经济循环流转视域下世界市场扩张困局与治理

资本主义世界体系建立以来,世界经济增长表现为世界经济循环体系借助国际市场空间持续扩张的发展过程。跨国公司产业梯度转移和分工扩散推动发展中国家以相应要素禀赋参与世界经济循环,并在新市场空间内通过要素组合优化形成统计学意义... 资本主义世界体系建立以来,世界经济增长表现为世界经济循环体系借助国际市场空间持续扩张的发展过程。跨国公司产业梯度转移和分工扩散推动发展中国家以相应要素禀赋参与世界经济循环,并在新市场空间内通过要素组合优化形成统计学意义上的增长效应。这一过程中,随着世界经济循环规模的持续扩大,发达国家在其中的要素收益份额被不断稀释。要素收益的国际分配结构变化是当前发达国家推动构建区域分割市场的重要政策动因。受大国政治竞争影响,维系世界经济增长的市场空间扩张的动力基础正被持续侵蚀,世界经济长时段和趋势性增长或将终止。从全球经济有效治理的视角看,未来世界经济增长仍需基于有效市场空间的拓展,同时还需立足结构功能视角,推动市场空间向深度拓展,改善要素循环效率。 展开更多

Particle rotation plays an important role in gas-solid flows. This paper presents an experimental investigation on the spatial distribution of average rotation speed for glass beads in the upper dilute zone of a cold circulating fluidized bed(CFB) riser. It is shown that in the horizontal direction,the average rotation speed in the near-wall area is larger than that in the center area,while in the vertical direction,it decreases as the height increases. The reason resulting in this distribution is analyzed by considering several factors including particle size,particle shape,particle number density,particle collision behavior,and the surrounding flow field,etc. The effects of CFB operation conditions on the spatial distribution of average rotation speed are also studied. The results show that the increasing superficial gas velocity increases the average rotation speed of particles in the near wall area but takes nearly no effect on that in the center area. The external solids mass flux,however,takes the opposite effect. It is found that the average rotation speeds of particles in both areas are increased as the total amount of bed material increases. 展开更多

To promote the utilization efficiency of coal resources,and to assist with the control of sulphur during gasification and/or downstream processes,it is essential to gain basic knowledge of sulphur transformation associated with gasification performance.In this research we investigated the influence of O_2/C molar ratio both on gasification performance and sulphur transformation of a low rank coal,and the sulphur transformation mechanism was also discussed.Experiments were performed in a circulating fluidized bed gasifier with O_2/C molar ratio ranging from 0.39 to 0.78 mol/mol.The results showed that increasing the O_2/C molar ratio from 0.39 to 0.78 mol/mol can increase carbon conversion from 57.65%to 91.92%,and increase sulphur release ratio from 29.66%to63.11%.The increase of O_2/C molar ratio favors the formation of H_2S,and also favors the retained sulphur transforming to more stable forms.Due to the reducing conditions of coal gasification,H_2S is the main form of the released sulphur,which could be formed by decomposition of pyrite and by secondary reactions.Bottom char shows lower sulphur content than fly ash,and mainly exist as sulphates.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)measurements also show that the intensity of pyrite declines and the intensity of sulphates increases for fly ash and bottom char,and the change is more obvious for bottom char.During CFB gasification process,bigger char particles circulate in the system and have longer residence time for further reaction,which favors the release of sulphur species and can enhance the retained sulphur transforming to more stable forms. 展开更多

The interaction of bodies like spheres and disks in rotating fluids leads to novel flow structures. The primary swirling flow in circumferential direction is superimposed by a secondary motion in the meridional plane. The flow is visualized by introducing ink through a hole in the center of the axes and distributed radially in the central plane between the interacting bodies. The flow structure depends on the shape of the bodies, their geometrical arrangement and the Reynolds number given by the rotational speed. The observed flow structures gave rise to further investigations with PIV-measurcments and numerical simulations. 展开更多
