探讨针对肾病科规培生采用传统教学方式抑或是心理学思政辅助教学方式的临床价值作何体现。方法 研究对象收集时间确定为2019年9月-2022年6月,对象为肾病科规培生,数量为22例,依据双盲原则,纳入不同两组,分别为Y组与D组,各组人数均为11... 探讨针对肾病科规培生采用传统教学方式抑或是心理学思政辅助教学方式的临床价值作何体现。方法 研究对象收集时间确定为2019年9月-2022年6月,对象为肾病科规培生,数量为22例,依据双盲原则,纳入不同两组,分别为Y组与D组,各组人数均为11例,后者采用传统教学干预方式,前者采用联合干预方式,即传统教学法和心理学思政辅助教学法,组间评价两组干预效果体现为何。结果 干预前后,两组比对成员得分情况、教学质量评分、沟通能力情况、理论成绩评分等,干预后,显示Y组优于D组,即P0.05。结论 针对肾病科规培生临床带教采用联合干预方式,即传统教学法和心理学思政辅助教学法,此举可提高学习成绩以及医患之间沟通能力,凸显借鉴效果,发挥教学指导作用,经研究结果证实可做临床推广。 展开更多

所谓激励教学法,就是激发鼓励人的行为动机,使人做出努力行为,从而有效完成预定目标的过程,也就是调动人的积极性和兴趣性,把管理心理学中的激励运用到教学中,激励学生学习,培养学生的学习兴趣,从而提高学生学习效率。疾病概要是一门复... 所谓激励教学法,就是激发鼓励人的行为动机,使人做出努力行为,从而有效完成预定目标的过程,也就是调动人的积极性和兴趣性,把管理心理学中的激励运用到教学中,激励学生学习,培养学生的学习兴趣,从而提高学生学习效率。疾病概要是一门复杂而抽象的临床医学课程,一些学生望而生畏。那么,如何激发和培养学生学习的兴趣呢?笔者通过长期的研究和探索,学习和总结了同行的经验,深深地认识到,管理心理学中的激励法是培养学生学习兴趣和赏识学生的重要方法,而兴趣则是点燃知识的火花,是走向成功的阶梯,兴趣是最好的老师。通过近几年的实践证明,激励教学法好比给予了学生学好疾病概要的灵丹妙药。灵活运用激励教学法,把激励教学法贯穿于整个教学环节之中,课堂气氛异常活跃。建立以人为本的理念,较大地提高了教育教学的质量,学生的考试成绩有了显著的提高。 展开更多

This paper reports a small-scale study of needs analysis of leamers of Turkish as a foreign language at University of Florida. Needs analysis is described in the context of foreign language learning as "a systematic and ongoing process of gathering information about students' needs and preferences, interpreting the information and then making course decisions in order to meet those needs" (Graves, 2000, p. 74). Because foreign language instruction has become much more learner-centered in recent years, needs analysis is a must for effective learning processes to occur (LONG, 1999, 2005; Kikuchi & Apple, 2006). In this context, the purpose of this pilot study is to gather information about the students' needs in learning Turkish at Center for European Studies, where less commonly taught languages, including Czech, Greek, Hungarian and Polish are offered. Drawing on interview data compiled from a number of studies (Tarone & Yule, 1989; LI & Richards, 1995), the findings indicate that the students' needs may be grouped under four categories including their linguistic needs, their objectives in learning Turkish, learning resources, psychological and sociological factors that may impact their learning experiences. In the light of the interview findings, certain suggestions as to how to teach Turkish effectively are made. 展开更多

Code switching is an important research topic in a selection of academic fields including sociology, psychology and linguistics. Generally speaking, code switching, a common phenomenon in language contact, permeates bilingual and multilingual society. It refers to circumstances in which a speaker uses two or more than two languages. This paper is intended to present an overall review of studies on code switching, focusing on motive. Code switching combines the social situation with the linguistic situation, in contrast to the different cultures in the speaker's cognitive structure. It has social functions that can change the social situation, which in turn sets up a new one. In conversation, code switching also reflects the speaker's psychological state and his/her attitude towards a certain language or languages. This paper will focus on the analysis of socio-psychological factors which exert strong influences upon code switching. 展开更多

His intercultural pedagogy would be best labeled as "psychophysical" based on his own assertions and when bearing in mind the traditions that he considers most personally influential, all of which have intercultural elements, both Western and Asian. This paper examines Zarrilli's personal origins, his pedagogy, his teaching influences, and his legacy based on his artistic progeny. Information was gathered through interviews, personal observation, on-site participation, and literature. The subjects of these analyses were: the disciplines of Asian origin relevant to Zarrilli's pedagogy; how his teaching influences his students; Zarrilli's personal development from university to his present international teaching, directing, and writing; his past and current projects; and what his work means today. 展开更多
