During oogenesis, numerous vesicles not only moved towards the periphery, but also were arranged in line along the inside of plasmalemma, and in addition aggregated outside the plasmalemma by exocytosis. They released or excreted osmiophilic material. It was observed that a few vesicles containing lamellar osmiophilic material situated closely along the plasmalemma, seemed to break open. Simultaneously, a separation cavity between egg cell and archegonium wall formed. Its width was broader than the other advanced ferns reported previously, and an extra egg membrane occurred outside around the plasmalemma of the egg, its thickness being greater than in Pteridium and Dryopteris. Amyloplasts around the nucleus were filled with large triangular semicircular or subelliptical starch grains, but as the egg matured they progressively decreased. Nucleus was large and flattened, and paired membrane in two to three couples laid within the nucleus, close and parallel to the nuclear membrane. No nuclear evagination was observed. Through the methods of organic solvent extraction, thin layer chromatography (TLC) and column chromatography, compound I was isolated, purified from the liquid fermentation metabolites of the taxoids-produced endophytic fungi (Alternaria. alternata var. taxi 1011 Y. Xiang et LU An-guo) that was screened from the bark of Taxus. cuspidata Sieb.et Zucc.. Compound I was identified as one kind of taxoids type III, based on the analyzing results by using the methods of ultraviolet spectroscopy (UV), infrared spectroscopy (IR), mass spectrometry (MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR). Sci. Eng. 133 (1999) 218), four aspects (neutron incident energy region, reaction channel analysis, the renewed level schemes and the optical model parameters) of n+ ^12 C reaction are improved to calculate total outgoing neutron double-dilferential cross sections with modified LUNF code below 30 MeV. The calculated results agree fairly well with the experimental data at En = 14.1 MeV and 18 MeV. The analysis shows that the pre-equilibrium mechanism, which is exactly considered the conservation of energy, momentum and parity, dominates the whole reaction process. The contribution of the neutron emission from 5He to total energy- angular spectra is also considered properly. This modified LUNF code will be a useful tool to set up the file of neutron double-differential crass sections below 30 Me V in the neutron evaluation nuclear data library.展开更多
A fog monitor, hotplate total precipitation sensor, weather identifier and visibility sensor, ultrasonic wind speed meter,an icing gradient observation frame, and an automated weather station were involved in the obse...A fog monitor, hotplate total precipitation sensor, weather identifier and visibility sensor, ultrasonic wind speed meter,an icing gradient observation frame, and an automated weather station were involved in the observations at the Lushan Meteorological Bureau of Jiangxi Province, China. In this study, for the icing process under a cold surge from 20–25 January2016, the duration, frequency, and spectrum distribution of agglomerate fog were analyzed. The effects of rain, snow, and supercooled fog on icing growth were studied and the icing and meteorological conditions at two heights(10 m and 1.5 m)were compared. There were 218 agglomerate fogs in this icing process, of which agglomerate fogs with durations less than and greater than 10 min accounted for 91.3% and 8.7%, respectively. The average time interval was 10.3 min. The fog droplet number concentration for sizes 2–15 μm and 30–50 μm increased during rainfall, and that for 2–27 μm decreased during snowfall. Icing grew rapidly(1.3 mm h-1) in the freezing rain phase but slowly(0.1 mm h-1) during the dry snow phase. Intensive supercooled fog, lower temperatures and increased wind speed all favored icing growth during dry snow(0.5 mm h-1). There were significant differences in the thickness, duration, density, and growth mechanism of icing at the heights of 10 m and 1.5 m. Differences in temperature and wind speed between the two heights were the main reasons for the differences in icing conditions, which indicated that icing was strongly affected by height.展开更多

METHODS: We constructed two separate tissue microarrays con...AIM: To explore the molecular events taking place during human colon cancer development and progression through high-throughput tissue microarray analysis. METHODS: We constructed two separate tissue microarrays containing 1.0 mm or 1.5 mm cylindrical samples acquired from 112 formalin-fixed and paraffinembedded blocks, including carcinomas (n = 85), adenomatous polyps (n = 18), as well as normal paracancerous colon tissues (n = 9). Immunohistochemical staining was applied to the analysis of the consecutive tissue microarray sections with antibodies for 11 different proteins, including p53, p21, bcl-2, bax, cyclin D1, PTEN, p-Aktl, β-catenin, c-myc, nm23-h1 and Cox-2. RESULTS: The protein expressions of p53, bcl-2, bax, cyclin D1, β-catenin, c-myc, Cox-2 and nm23-h1 varied significantly among tissues from cancer, adenomatous polyps and normal colon mucosa (P = 0.003, P = 0.001, P = 0.000, P = 0.000, P = 0.034, P = 0.003, P = 0.002, and P = 0.007, respectively). Chi-square analysis showed that the statistically significant variables were p53, p21, bax, β-catenin, c-myc, PTEN, p-Aktl, Cox-2 and nm23-h1 for histological grade (P = 0.005, P = 0.013, P = 0.044, P = 0.000, P = 0.000, P = 0.029, P = 0.000, P = 0.008, and P = 0.000, respectively), β-catenin, comyc and p-Akt1 for lymph node metastasis (P = 0.011, P =0.005, and P = 0.032, respectively), β-catenin, c-myc, Cox-2 and nm23-h1 for distance metastasis (P = 0.020, P = 0.000, P = 0.026, and P = 0.008, respectively), and cyclin D1, β-catenin, c-myc, Cox-2 and nm23h1 for clinical stages (P = 0.038, P = 0.008, P = 0.000, P = 0.016, and P = 0.014, respectively). CONCLUSION: Tissue microarray immunohistochemical staining enables high-throughput analysis of genetic alterations contributing to human colon cancer development and progression. Our results implicate the potential roles of p53, cyclin D1, bcl-2, bax, Cox-2, β-catenin and c-myc in development of human colon cancer and that of bcl-2, nm23-h1, PTEN and p-Akt1 in progression of human colon cancer.展开更多

