采用色彩雾度仪、X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜等研究不同晶核剂对Li_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)微晶玻璃样品的晶化过程、晶相种类及物理性能的影响。结果表明:玻璃样品分相后,样品的密度增加,维氏硬度值增加,但透过率降低,且加入复合晶核剂... 采用色彩雾度仪、X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜等研究不同晶核剂对Li_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)微晶玻璃样品的晶化过程、晶相种类及物理性能的影响。结果表明:玻璃样品分相后,样品的密度增加,维氏硬度值增加,但透过率降低,且加入复合晶核剂比单一晶核剂更易使玻璃分相。同时发现,TiO_(2)会使玻璃基体变黄,热处理后颜色加深且更易浊化,生成钛酸锂。添加复合晶核剂P_(2)O_(5)+ZrO_(2),促进生成硅酸锂铝和硅酸锂。而单独的P_(2)O_(5)对玻璃结构的补网作用大于分相作用;单独的ZrO_(2)促进生成莫来石。综合各项分析结果,最适合本体系的晶核剂为P_(2)O_(5)+ZrO_(2)复合晶核剂。 展开更多

Glass-ceramic materials of strontium barium niobate system were prepared through a melt-quenching method. The effects of crystallization temperature on the mierostructure, dielectric property, breakdown strength and energy storage density of barium strontium niobate glass-ceramics were studied. The crystallization mechanism of the glass-ceramics was discussed and should be one-dimensional interfacial growth. The results indicate that the breakdown strength remarkably increases with the increase of crystallization temperature. The glass-ceramic heat treated at 900 ℃ was found to possess optimal properties with breakdown strength of 1300 kV/cm and energy storage density of 2.8 J/cm3, which is promising dielectric materials for high energy storage density dielectrics. 展开更多
