At first, cellulose was depolymerised into glucose via a fast degradation of cellulose in molten ZnCI~ in the presence of hydrochloric acid, and the yield of glucose is 75% in 120 s at reaction temperature of 95 ℃. Then, DMSO was used as solvent and different kinds of metal chloride were added as catalysts, and the conversion was carried out continuously at 110-130 ℃ for 0.5-4 h. The yield of HMF was 53% when CrC13 were used as catalyst. The one-pot two steps conversion was carried out at atmosphere pressure, and it is a simple route to prepare HMF from lignocellulosic feedstock on a large scale.展开更多

The method is composed of two parts: one is Hertel sampling and the other is image testing. With the help of fiber mixer, a thin and even cotton net is obtained on which we can get Hertel sample by using a sliver clamp. The near micro optical mechanism consists of one large area CCD and one lens with long focus. This mechanism is able to measure every cotton fiber of the test beard accurately and makes it possible to measure accumulating fibers’ amounts. On this base we can calculate short fiber content of cotton, and the experiment results show that this method is efficient.展开更多

In normal rats the mean density of square arrays (6 nm particles organized in orthogonal arrays) was 9.02/μm2 for the nonjunctional sarcolemmas of fast-twitch extensor digitorum longus (control EDL,CE) nuscle fibres and 0.34/μm2 for the nonjunctional sarcolemmas of slow-twitch soleus (control SOL, CS) muscle fibres. After cross-innervation between the fast-twitch EDL and slow-twitch SOL muscle fibres by slow and fast muscle merves respectively for three months, the mean density was 0.45/μm2 for the nonjunetional sarcolemmas of the operated-EDL (OE) and 8.3/μm2 for the nonjunctional sarcolemmas of the operated SOL (OS). This indicates that the cross-innervation causes a reciprocal transformation of the number and distribution of such macromolecular organizations in the electrically excitable nonjunctional sarcolemmas.展开更多