In this paper the reaction channels related to ^5He emission are listed in detail. By using the new reaction model for light nuclei, the double-differential cross sections of total outgoing neutrons for n + ^10 B reactions at En= 14.2 MeV have been calculated, and the results agree fairly well with the measurements. Particularly, in the energy-angular spectra the contribution from the 5He-emission to the total outgoing neutron double-differential cross sections has also been analyzed, and the partial energy-angular spectra of 60° at En= 14.2 MeV have been given. The calculated results indicate that once the 5He emission is taken into account, the fitting with the double-differential measurements of total outgoing neutrons at the low energy region could be improved. Therefore, to consider the ^5He emission properly in the reaction processes of light nuclei is necessary.展开更多

To improve the separation efficiency of a conventional Teetered Bed Separator(TBS) in beneficiation of fine coal with a wide size range,an Aeration TBS(A-TBS) was proposed in this investigation.The bubbles were introd...To improve the separation efficiency of a conventional Teetered Bed Separator(TBS) in beneficiation of fine coal with a wide size range,an Aeration TBS(A-TBS) was proposed in this investigation.The bubbles were introduced to A-TBS by a self-priming micro-bubble generator.This study theoretically analyzed the effect of bubbles on the difference in hindered settling terminal velocity between different density particles,investigated the impact of superficial water velocity(V_(SW)) and superficial gas velocity(V_(Sg)) on bed fluidization,and compared the performance of the TBS and A-TBS in treating 1-0.25 mm size fraction particles.The results show that the expansion degree of fluidized bed which was formed by different size particles or has different initial height,is increased by the introduction of bubbles.Compared with the TBS,at the same level of clean coal ash content,the A-TBS shows an increase in the combustible recovery of clean coal,ash content of tailings,and practical separation density by 5.26%,6.56%,and 0.088 g/cm3 respectively,while it shows a decrease in the probable error(E_p) and V_(SW) by 0.031 and 3.51 mm/s,respectively.The addition of bubbles at a proper amount not only improves the separation performance of TBS,but also reduces the upward water velocity.展开更多
There is no general picture to describe the influences of reagent rotational excitation on the reaction,which proceeds via the tunnelling mechanism at collision energies far below the reaction barrier.Here we report a...There is no general picture to describe the influences of reagent rotational excitation on the reaction,which proceeds via the tunnelling mechanism at collision energies far below the reaction barrier.Here we report a crossed beam study on the prototypical reaction of F+D_(2)(v=0,j=0,1)→DF(v′)+D at collision energies between 44 and 164 cm^(-1)with the scheme of multichannel D-atom Rydberg tagging time-of-flight detection.Vibrational state resolved differential cross sections are obtained at v′=2,3,4 levels.The effects of reagent rotational excitation were investigated at an equivalent amount of total energy by precise tuning of translational energies.Compared with translation,the rotation of D_(2) is found to be more efficient to promote the title reaction.Profound differences introduced by rotation of D_(2) are also observed on the angular distribution and quantum state distribution of DF products.We hope the present work could provide an example for understanding the effects of reagent rotational excitation on the chemical reaction at energies that are much lower than the reaction barrier.展开更多

