目的研究分析静脉留置针在循环科中的应用及护理方法。方法选取2014年1月至2015年1月我院循环科收治的应用静脉留置针的患者80例,收集所有患者的临床资料,并结合笔者的长期工作经验总结分析置留针的临床应用及护理方法。结果本研究所选... 目的研究分析静脉留置针在循环科中的应用及护理方法。方法选取2014年1月至2015年1月我院循环科收治的应用静脉留置针的患者80例,收集所有患者的临床资料,并结合笔者的长期工作经验总结分析置留针的临床应用及护理方法。结果本研究所选取的80例患者全部治愈出院,在应用静脉留置针的过程中共发生脱管2例、导管堵塞1例,静脉炎2例,并发症总发生率为6.25%。结论静脉留置针的合理应用可有效减少护士的工作量,同时可避免静脉的反复穿刺给患者带来的痛苦,且不良反应少安全性高,值得在临床上推广应用。 展开更多

目的探究引导式教学模式在循环科教学中的应用价值。方法研究选择2015年7月—2016年7月期间,在该院循环科实习的学生120名,随机分成实验组和对照组,分别给予引导式教学和传统教学,对比两组实习生基础理论、实践操作能考核以及对教学模... 目的探究引导式教学模式在循环科教学中的应用价值。方法研究选择2015年7月—2016年7月期间,在该院循环科实习的学生120名,随机分成实验组和对照组,分别给予引导式教学和传统教学,对比两组实习生基础理论、实践操作能考核以及对教学模式的自我评价等。结果实验组实习生的理论成绩和实践操纵能力均显著高于对照组实习生(t=10.526、10.485,P=0.001、0.001),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组实习生在学习兴趣、自主学习能力、临床思维模式、团队合作能力及解决疑难问题能力均显著优于对照组实习生(χ~2=11.859、12.418、12.596、11.226、14.062、14.635,P=0.000),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论引导式教学模式可以更好的提高循环科实习生的理论基础知识和临床实践操作能力,同时培养了实习生的临床思考能力、语言表达能力,自主学习能力、解决问题等能力,值得在临床广泛推广。 展开更多

A new reliability-based multidisciplinary design optimization (RBMDO) framework is proposed by combining the single-loop-based reliability analysis (SLBRA) method with multidisciplinary feasible (MDF) method. The Kriging approximate model with updating is introduced to reduce the computational cost of MDF caused by the complex structure. The computational efficiency is remarkably improved as the lack of iterative process during reliability analysis. Special attention is paid to a turbine blade design optimization by adopting the proposed method. Results show that the method is much more efficient than the commonly used double-loop based RBMDO method. It is feasible and efficient to apply the method to the engineering design. 展开更多

The apparatus for static and dynamic universal triaxial and torsional shear soil testing is employed to perform stress-controlled cyclic single-direction torsional shear tests and two-direction coupled shear tests under unconsolidated-undrained conditions. Through a series of tests on saturated clay, the effects of initial shear stress and stress reversal on the clay’s strain-stress behavior are examined, and the behavior of pore water pressure is studied. The experimental results indicate that the patterns of stress-strain relations are distinctly influenced by the initial shear stress in the cyclic single-direction shear tests. When the initial shear stress is large and no stress reversal occurs, the predominant deformation behavior is characterized by an accumulative effect. When the initial shear stress is zero and symmetrical cyclic stress occurs, the predominant deformation behavior is characterized by a cyclic effect. The pore water pressure fluctuates around the confining pressure with the increase of cycle number. It seems that the fluctuating amplitude increases with the increase of the cyclic stress. But a buildup of pore water pressure does not occur. The de- formations of clay samples under the complex initial and the cyclic coupled stress conditions include the normal deviatoric deforma- tion and horizontal shear deformation, the average deformation and cyclic deformation. A general strain failure criterion taking into account these deformations is recommended and is proved more stable and suitable compared to the strain failure criteria currently used. 展开更多

The production dynamics and trophic basis of 7 dominant species of chironomids were investigated in the area of a second-order river of the Hanjiang River basin, in central China from June 2003 to June 2004. The results showed that Tvetenia discoloripes was by far the most abundant chironomid, dominating the overall standing stock of the taxa. In terms of life cycle, Chaetocladius sp., Eukiefferiella potthasti and T. discoloripes developed 1 generation a year, whereas Microtendipes sp. and Pagastia sp. developed two, while Pentaneura sp. and Polypedilum sp. developed three. T. discoloripes was the most productive chironomid with 120.305 8 g/m2.a, Pentaneura sp. and E. potthasti had relatively high production values of >17 g/m2.a, and the rest were <10 g/m2.a. All the production temporal variation tended to follow biomass patterns. T. discoloripes, Chaetocladius sp. and Pagastia sp. concentrated most of their production in winter, whereas E. potthasti, Pentaneura sp. and Polypedilum sp. had relatively higher production throughout the year. Only Microtendipes sp. had a production that peaked in summer. The overlap in temporal distribution of production among the chironomid species was generally high (>0.5), especially for filter-collectors Microtendipes sp., Chaetocladius sp., Chaetocladius sp., T. discoloripes and Pagastia sp. All species except Pentaneura sp. consumed a large portion of amorphous detritus, constituting more than 90% of their diets, and contributing nearly 90% to their secondary production. All the 7 chironomids represent obvious adaptation to local highly variable climate in summer and autumn in life cycle pattern, production dynamics, and food type. 展开更多

The software installation was tested using a PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) approach in 3 machines and were compared with other 3 machines which were installed exclusively based in the installer experience. The software installed on the machines using a PDCA approach for testing, lead to the expected results. Scientific software installation should be tested during the installation and not as a final test. A methodology based on PDCA is recommended for testing scientific software. 展开更多

Influenced by the seasonally reversed monsoons, water exchange through straits, and topography, the shelf and slope circulation in the northern South China Sea(NSCS) is complex and changeable. The typical current system in the NSCS consists of the slope current, South China Sea warm current(SCSWC), coastal current, and associated upwelling(in summer) and downwelling(in winter). This paper reviews recent advances in the study of NSCS shelf and slope circulation since the 1990 s,and summarizes the roles of Kuroshio intrusion, the monsoons, topography, and the buoyancy effect of the Pearl River plume in the shelf and slope current system of the NSCS. We also point out some potential scientific issues that require further study, such as the dynamic connection between the internal basin and shelf areas of the NSCS, the persistence of the SCSWC in winter, the temporo-spatial characteristics of downwelling during winter in the NSCS, and its material and energy transport. 展开更多
