高校辅导员年轻化对思想政治教育工作的冷思考

当前,各高校辅导员队伍呈现出年轻化特点。通过分析年轻辅导员对开展思想政治工作具有年龄相仿,想学生所想;适应时代,知学生所需;亲身经历,知学生所行;积极作为,办学生所盼的优点。同时也面临着缺乏理论基础,工作水平不高;生活阅历浅,管理经验不足;多重“角色”,难以适应;科研水平低,工作理念不成熟;缺乏经验,导致心理焦虑、失衡的弊端。针对辅导员年轻化的优缺点,理清辅导员工作职责,转变角色,扎实开展思想政治工作;要提升高校年轻辅导员理论水平和政治素养;提高高校年轻辅导员自身综合素质;全方位多渠道提升辅导员科研能力;积极调整心态,理顺工作减轻压力,努力成为高校学生日常思想政治教育和管理的组织者、实施者、指导者。

新形势下高职思想政治教育如何开展
