目的:研究ZrO2陶瓷膜澄清增液汤复方水提液的膜过程,进一步优化膜工艺参数。方法:从微滤通量、指标性成分透过率、固含物去除率等角度考察不同孔径的ZrO2膜对微滤过程的影响,同时为了能精确观察指标性成分透过率的动态变化,将实验设为... 目的:研究ZrO2陶瓷膜澄清增液汤复方水提液的膜过程,进一步优化膜工艺参数。方法:从微滤通量、指标性成分透过率、固含物去除率等角度考察不同孔径的ZrO2膜对微滤过程的影响,同时为了能精确观察指标性成分透过率的动态变化,将实验设为分多次取样。结果:对于增液汤复方水提液,0.2μ ZrO2微滤膜较为适用。其渗透通量衰减较平缓,最终的稳定通量达到172.8L/(m2·h);指标性成分透过率在微滤中期略有波动,但其平均透过率达96.5%;固含物去除率为20%左右。结论:充分掌握中药水提液复杂微滤过程的动态变化规律对提高通量、成分透过率等具有重要意义。 展开更多

A novel photonic technique for instantaneous microwave frequency measurement based on hybrid microwave photonic filter(HMPF) is proposed and experimentally demonstrated. The HMPF is composed of an all-pass filter and a band-pass filter with negative coefficients. By properly controlling the power relationship between the all-pass filter and the band-pass filter, the HMPF can realize a monotonic frequency response, and then a unique relationship between the output power and the input frequency is established. A high measurement resolution can be achieved for a given frequency range. 展开更多
