背景:糖尿病是种植体周围炎的相关危险因素,但其影响机制尚无定论。已有的临床研究认为其对种植体周围炎的发展有促进作用。因此,糖尿病患者种植体周围炎相关机制和治疗成为目前重要的研究方向。目的:总结糖尿病对种植体周围炎的影响机...背景:糖尿病是种植体周围炎的相关危险因素,但其影响机制尚无定论。已有的临床研究认为其对种植体周围炎的发展有促进作用。因此,糖尿病患者种植体周围炎相关机制和治疗成为目前重要的研究方向。目的:总结糖尿病对种植体周围炎的影响机制及糖尿病患者种植体周围炎在早期预测和治疗等方面的最新进展。方法:第一作者以“peri-implantitis,diabetes melltius or diabetes or DM,implant,osteointegration,implant modification”为英文检索词,以“种植体周围炎、糖尿病、种植体、骨整合、种植体表面改性”为中文检索词,应用计算机检索PubMed、维普、万方、知网数据库中1985年1月至2019年4月已发表的相关文献,通过筛选、归纳与总结,最终纳入70篇相关文献进行综述。结果与结论:目前对于糖尿病患者种植体周围炎的发病机制研究并不透彻,多数认为糖尿病对种植体表面细菌生物膜和机体免疫-炎症系统的影响可能是糖尿病患者种植体周围炎发病率较高的内在原因。糖尿病患者种植体周围炎的治疗及早期预测仍无确切方案,但多种研究均已获得了良好的临床效果。在原有的种植体周围炎治疗基础上配合糖尿病患者血糖的控制,以及利用糖尿病特征性的微观表现对种植体周围炎进行早期诊断和临床发展预测是未来有意义的研究方向。展开更多
The gene encoding the VP28 envelope protein of White spot syndrome virus (WSSV) was cloned into expression vector pET-30a and transformed into the Escherichia coli strain BL21.After induction,the recombinant VP28 (rVP...The gene encoding the VP28 envelope protein of White spot syndrome virus (WSSV) was cloned into expression vector pET-30a and transformed into the Escherichia coli strain BL21.After induction,the recombinant VP28 (rVP28) protein was purified and then used to immunize Balb/c mice for monoclonal antibody (MAb) production.It was observed by immuno-electron microscopy the MAbs specific to rVP28 could recognize native VP28 target epitopes of WSSV and dot-blot analysis was used to detect natural WSSV infection.Competitive PCR showed that the viral level was approximately 104 copies/mg tissue in the dilution of gill homogenate of WSSV-infected crayfish at the detection limit of dot-blot assay.Our results suggest that dot-blot analysis with anti-rVP28 MAb could rapidly and sensitively detect WSSV at the early stages of WSSV infection.展开更多
Protein has been widely used for fabricating patterned structures since it is one of the most important macromolecules in living organisms,and protein patterns possess potential applications in many fields such as med...Protein has been widely used for fabricating patterned structures since it is one of the most important macromolecules in living organisms,and protein patterns possess potential applications in many fields such as medical diagnosis,tissue engineering,biosensors,and medical screening.At present,there are two fashions to fabricate protein patterns:one is grafting the protein to the microstructure which is prepared by micro-fabrication techniques;the other one is achieving the patterned protein structures directly.Here we provide an overview on current status of the fabrication techniques and the applications of the protein patterns,and then give an outlook on the development of the fabrication techniques and the prospective applications of the protein patterns in future research.展开更多
