采用水热法制备出具有深度除湿功能(RH<20%)、高饱和吸附量和中低温快速脱附性能(<100℃)的除湿轮用多级孔硅铝酸盐吸附剂。采用N2-吸附脱附、XRD、透射电镜、FT-IR和NMR等技术表征吸附剂的微观结构;采用动态水汽吸附分析仪(DVS)... 采用水热法制备出具有深度除湿功能(RH<20%)、高饱和吸附量和中低温快速脱附性能(<100℃)的除湿轮用多级孔硅铝酸盐吸附剂。采用N2-吸附脱附、XRD、透射电镜、FT-IR和NMR等技术表征吸附剂的微观结构;采用动态水汽吸附分析仪(DVS)测试其吸附-脱附性能。结果发现,通过控制制备前体的微晶温度,可调控吸附剂在中低湿度工况下的除湿性能:微晶温度是通过影响吸附剂微观结构中有序介孔和类微孔结构的比例,来影响吸附剂的深度除湿功能;升高微晶温度会提高吸附剂中类微孔和骨架Al比例从而强化其深度除湿能力,但会显著降低介孔有序度及总孔容,削弱其饱和吸附量及脱附性能;过高的类微孔和骨架Al比例会提高吸附剂的脱附再生温度,增大除湿能耗。 展开更多

Based on a 5% (mass fraction) Re-containing single crystal nickel-based superalloy with 3% (mass fraction) Cr, the microstructural variation with Cr addition was investigated. The experimental results show that segregation of alloying elements was enhanced in as-cast microstructure with Cr addition; and the volume fraction of eutectic is increased. However, the solidus and liquidus temperatures are remarkably reduced. With the increase of Cr content, the average γ' size and volume fraction are decreased in the fully heat treated microstructure. X-ray diffraction results indicate that γ/γ' lattice misfit becomes more negative. According to the energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) results, Cr is mainly distributed in the γ matrix; and more y-forming elements, such as Re and W, enter the γ matrix, while the γ/γ' partition ratio of Cr is inversely decreased. 展开更多

Because of its economical and environmentally friendly characteristics, the warm mix asphalt(WMA) is widely used in pavement engineering. However, the lack of microscopic study of WMA brings difficulties in understanding of its mechanical behavior and mechanisms at macroscopic scale which finally hinders the enhancement of WMA's performance. Therefore, this article aims to use atomic force microscopy(AFM), a promising microscopic technique, to investigate the effects of wax-based warm mix agents on asphalt microstructures and micromechanical properties at different temperatures. For simplicity's sake, microcrystalline waxes are selected as an alternative of these wax-based additives. It is shown that the sample preparation method has a vital impact on the morphology of asphalt samples. The effects of microcrystalline wax on asphalt's mechanical properties can be well captured by AFM tests. Results show that the blending of #70, #80 and #90 microcrystalline waxes lowers the modulus(20—60 MPa) of Pen70 asphalt at 25 ℃ while increasing its adhesion force(5—20 n N). The results of this study may shed some light on the comprehension of the effects of wax-based additives on asphalt materials at macroscopic level which can help estimate and predict its actual performance. 展开更多

CaO-B203-SiO2 (CBS) glass powders are prepared by conventional glass melting method at different melting temperatures whose properties and microstructures are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It is found that there are SiO2 and some unknown phases in CBS glass melting liquid from 1 300 ℃ to 1 500 ℃ and the amount of these phases decreases with the increase of the melting temperature. The CBS glass melted at 1 450 ℃ could be sintered from 830 ℃ to 930 ℃ and the bulk densities of the samples are all higher than 2.4 g/cm^3. From the points of the properties and energy conservation, the melting temperature of 1 450 ℃ is the optimal melting temperature. The glass ceramic sintered at 850 ℃ exhibits better dielectric properties: er=6.33, tan6=2.2×10^-3 at 10 GHz, and the major phases of the samples are CaSiO3, CaB2O4 and SiO2. 展开更多

Al-5Ti-1B master alloy was added into Mg-14Li-1Al(LA141)alloy and then LA141 sheets were prepared by extrusion and cold rolling.The effect of the addition level of Al-5Ti-1B master alloy on the grain size of LA141 alloy was investigated as well as the effects of the total reduction of cold rolling and the annealing temperature on microstructure,mechanical properties and plastic formability of the LA141 sheets.The results show that the optimal addition level of Al-5Ti-1B master alloy into LA141 alloy is 1.25%(mass fraction)and LA141 alloy has the finest grains.With the increase of the total reduction of cold rolling,the grains of the as-rolled LA141 sheets were flattened gradually.A proper anneal temperature of 200℃ is obtained for the cold rolled LA141 sheets. Under this condition,microstructure of the LA141 sheets consists of fine and uniform equiaxed grains and has higher Erichsen cupping index(IE). 展开更多

Waste cathode ray tube(CRT)funnel glass(FG)is an important part in the disposal of electrical and electronic waste(e-waste).A novel approach for efficient lead extraction and glass-ceramics synthesized from waste FG through collaboratively smelting FG with coal fly ash(CFA)is proposed.Glass-ceramics materials with 40 wt%-80 wt%FG additions were produced under sintering temperatures of 900-1000℃.The microstructure and phase composition of the produced glass-ceramics were studied using X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The density,water absorption,Vicker hardness,chemical resistance and heavy metal leaching characteristics of the glassceramics were measured.The experimental results indicate that the samples can be crystallized at sintering temperatures of 900-1000℃.An elevated sintering temperature is favorable for enhancing the degree of crystallization,while the crystallization process is inhibited at excessively high temperatures.Increasing FG addition can lead to the transformation of the main crystalline phase from diopside to gehlenite.Well-crystallized crystals were generated in the specimens with 50 wt%-70 wt%FG additions.The samples with 40 wt%,50 wt%,60 wt%,70 wt%,80 wt%FG addition exhibit the optimal chemical and physical properties at 975,925,950,925 and 900℃,respectively.Overall results demonstrate that this study provides a feasible strategy for reliably detoxifying and reusing waste FG and CFA. 展开更多

According to the requirements for the beam collimation system of the rapid cycling synchrotron(RCS)of China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS),the main structure of a scraper of primary collimator is made by W/Cu brazing,in which the thickness of tungsten slice is 0.17 mm.In order to get the best mechanical properties,the brazing temperature is suggested to be controlled under the recrystallization temperature of tungsten,while the recrystallization temperature is affected directly by the thickness of tungsten.Because of little research and application on the brazing of thin tungsten slice of 0.17 mm and copper,tensile tests are done to get the mechanical properties of tungsten slices which experience different brazing temperatures.In keeping the inner relationships between the mechanical properties and temperature,another experiment is done by using SEM to scan the microstructures including the size and distribution of crystals.Finally we determine the recrystallization temperature of tungsten slice of 0.17 mm,and get the best parameters of W/Cu brazing for scrapers of primary collimator in CSNS/RCS. 展开更多
