为研究不同氧气浓度对煤自燃指标气体的影响程度,采用绝热氧化实验系统,得到褐煤、烟煤和无烟煤3种不同变质程度煤的指标气体随温度的变化规律。同时,归纳了煤自燃特征温度与微观元素的多元线性回归模型。结果表明:氧气浓度对不同煤样... 为研究不同氧气浓度对煤自燃指标气体的影响程度,采用绝热氧化实验系统,得到褐煤、烟煤和无烟煤3种不同变质程度煤的指标气体随温度的变化规律。同时,归纳了煤自燃特征温度与微观元素的多元线性回归模型。结果表明:氧气浓度对不同煤样的指标气体有显著影响,随着氧气浓度的增加,煤样氧化程度加深,CO浓度快速增加,且C_(2)H_(4)的初现温度降低;相同氧浓度下,褐煤、烟煤、无烟煤的CO/CO_(2)的拐点温度依次增加。交叉点温度和着火点温度与C、H元素质量分数正相关,与O元素质量分数负相关,且C元素质量分数对交叉点温度和着火点温度的影响权重最小。 展开更多

The γ/γ' microstructure of a Re-containing Ni-based single crystal super alloy after a two-step aging was studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM),transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM).The crystals were grown by the floating zone (FZ) method.Both cuboidal and spherical γ' precipitates were formed after a two-step aging.The size of the cuboidal γ' phases first increased and then decreased with the extension of the second-step aging time.Re,Co and Cr strongly concentrated in the γ phase whereas Ni and Al enriched in the γ' phase.Thermodynamic calculation by JMatPro was performed to explain the experimental observations. 展开更多

对氟橡胶在175℃的油介质中进行了老化试验,考察了其力学性能随老化时间延长的变化情况,并用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对其表面的元素进行了分析,用扫描电子显微镜对其老化过程中的微观形貌进行了观察。结果表明,随着老化时间的延长,在175... 对氟橡胶在175℃的油介质中进行了老化试验,考察了其力学性能随老化时间延长的变化情况,并用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对其表面的元素进行了分析,用扫描电子显微镜对其老化过程中的微观形貌进行了观察。结果表明,随着老化时间的延长,在175℃的油介质中,氟橡胶的拉伸强度和扯断伸长率降低,硬度和回弹性增大;氟橡胶表面F元素和O元素相对于C元素的相对原子含量减少,且碳原子和氧原子老化前后的电子结合能没有发生变化,而老化后橡胶中的碳氟键发生断裂;氟橡胶表面出现明显裂纹,且裂纹的数量和宽度随老化时间的延长逐渐增加。 展开更多

The morphologies, sizes, compositions and volume fractions of dendritic phases in in situ Ti-based metallic glass matrix composites (MGMCs) containing beryllium (Be) with the nominal composition of Tia7Zr19Cu5V12Be17 (mole fraction, %) were investigated using XRD, SEM, EBSD, TEM, EDS and three-dimensional reconstruction method. Moreover, visualized at the nanoscale, Be distribution is confirmed to be only present in the matrix using scanning transmission electron microscopy-electron energy loss spectroscopy (STEM-EELS). Based on these findings, it has been obtained that the accurate chemical compositions are Wi28.3Zr19.7Cu8V6.4Be37.6 (mole fraction, %) for glass matrix and Wi62.nZr18.aCu2.6V16.6 (mole fraction, %) for the dendritic phases, and the volume fractions are 38.5% and 61.5%, respectively. It is believed that the results are of particular importance for the designing of Be-containing MGMCs. 展开更多