Chi-square analysis showed that the statistically significant variables were p53, p21, bax, β-catenin, c-myc, PTEN, p-Aktl, Cox-2 and nm23-h1 for histological grade (P = 0.005, P = 0.013, P = 0.044, P = 0.000, P = 0.000, P = 0.029, P = 0.000, P = 0.008, and P = 0.000, respectively), β-catenin, comyc and p-Akt1 for lymph node metastasis (P = 0.011, P =0.005, and P = 0.032, respectively), β-catenin, c-myc, Cox-2 and nm23-h1 for distance metastasis (P = 0.020, P = 0.000, P = 0.026, and P = 0.008, respectively), and cyclin D1, β-catenin, c-myc, Cox-2 and nm23h1 for clinical stages (P = 0.038, P = 0.008, P = 0.000, P = 0.016, and P = 0.014, respectively). CONCLUSION: Tissue microarray immunohistochemical staining enables high-throughput analysis of genetic alterations contributing to human colon cancer development and progression. Our results implicate the potential roles of p53, cyclin D1, bcl-2, bax, Cox-2, β-catenin and c-myc in development of human colon cancer and that of bcl-2, nm23-h1, PTEN and p-Akt1 in progression of human colon cancer.
文摘This work deals with analysis of dynamic behaviour of hydraulic excavator on the basis of developed dynamic-mathematical model.The mathematical model with maximum five degrees of freedom is extended by new generalized coordinate which represents rotation around transversal main central axis of inertia of undercarriage.The excavator is described by a system of six nonlinear,nonhomogenous differential equations of the second kind.Numerical analysis of the differential equations has been done for BTH-600 hydraulic excavator with moving mechanism with pneumatic wheels.
文摘Hydrodynamic cavitation,a newly developed process intensification technique,has demonstrated immense potential for intensifying diverse physical and chemical processes.In this study,hydrodynamic cavitation was explored as an efficient method for the formation of sub-100 nm oil-in-water(O/W) emulsions with high stability.O/W emulsion with an average droplet size of 27 nm was successfully prepared.The average droplet size of O/W emulsions decreased with the increase of the inlet pressure,number of cavitation passes and surfactant concentration.The formed emulsion exhibited admirable physical stability during 8 months.Moreover,the hydrodynamic cavitation method can be generalized to fabricate large varieties of O/W emulsions,which showed great potential for large-scale formation of O/W emulsions with lower energy consumption.

文摘Epitypification can solve many taxonomic problems and stabilize the understanding of species, genera, families or orders. The aim of this paper is to illustrate how to epitypify. A few examples where taxa have been epitypified are considered and the benefits and disadvantages of epitypification are discussed. We also outline some examples of taxa which need to be epitypifled with reasons.

文摘In n +^10B reactions, ^5He cluster emission has been discussed with the updated level scheme and the new optical model parameters. In this paper the reaction channels related to ^5He emission are listed in detail. By using the new reaction model for light nuclei, the double-differential cross sections of total outgoing neutrons for n + ^10 B reactions at En= 14.2 MeV have been calculated, and the results agree fairly well with the measurements. Particularly, in the energy-angular spectra the contribution from the 5He-emission to the total outgoing neutron double-differential cross sections has also been analyzed, and the partial energy-angular spectra of 60° at En= 14.2 MeV have been given. The calculated results indicate that once the 5He emission is taken into account, the fitting with the double-differential measurements of total outgoing neutrons at the low energy region could be improved. Therefore, to consider the ^5He emission properly in the reaction processes of light nuclei is necessary.
文摘Based on a first-order nonlinear ordinary differential equation with six-degree nonlinear term, we first present a new auxiliary equation expansion method and its algorithm. Being concise and straightforward, the method is applied to the Kundu equation. As a result, some new exact travelling wave solutions are obtained, which include bright and dark solitary wave solutions, triangular periodic wave solutions, and singular solutions. This algorithm can also be applied to other nonlinear evolution equations in mathematical physics.

文摘To improve the separation efficiency of a conventional Teetered Bed Separator(TBS) in beneficiation of fine coal with a wide size range,an Aeration TBS(A-TBS) was proposed in this investigation.The bubbles were introduced to A-TBS by a self-priming micro-bubble generator.This study theoretically analyzed the effect of bubbles on the difference in hindered settling terminal velocity between different density particles,investigated the impact of superficial water velocity(V_(SW)) and superficial gas velocity(V_(Sg)) on bed fluidization,and compared the performance of the TBS and A-TBS in treating 1-0.25 mm size fraction particles.The results show that the expansion degree of fluidized bed which was formed by different size particles or has different initial height,is increased by the introduction of bubbles.Compared with the TBS,at the same level of clean coal ash content,the A-TBS shows an increase in the combustible recovery of clean coal,ash content of tailings,and practical separation density by 5.26%,6.56%,and 0.088 g/cm3 respectively,while it shows a decrease in the probable error(E_p) and V_(SW) by 0.031 and 3.51 mm/s,respectively.The addition of bubbles at a proper amount not only improves the separation performance of TBS,but also reduces the upward water velocity.

文摘There is no general picture to describe the influences of reagent rotational excitation on the reaction,which proceeds via the tunnelling mechanism at collision energies far below the reaction barrier.Here we report a crossed beam study on the prototypical reaction of F+D_(2)(v=0,j=0,1)→DF(v′)+D at collision energies between 44 and 164 cm^(-1)with the scheme of multichannel D-atom Rydberg tagging time-of-flight detection.Vibrational state resolved differential cross sections are obtained at v′=2,3,4 levels.The effects of reagent rotational excitation were investigated at an equivalent amount of total energy by precise tuning of translational energies.Compared with translation,the rotation of D_(2) is found to be more efficient to promote the title reaction.Profound differences introduced by rotation of D_(2) are also observed on the angular distribution and quantum state distribution of DF products.We hope the present work could provide an example for understanding the effects of reagent rotational excitation on the chemical reaction at energies that are much lower than the reaction barrier.

As an illustrative example, a semi-discrete model of the non/inear SchrSdinger equation is discussed in terms of this theory and the corresponding Lax pairs are also given.
