The results showed that soil microbial biomass C increased with the application of organic manure at the beginning of the experiment and then gradually decreased with declining of the temperature. The soil biomass C increased at the tillering stage when the temperature gradually increased, and rose to the highest value at the anthesis stage, being about 554.9-794.4 mg C kg-1. The application of organic manure resulted in the highest increase in biomass C among the fertilization treatments while that of ammonium sulphate gave the lowest. At the harvest time the soil biomass C decreased to the presowing level. Like the soil biomass C the amount of biomass P was increased by the incorporation of organic manure and was the highest among the treatments, with the values of the check and ammonium sulphate treatments being the lowest. Meanwhile, the changing patterns of the C/P ratio of soil microbial biomass at stages of wheat growth are also described.展开更多

Related researches have shown that the nutrition level of special wheat is higher than that of common wheat. Special wheat can improve the nutritional structure and diet quality of people. However, the researches on special wheat are rare at home and abroad. Compared with the common wheat, special wheat still faces many challenges in taste quality, storage stability, processing suitability as main food, etc. This paper summarized the researches on analysis and application of special wheat nutrition components at home and abroad so as to evaluate comprehensively the development prospect of special wheat.展开更多
The precipitation behaviors of an A1-Cu-Li-Mn-Zr alloy at different ageing temperatures (120, 160 and 200 ~C) were investigated using Vickers hardness measurements and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) charac...The precipitation behaviors of an A1-Cu-Li-Mn-Zr alloy at different ageing temperatures (120, 160 and 200 ~C) were investigated using Vickers hardness measurements and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) characterization. Age hardening curves show an increase in precipitation kinetics with increasing ageing temperature. The results of TEM show that for the samples peak aged at 120 ~C, the amount of g' (A13Li), GP zones/0' (A12Cu) and Z (A15Cu6Li2) phases is obviously higher than that of T1 (A12CuLi) precipitates; while the samples peak aged at 160 and 200 ~C are usually dominated by T1 phase with a minor fraction of GP zones/0' and g', and the Z phase almost does not form. In addition, quantitative analysis on the T1 platelets demonstrates that the samples peak aged at 200 ~C have larger plate diameter and smaller area fraction of T1, as compared to the samples peak aged at 160 ~C. Correspondingly, the possible reasons for such phenomena are discussed.展开更多
