characterized by structural optimization through efficiency enhancement; (2) Three leading factors promoting the transition from Phase Ⅰ to Phase Ⅱ include: demographic changes and the emergence of workforce turning point, the reversion of factor elasticity parameters of long-term growth function, and service-oriented economic structure; (3) Developed provinces and municipalities in east China have already entered into the channel of economic deceleration. With increasing urbanization rate, accelerating service-oriented structure and declining demographic dividend after 2016, China's economic slowdown would be inevitable if labor productivity fails to improve. 展开更多

An accurate loading experimental measurement device for superplastic free bulging

Superplastic bulging with a die of the plate is related not only to stress state but also closely to loading paths. It is an important basis for bulging forming with a die to study deformation law and experimental apparatus for superplastic free bulging, because the boundary of test piece is fixed and friction is insignificant for free bulging. In the paper, a pure high-pressure argon gas source is used as the loading media after it is heated by the heating system outside the furnace, which improves the heating efficiency and temperature uniformity of the test piece. The photoelectric non-contact measurement device can avoid negative influence on the additional stress and uneven temperature at the peak of bulging part caused by push rod in the contact measurement. The temperature and pressure of the test piece in cylindrical insulation furnace with blank holder give feedback control to improve the control precision. In loading gas channels, the pressure is adjusted by accurately measuring and controlling the rotation angle of the stepping motor, and is loaded by an electro-magnetic valve. It significantly increases the response characteristics of the control pressure. This paper also introduces steps and methods to realize several typical loading paths, such as constant pressure, jump pressure and additional back & differential pressure loading. These provide a new way to measure the strain rate sensitivity index m value and improve the deformation speed of superplastic free bulging. 展开更多