The microstructure of as-cast Mg-5Sn-1Ca alloy is composed of α-Mg, Mg2Sn and CaMgSn phases. With the addition of Gd, the formation of the Mg2Sn phase is impeded and the CaMgSn phase is refined, whereas the ultimate tensile strength and elongation decrease. Ultrafine tungsten carbide and fine cobalt as well as nano yttrium oxide powders were used as the raw materials. The effects of hot-press below the eutectic temperature and conventional liquid phase sintering on the structures and properties of WC-20Co-1Y2O3 cemented carbide were studied. It is shown that hot-pressed alloy has the character of isotropic properties and microstructure with homogeneous and ultrafine WC grains. However, the ultrafine and fully-densified structure is developed at the cost of the presence of large amount of cobalt-lake (unevenly distributed binder phase), and thus lower strength. Yttrium oxide in the alloy cannot play the role of grain growth inhibitor fully when cemented carbide with high content of cobalt and ultrafine raw materials is sintered at high liquid phase sintering temperature. Peculiar platelet-enhanced bi-model structure is formed in WC-20Co-1Y2O3 cemented carbide by conventional liquid phase sintering, which points out that yttrium oxide in the alloy facilitates the formation of plate-like WC grain. 展开更多

The effect of Li(2.0 wt%)addition on mechanical properties and ageing precipitation behavior of Al-3.0 Mg 0.5 Si was investigated by tensile test,dynamic elasticity modulus test,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM)images.The results show that the tensile strength of the Li-containing alloy can be significantly improved;however,the ductility is sharply decreased and the fracture mechanism changes from ductile fracture to intergranular fracture.The elasticity modulus of the Li-containing alloy increases by 11.6%compared with the base alloy.The microstructure observation shows that the Li addition can absolutely change the precipitation behavior of the base alloy,andδ′-Al_(3)Li phase becomes the main precipitates.Besides,β′′-Mg_(2)Si andδ′-Al_(3)Li dual phases precipitation can be visibly observed at 170℃ ageing for 100 h,although the quantity ofδ′-Al_(3)Li phase is more thanβ′′-Mg_(2)Si phase.The width of the precipitate-free zone(PFZ)of the Li-containing alloy is much wider at the over-ageing state than the base alloy,which has a negative impact on the ductile and results in the decrease of elongation. 展开更多

Effect of element cerium (Ce) on microstructure and mechanical properties of A1-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys has been investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and hardness test. The results show that addition of Ce can remarkably refine the as-cast grains and eutectic microstructure. A transformation from Mg(Zn,Cu,A1)2 phase to A12CuMg phase is observed during homogenization. Furthermore, the Ce addition introduces changes in the precipitation process and consequently in the age-hardening behavior of the alloy. Microstructural measurements reveal that the addition of Ce promotes the precipitation of η' phase, but it also partly retards the precipitation of GP zones. The density of precipitates decreases in a certain degree and rod-like η' precipitates increase when Ce content is from 0.2% to 0.4% (mass fraction). 展开更多

Structure of Macro- and Trace Elements Status Observed in Residents of Magadan Town

The authors aimed the study at examining macro- and trace elements content in elderly people of the 1 period of middle age (21-35) residing in Magadan town to assess the content of 25 trace elements in hair samples on individual and population levels by atom-emission spectrometry with inductively-bonded argon plasma. It turned out that the majority of surveyed subjects were characterized by deformation of element status demonstrated by excess and deficit of the basic essential elements of different degrees of manifestation. Deficit of Co (68% of surveyed people), Mg (67%), Ca (64%), Cu (47%), K (46%), Zn (44%), I (41%), Na (33%), P (27%) and Se (24%) was typical for female subjects as well as excess of Si (28%), Zn (22%) and P (20%). Male residents were characterized by deficit of Co (81%), Ca (66%), Mg (65%), I (50%), Cu (37%), K and Na (27%) and excess of Zn (41%). In individual cases it was noted excess concentration of nominally essential and toxic elements in both examined groups. They were: A1, As, Cd, Li, Ni, Pb, Sn, V and B. While analyzing of medians of chemical concentration it was stated reliable sex-related differences (P 〈 0.05): content of Ca, Mg and Mn was higher in hair samples of women, and content of As, B, Cd, Cr, K, Li, Na, P, Pb and V, on the contrary, was higher in male samples. 展开更多
