The mechanical properties, electri...A novel process for manufacturing A1-0.70Fe-0.24Cu alloy conductor was proposed, which includes horizontal continuous casting and subsequent continuous extrusion forming (Conform). The mechanical properties, electrical conductivity and the compressed creep behaviour of the alloy were studied. The results indicate that the Conform process induces obvious grain refinement, strain-induced precipitation of AI7CuzFe phase and the transformation of crystal orientation distribution. The processed alloy has good comprehensive mechanical properties and electrical conductivity. Moreover, a better creep resistance under the conditions of 90 ~C and 76 MPa is shown compared with pure A1 and annealed copper, and the relationship between primary creep strain and time may comply with the logarithmic law. The enhanced properties are attributed to the grain refinement as well as the fine and homogeneously distributed thermally stable A1Fe and A17Cu2Fe precipitation phases.展开更多

The co-continuous(HA+β-TCP)/Zn−3Sn composite was fabricated via vacuum casting-infiltration method.The microstructure,mechanical properties,corrosion behaviors,and hemolysis ratio of the composite were studied by sca...The co-continuous(HA+β-TCP)/Zn−3Sn composite was fabricated via vacuum casting-infiltration method.The microstructure,mechanical properties,corrosion behaviors,and hemolysis ratio of the composite were studied by scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer,mechanical testing,electrochemical test,immersion test,and ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The results indicate that Zn−3Sn alloy infiltrated into porous HA+β-TCP scaffold,which resulted in the formation of a compact(HA+β-TCP)/Zn−3Sn co-continuous composite,without any reaction layer between the Zn−3Sn alloy and the HA+β-TCP scaffold.The compressive strength of the composite was equal to about 3/4 that of Zn−3Sn alloy bulk.The corrosion rate of composite in simulated body fluid solution was slightly higher than that of Zn−3Sn alloy bulk.The main corrosion product on the composite surface was Zn(OH)2.The hemolysis rate of the composite was lower than that of Zn–3Sn alloy bulk and exhibited superior blood compatibility.展开更多

We first define two restricted constraint qualifications and show how these constraint qualifications can be applied to obtain the decomposition properties of the Frechet, Mordukhovich and Clarke normal cones to the sparsity constrained feasible set. Based on the decomposition properties of the normal cones, we then present and analyze three classes of Karush-Kuhn- Tucker (KKT) conditions for the SNP. The compactness and convergence of vanishing viscosity solutions for nonlinear hyperbolic conservation laws are first analyzed, including the inviscid limit from the Navier-Stokes equations to the Euler equations for homentropic flow, the vanishing viscosity method to construct the global spherically symmetric solutions to the multidimensional compressible Euler equations, and the sonic-subsonic limit of solutions of the full Euler equations for multi-dimensional steady compressible fluids. Then the weak continuity and rigidity of the Gauss-Codazzi-Ricci system and corresponding isometric embeddings in differential geometry are revealed.
