以微波辅助回流提取的方法从葵花籽粕中提取绿原酸。研究了微波辅助提取绿原酸过程中料液比、微波辐射功率、乙醇体积分数以及提取时间对绿原酸得率影响的单因素试验,并在单因素试验基础上进行了正交试验,得出优化的微波辅助回流提取参... 以微波辅助回流提取的方法从葵花籽粕中提取绿原酸。研究了微波辅助提取绿原酸过程中料液比、微波辐射功率、乙醇体积分数以及提取时间对绿原酸得率影响的单因素试验,并在单因素试验基础上进行了正交试验,得出优化的微波辅助回流提取参数为:料液比1∶18、微波辐射功率390 W、乙醇体积分数35%和提取时间20 min,在此条件下绿原酸提取率达到94.6%、得率为2.11%。对提取的绿原酸产品进行抗氧化试验,结果表明葵花籽粕绿原酸对DPPH自由基有显著清除作用,其对DPPH自由基的EC50值为2.6 mg/L。 展开更多

A new kind of microwave-assisted circumrotation reflux extraction device was constructed and used to study the extraction technology of gallic acid from phyllanthus urmaria L.The extraction principle of the device was same as that of microwave-assisted solvent extraction but using circumrotation techniques as auxiliary stirrer to accelerate the process.Capillary electrophoresis was used to determinate gallic acid in phyllanthus urmaria L extracts in order to evaluate the extraction efficiency of the method.It was found that the most important factors influencing extraction gallic acid were solvent kind and microwave power.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:water using as solvent,solid-liquid ratio 1∶30(g:mL),microwave power low rail and irradiate time 4 minute.Under the optimum extraction conditions,five experiments were carried out and the average extraction rate of gallic acid in phyllanthus urmaria L was 4.32 mg/g,relative standard deviations(R.S.D.) was 2.2%.Compared with other extraction methods e.g.reflux extraction and microwave-assisted extraction,better extraction efficiency was observed for the microwave-assisted circumrotation reflux extraction. 展开更多

It takes flavonoid extraction rate as indicator and adopts the method of orthogonal experiment to study process of total flavonoid in Trollius chinensis through ultrasonic wave assisted extraction, microwave assisted extraction and backflow extraction, as well as optimization of process parameter. The result indicates that in terms of extraction efficiency, microwave extraction method is better than ultrasonic radiation extraction method, which is better than backflow extraction method. Optimal process parameter through backflow extraction is: backflow temperature 60℃, fluid material ratio 1:20, ethanol density 65%, backflow time 60min; optimal process parameter through ultrasonic wave assisted extraction is: ultrasonic radiation temperature 70℃, fluid material ratio 1:20, ethanol density 65%, ultrasonic wave radiation time 45rain; optimal process parameter of microwave assisted extraction is: microwave radiation temperature 60℃, fluid material ratio 1:20, ethanol density 75%, microwave radiation time 45min. 展开更多
