目的观察3D孕育微环境诊疗技术对不孕不育患者的临床疗效。方法全面评估患者自身的身体状况,制定个性化的有针对性的综合治疗方案。应用3D孕育微环境诊疗技术治疗163例不孕不育患者,同时采用中药制剂进行调理,并辅助心理治疗,并在治疗... 目的观察3D孕育微环境诊疗技术对不孕不育患者的临床疗效。方法全面评估患者自身的身体状况,制定个性化的有针对性的综合治疗方案。应用3D孕育微环境诊疗技术治疗163例不孕不育患者,同时采用中药制剂进行调理,并辅助心理治疗,并在治疗期间注意不良事件的发生情况。结果应用3D孕育微环境技术诊疗治疗后受孕率高达80%以上,且不良反应率低。结论 3D孕育微环境诊疗技术可以应用于不孕不育患者的治疗,且临床疗效良好。 展开更多

Ferrospheres in fly ashes from a coal-fired power plant were extracted by a magnetic separation technique and their microstructure was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX) and environmental scanning electron microscopy (ESEM). Ferrospheres in fly ashes show significant iron enrichment compared to their respective fly ashes. Iron oxides in ferrospheres mainly occur as minerals magnetite (Fe3O4) and hematite (α-Fe2O3), which are derived mainly from the decomposition and oxidation of iron-bearing minerals in coal during combustion. EDX data indicate that ferrospheres also contain Si, S, Al and Ca resulting from quartz, mullite, anhydrite and amorphous materials. A large percentage of ferrospheres are commonly 5~50 μm in size. The microstructure of ferrospheres includes smooth, polygonal, dendritic, granular and molten drop characteristics. SEM coupled with EDX provided fast and accurate results of the microstructure and chemical composition of ferrospheres, and helped us to assess environmental issues related to the disposal and utilization of fly ashes. 展开更多

The result shows that the conditions for getting an optimum decolorization effect are: a reaction time of 60 min, a coke size of 5~10 mm, a solid/liquid ratio of 1∶10, an air blast volume of 4 m3/h, and proper Fe/coke ratio determined by the type of dye material. The system acidity influences dyed wastewater in different ways, i.e., acid condition is good for the decolorization of scarlet 3R and methyl orange simulated wastewater but bad for that of alkali violet 5BN simulated wastewater, while the decolorization of dispersed yellow E-RGFL simulated wastewater has nothing to do with pH. 展开更多

In order to fulfil the microgravity requirements for space experiments, improved technology for the microgravity environment is proposed, including that for raising the orbital altitude, optimizing the layout of the disturbance source, using IN-thrusters instead of 5 N-thrusters, etc. In addition, evaluation of the microgravity environment of the recoverable satellite was also conducted using on-orbit micro-vibration measurement, on-orbit experiment and data analysis technologies. The microgravity level of the SJ-l0 recoverable satellite in China is compared with the spacecraft used for carrying out space science experiments internationally. This paper describes the microgravity environment of the SJ- 10 recoverable satellite, and its importance for analysing space experimental results. 展开更多

Multiplexed immunohistochemistry/fluorescence(mIHC/IF)in combination with multispectral unmixing is a novel multitarget histopathological staining and imaging technique.By simultaneously revealing expression level and spatial information for up to eight biomarkers in situ,in addition to a nuclear stain within a single formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded(FFPE)tissue section,this technology can analyze the phenotype,abundance,morphology and intercellular relationship of cells while providing statistically significant results.In recent years,technical improvements have brought new insight into mIHC/IF and multispectral imaging approaches,which have been successfully applied in the field of cancer immunotherapy,specifically in regard to tumor microenvironment research,immunotherapy drug discovery,and prognostic and metastatic risk evaluation.This review highlights the principle,workflow,advantages and disadvantages of the technology,and discusses the latest applications of mIHC/IF-based imaging technology in the field of TME-related research and immunotherapy drug discovery. 展开更多
